Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of reading ability in class VIII blind students at SLB Al Qasmi Watampone. The formulation of the problems in this study were 1) How was the ability to read braille in class VIII blind students at SLB Al Qasmi Watampone before using textured lettering cards (braille cards)? 2) How is the ability to read braille in class VIII blind students at SLB Al Qasmi Watampone after using textured lettering cards (braille cards)? 3) How is the ability to read braille in grade VIII blind students at SLB Al Qasmi Watampone through the use of textured lettering cards (braille cards)? This research is a qualitative research and a descriptive research type, which is to describe the increase in reading skills before and after the application of textured lettering cards (Braille card) to blind students in class VIII at SLB Al Qasmi Watampone. The data collection technique used is the action test technique. The subject of this study was a class VIII blind student. Descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study showed 1) The reading ability of blind students before using textured lettering cards (braille cards) was in the very poor category, 2) The reading abilities of blind students after using textured lettering cards (braille cards) were in the good category, 3) There improvement in reading skills of blind students after applying textured lettering cards (braille cards)..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

Abstract

Learning is still teacher-focused, students often feel bored in learning, especially learning fiqh, therefore this study aims to increase student activeness in fiqh learning at MTs Islamiyah through the development of learning media in the form animation videos and games “Open the Box”. Learning that still focuses on the teacher causes students to feel bored and lackluster. By utilizing technology, this research develops interesting interactive media to support the teaching and learning process. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results showed that the use animated videos and educational games can increase student motivation and engagement in fiqh learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an instrument for assessing the creative thinking abilities of fifth grade students at MIN 4 Medan City in calculating the volume of spatial shapes. Using development methods and quantitative approaches, 60 students consisting of 27 men and 33 women became subjects on November 17 2023. The results show the instrument has 100% validity and a high level of reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.893). Item and scale analysis provides in-depth insight into the characteristics of the instrument, with several items standing out as strong indicators. It is hoped that this instrument can effectively support mathematics teaching at MIN 4 Medan City by providing an accurate picture of students' creative thinking abilities in calculating the volume of geometric figures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability to write Quranic verses among students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in the learning of Quranic Hadith. The background of this research is the low writing skills of the Quran among students, influenced by various factors such as learning motivation, teaching methods, and social environment support. The method used is library research, collecting data using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application and analyzing data from relevant literature using the VOSviwer application. The results show that many students face difficulties in correctly writing Quranic verses, hindering the achievement of learning objectives. The implications of these findings highlight the need for more innovative and interactive teaching methods, as well as support from teachers and parents to enhance student motivation and writing skills. This research is expected to contribute positively to the development of Quranic learning in formal educational institutions.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for simple yet functional mobile applications to support daily productivity. One solution that is increasingly in demand is the short notes application, which allows users to record ideas, tasks, or important information quickly and practically. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based shortnotes application that prioritizes ease of use, efficiency, and local data storage without requiring an internet connection or integration with an external database. The system development method is carried out through several stages, namely planning, needs analysis, interface design, code implementation, and application testing. The Java programming language is used in the coding process with Android Studio as the main development environment. This application utilizes SharedPreferences and local file storage as data storage media, which are chosen to maintain the simplicity and efficiency of application performance on the user's device. The main features of the application include creating new notes, editing, deleting, and checking notes based on the results produced. The test results using the emulator show that the application runs smoothly and responsively in various usage scenarios. With a minimalist and intuitive interface, this application is expected to help users manage their daily notes more effectively.

Abstract

The authoritative document entity commonly referred to as the Certificate of Ownership (SHM) is legally constructed as a supremacy manifestation of the dominant right to geocadastral space, as determined by the legislative norm of lex generalis contained in Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles (UUPA). Terminologically, Article 20 paragraph (1) of the UUPA affirms that the dominant right is an absolute hereditary prerogative and has the highest legal density in the agrarian civil structure. This study is intended as an academic examination of the legal empire of the SHM document which was born from a legal substratum that experienced validity dysfunction, using the doctrinal paradigm of the principle of Nemo Plus Juris ad alium transferre potest quam ipse habet. This research is articulated through a doctrinal-normative legal approach based on the explication of positive legal literature and judicial jurisprudence. The results of the investigation conclude that the SHM entity derived from the legal anomaly-affected legal basis does not have normative validity that can be constitutionally maintained. The internality of the Nemo Plus Juris principle shows that legal actors do not have the authority to transfer rights that are not legally attached to them, so that the legal alienation process by the defendants in the form of a sale and purchase is null and void in material law. The implication is that the plaintiff's legal standing as a legal subject with land rights that are previously legally valid has the legitimacy to file an administrative cancellation of the SHM and reconstruction of the ownership status to the entity that is legally entitled. The judicium issued by the Panel of Judges at the Tondano District Court in the a quo case has substantially been in line with the principles of proportionality and legality, and has utilized legal instruments as a protective medium for the existence of legitimate agrarian rights. This confirms the supremacy of law in maintaining the integrity of the national land system from manipulative penetration based on flawed formalities of the right base.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal consequences of changing and adding a person's name and to find out the procedure for changing and adding a person's name based on court decision number 82/Pdt.P/2024/PN Arm. The method used in this study is to use normative legal research. The results of the following study are that the legal consequences of changing a name or adding a name will affect the legal aspects of this civil registration, namely to ensure maximum legal certainty regarding personal events that occur in a person's life. Furthermore, a name change is made based on a decision from the district court that handles the application. In addition, people who change their names are required to register the name change with the Civil Registry Service which issues the Civil Registry deed within a maximum of 30 days after receiving a copy of the district court decision. The Civil Registry Service will then record the change next to the Civil Registry deed register and will also make a Civil Registry deed extract.
