Abstract

Gerd disease (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) is a chronic disease of the digestive system. This disease is closely related to lifestyle and easily recurs when the sufferer is under stress. Gerd occurs when stomach acid backs up into the esophagus or esophagus. As a result, the esophagus becomes irritated. Therefore, we collaborate with UKM Jelita intends to provide insight into preventing Gerd disease to UKM Jelita. UKM Jelita is an SME association run by the elderly who are approaching their fifties in the Manukan Rejo area of ​​Surabaya. As is known, during the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses from UKM Jelita experienced a decline, although not drastically and resulted in gerd disease because they experienced stress. In addition to being stressed by the pandemic, they are also stressed by the decline in sales turnover. We as a service team intend to help prevent this gerd by educating about stress management. The method of implementation is by socializing Gerd's disease and how to overcome it. With this activity, it is hoped that Jelita SMEs can take preventive actions against Gerd disease.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam semester ini adalah mengembangkan Usaha Kecil Mandiri (UKM) produksi minuman Saridele di Kecamatan Sawahan Surabaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pemasaran yang terbatas pada segmen pasar tertentu dalam lingkup yang kecil. Untuk mengatasi masalah pemasaran yang terbatas maka kami menawarkan pemasaran produk sari dele pada segmen pasar yang lebih luas agar hasil produksi saridele dapat terjual lebih banyak. Penjualan yang lebih luas wilayahnya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mitra UKM. Dalam rangka untuk mempertahankan kontinuitas operasional usaha dimasa yang akan datang juga diperlukan tata kelola manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan dimungkinkan juga memberdayakan usaha kerjasama dengan mitra lain non wirausahawan. Implementasi program pengabdian ini antara lain meliputi: 1) Memberikan pelatihan produksi minuman Saridele. 2) Melakukan pendampingan dalam memilih pasar potensial, promosi dan lokasi penjualan. 3) Memberikan pendampingan pembuatan merk/logo kemasan. 4) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan varian cita rasa minuman saridele. 5) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan biaya produksi. 6) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan penjualan bisa meningkat sehingga meningkat pula pendapatan yang diperoleh. Tetapi dengan adanya penerapan PPKM, hasil penjualan tidak sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Kecamatan Prigen mempunyai banyak destinasi wisata tetapi yang terkenal di seantero negeri hanya Taman Safari Prigen. Salah satu destinasi wisata adalah Sendang Sumber Segaran yang terletak di Dusun Kebonagung, Desa Sukolelo. Karena di Dusun Kebonagung ada beberapa sumber air maka penduduk berusaha memanfaatkan sumber air yang ada untuk diangkat sebagai obyek wisata. Dengan adanya Sendang Sumber Segaran yang dibuka untuk destinasi wisata, pemuda desa membuka Warung Segaran sebagai pelengkap di destinasi wisata tersebut. Tetapi warung ini masih belum dikelola secara profesional dimana produk yang disajikan kebanyakan hanya minuman dan belum ada produk makanan. Disamping itu juga promosi dirasakan sangat kurang karena hanya orang-orang di sekitar warung Segaran saja yang berkunjung dan sangat minim pengunjung dari luar kota. Pengetahuan masyarakat di sekitar juga masih kurang. Mereka belum paham dengan dibukanya destinasi wisata ini dapat meningkatkan penghasilan mereka karena mereka bisa membuat produk yang bisa dititipkan di warung Segaran untuk dijual sebagai oleh-oleh. Dengan adanya beberapa permasalahan ini pengabdi berusaha mencarikan solusi sehingga luaran yang ditargetkan yaitu membuat Warung Segaran sebagai destinasi wisata desa terbaru dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terampil sebagai nilai tambah untuk mendongkrak perekonomian dusun, serta memiliki beberapa mitra kerja bisnis yang bisa menjadi wadah untuk produk UKM di dusun yang bisa ditampilkan sebagai oleh-oleh khas dari Warung Segaran di dusun Kebonagung, Sukolelo, Prigen, dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Gadung atau yang dikenal dengan nama latin (Dioscorea Hispida Dennst) yang merupakan tanaman umbi sebenarnya adalah tanaman beracun. Namun dengan pengolahan yang tepat dapat menjadi olahan makanan yang lezat. Tanaman gadung banyak tumbuh liar di tegalan ataupun bahkan di hutan-hutan. Di Desa Sukolelo Kecamatan Prigen banyak tumbuh tanaman ini sehingga masyarakat memanfaatkannya dengan mengolahnya menjadi keripik gadung. Tetapi apabila tanaman ini tidak segera dibudidayakan lama kelamaan akan berkurang sehingga masyarakat yang memanfaatkan tanaman tersebut akan kesulitan bahan baku. Hal ini merupakan salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh pengabdi untuk kebutuhan bahan baku. Tanaman gadung yang tumbuh di Desa Sukolelo ini rasanya berbeda dengan gadung yang ada di desa-desa tetangga sehingga ketika di konsumsi rasanya akan jauh lebih lezat. Tetapi makanan olahan tersebut yang merupakan usaha rumahan hanya dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sendiri dan tidak bernilai ekonomis. Salah satu pembuat keripik gadung di desa Sukolelo mengeluhkan jarak yang harus ditempuh untuk sekedar memasarkan produknya. Pengabdi memberikan solusi untuk memasarkan produk tersebut pada tempat wisata di sekitar Desa Sukolelo. Dengan adanya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini pengabdi berharap olahan keripik gandum di desa Sukolelo bisa menjadi alternatif makanan oleh-oleh yang mencirikan Desa Sukolelo itu sendiri

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Soetomo is a government-owned hospital in East Java Province located in the city of Surabaya, which is one of the largest hospitals in Indonesia. As a type A hospital, hospital patients come from various regions and even from outside the island to East Indonesia. Due to the large number of patients who mostly use BPJS, the queue at the BPJS counter can reach hundreds of people per day. Even though the hospital has provided online services and several other conveniences, there are one thing or another that causes patients to have to queue manually. This is what makes the BPJS counter queue service appear. Even though it operates secretly, many patients use the services of these ticket queue service providers. This business is promising because the patients who go to RSUD Dr. Soetomo has to have regular check-ups every month and this can take years until they are declared cured. From the interview results it can be seen that these ticket queue service providers carry out their activities because they feel sorry for the patients and their families who have to queue from dawn to get BPJS tickets. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that with the service quality provided by these ticket queue service providers, they get free promotion by word of mouth so that many patients who need their services do not have to think long about using them.

Abstract

Indonesian tourists have a particular interest in tourist destinations that have unique concepts and are popular among the public. This tourism trend is also supported by current technological sophistication where access to electronic devices and the internet has become part of our daily needs. Word of Mouth (WOM), provides an important role in communicating opinions in the community about a product and exerts influence in shaping consumer attitudes and behavior. With the increasing number of business people and skyrocketing technological developments, alternative destinations and available tourist services will be increasingly diverse. Word of Mouth (WOM) grows and develops into networked communication and spreads from a single one-way communication. With advances in internet technology, it has had an impact on increasing the number of travelers seeking information on tourist destinations and online transactions. The tourist destination in Prigen is one of the tourist destinations in Pasuruan Regency which is famous for its natural and cultural charm. Discussed by many travel circles on various social media and widely published on internet search sites. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis diskursus moral hazard dari penyelenggara negara dalam upaya meningkatkan humanitarian supply chain jaminan kesehatan di Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menginterpretasikan moral hazard melalui perangkat teori moralitas Immanuel Khan. Metode ini dianggap tepat dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder yang ada. Data primer didapatkan berdasarkan observasi secara langsung, indepth interview, dan focus group discussion. Lebih lanjut data sekunder didapatkan dari literatur masa lampau, studi, buku, penelitian, dan dokumen penting lainnya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah moral hazard dan humanitarian supply chain. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan moralitas hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain memiliki kelebihan dan keunggulan pda moralnya. Morallah yang menunjukkan hakikat umat manusia. Kant mengemukakan pendapat bahwa manusia tidak boleh diterapkan sebagai salah satu tujuan. Dalam hal percepatan penanganan di bidang kesehatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dari pengobatan maupun pelayanan sangatlah penting mengingat urgensi dari permasalahan kesehatan yang tinggi. Terbukti dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam negeri yang masih minim meskipun kita tidak menutup mata bahwa ada beberapa teknologi yang digunakan akan tetapi tingkat efektifitasnya masih rendah. Kemajuan teknologi di bidang kesehatan menjadi salah satu tantangan Indonesia kedepan utamanya sebagai peningkatan layanan kesehatan dan stabilitas supply chain. ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the moral hazard discourse of state organizers in an effort to improve the humanitarian supply chain of health insurance in the city of Surabaya. This research method is a qualitative research that interprets moral hazard through immanuel Khan's morality theory. This method is considered appropriate with the use of existing primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained based on direct observation, indepth interviews, and focus group discussions. Furthermore, secondary data were obtained from past literature, studies, books, research, and other important documents. The focus of this research is moral hazard and humanitarian supply chain. The conclusions of the study show that the morality of human relations with other human beings has its advantages and advantages. It is morals that show the nature of mankind. Kant put forward the opinion that human beings should not be applied as one of the goals. In terms of accelerating treatment in the health sector, the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment and services is very important considering the urgency of high health problems. It is proven by the use of domestic technology which is still minimal although we do not close our eyes that there are some technologies used, but the level of effectiveness is still low. Technological advances in the health sector are one of Indonesia's challenges in the future, especially as improving health services and supply chain stability

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to revive and tidy up this tourist spot so that it can be enjoyed by the general public, both local and outside the region. This is because this tourist spot has changed its function to become a resting place since the Covid-19 pandemic. Now the tourist spot wants to be reused as a tourist spot according to the wishes of the Kebon Alas hamlet community. The method of implementing this activity was carried out through socialization, education, training, and evaluation for residents of Kebonalas, Sukoreno, and Prigen hamlets. The results of this activity include an increase in community understanding of the importance of tourism awareness, which is evident through the community's enthusiasm to be more active in promoting this tourist spot by holding activities such as competitions and gymnastics at this place. In addition, the management of the management is improved properly, such as the expansion of the parking area, the addition of trash bins, and the addition of writings that can attract visitors, as well as promotion on social media, this tourist spot is increasingly widely known, as evidenced by the number of visitors who come to this place, both individually and in groups.

Abstract

According to a Financial Services Authority (OJK) report, funding through Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending has grown significantly in the last five years. Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending does provide many benefits to its users. Apart from the ease of making loans compared to conventional banks which provide many requirements, Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending can provide solutions for its users to apply for loans with various conveniences. But currently many Indonesians cannot pay their Peer to Peer Lending (Online Loan) bills. This can be seen from the bad credit ratio of various platforms. For various reasons and backgrounds, they are said to have failed to pay or not paid their bills. This is interesting because many literature studies explain the benefits of Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, but no one has written a scientific article from the user's perspective, let alone users who fail to fulfill their obligations to pay bills. Therefore, the author wants to conduct research from the consumer side, especially those who fail to fulfill their obligations. This research is qualitative research and the method that will be carried out is in-depth interviews. The long-term goal of this research is to educate readers to be wiser in using Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending. The specific target is to serve as reference material for formulating policies on how Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending can improve service quality not only for users who regularly pay their bills but also for users who fail to fulfill their obligations.

Abstract

This community service was conducted at the MSME partner group Toko Krupuk Risma in Sukolilo, Surabaya. The problems of service partners are that Product quality could be more consistent, Adequate packaging binders are needed for the packaging process of goods, The use of payment transactions is still manual, and Financial policy still needs to be improved. The objectives of this study were to improve product consistency, provide training on the use of strapping equipment, provide training and assistance in payment transaction automation literacy, and provide training and assistance in financial policymaking. The stages of implementing this community service include Preparation, Implementation, Internal Monev, Program Evaluation, and Program Sustainability. The approach methods used in this community service are Training and Discussion. As a result of community service, there was an increase in product consistency with the spice grinder provided. There is an improvement in the quality of product packaging, and virtual transaction payments are well implemented. In addition, decision-making policies are based on good data processing after an increase in partner literacy by the implementation team. The implementation team assisted in establishing a monitoring and evaluation system to track the impact of implementing blue economy principles in Krupuk Risma's business. The implementation team continues to guide store owners and employees in adopting blue economy principles in partners' day-to-day operations.
