Abstract

According to a Financial Services Authority (OJK) report, funding through Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending has grown significantly in the last five years. Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending does provide many benefits to its users. Apart from the ease of making loans compared to conventional banks which provide many requirements, Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending can provide solutions for its users to apply for loans with various conveniences. But currently many Indonesians cannot pay their bills. This can be seen from the bad credit ratio of various platforms. For various reasons and backgrounds, they are said to have failed to pay or not paid their bills. This is interesting because many literature studies explain the benefits of Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, but no one has written a scientific article from the user's side, let alone users who fail to fulfill their obligations to pay bills. Therefore, the author wants to conduct research from the consumer side, especially those who fail to fulfill their obligations. This research is qualitative research and the method that will be carried out is in-depth interviews. The long-term goal of this research is to educate readers to be wiser in using Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending. The specific target is to serve as reference material for formulating policies on how Fin Tech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending can improve service quality not only for users who regularly pay their bills but also for users who fail to fulfill their obligations.

Abstract

The Effects of Brand Personality and Brand Loyalty on Purchasing Decisions of Fashion Brands in Indonesia Erigo Store Surabaya, 2023.This study aims to identify the effect of brand personality and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for the Indonesian fashion brand Erigo Store. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research was conducted on respondents who have experience in using Indonesian Erigo Store fashion products.Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via social media. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that brand personality and loyalty significantly influence purchasing decisions for the Indonesian fashion brand Erigo Store. In addition, the results of the analysis show that the dimension of brand personality that has the most influence on purchasing decisions is the dimension of sincerity, while the dimension of brand loyalty that has the most influence is the indicator of brand trust.This research has an essential contribution to Erigo Store in developing its brand and increasing customer satisfaction. The results of this study can also be a reference for future researchers in developing research in the field of brand marketing.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan Toko Krupuk Risma. Permasalahan mitra pengabdian adalah: 1) Kualitas produk terkadang tidak konsisten; 2) Dibutuhkan pengikat packaging yang memadai; 3) Kebersihan sekitar Toko yang kurang memadai; 4) Marketing online tidak berjalan maksimal; 5) Tidak melakukan promosi diluar wilayah Kenjeran; 6) Penggunaan otomatisasi transaksi dan pembayaran; 7) Kebijakan keuangan yang belum optimal, penggunaan kasir yang manual. Tujuan kegiatan yang dilakukan PKM secara umum sebagai berikut: 1) Meningkatkan konsistensi produksi; 2) Meningkatkan jumlah produksi mitra; 3) Meningkatkan kualitas produksi mitra; 4) Meningkatkan penjualan di marketing online; 5) Meningkatkan penjualan di luar daerah Kota Surabaya; 6) Meningkatkan otomatisasi pembayaran virtual; 7) Meningkatkan kebijakan pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan melalui dua tahapan yaitu: 1) Pelatihan dan 2) Peningkatan literasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan upaya kolaboratif dalam menjaga ekosistem laut dan mengelola sumber daya laut yang dilakukan mitra secara berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan dan pelestarian. Melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat, termasuk nelayan, pelaku industri, serta komunitas pesisir, blue economy dapat terus berkembang tanpa mengorbankan lingkungan laut yang penting bagi kehidupan kita. Dampak Pengabdian masyarakat yaitu 1) Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang keberlanjutan blue economy; 2) Meningkatkan keterampilan mitra; 3) Meningkatnya kemampuan mitra mengelola sumber daya laut.

Abstract

Desa Ngampungan merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di wilayah Selatan dari Kecamatan Bareng Jombang, yang terletak di bawah kaki gunung Arjuno. Masyarakat desa ngampungan memiliki tradisi dan adat istiadat yang turun temurun, yaitu pernikahan, kelahiran, kehidupan bermasyarakat, sampai prosesi kematian dan pasca kematian. Di Desa ini terdapat wisata desa yang dikenal dengan nama wisata alam “Pandansili”. Mitra Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah BUMDes “Maju Sejahtera” Desa Ngampungan Bareng Jombang, yang didirikan pada tahun 2015. BUMDes ini mengelola berbagai unit usaha dan salah satunya adalah usaha wisata desa. Obyek wisata ini menyediakan fasilitas wisata kolam renang, bermain anak, karaoke, spot foto, warung, toilet, parkir, tempat istirahat berupa rumah joglo. Namun, untuk fasilitas kolam renang, masih belum dilengkapi dengan peralatan dan perlengkapan renang yang memadai serta belum memiliki pelatih renang tersendiri. Obyek wisata ini tempatnya jauh dari ibukota kecamatan, sehingga membutuhkan promosi yang optimal agar masyarakat di kabupaten Jombang mengenal obyek wisata ini. Tujuan program ini antara lain: pertama, meningkatkan kapasitas layanan mitra, dan kedua, meningkatkan omzet Mitra. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, kemitraan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil program PKM ini antara lain: Mitra memiliki fasilitas perlengkapan renang; Mitra memiliki pelatih renang; jumlah pengunjung obyek wisata meningkat dan melakukan MoU dengan pihak asuransi Jasindo.

Abstract

With this research, it is hoped that empirical evidence will be obtained regarding the influence of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. Respondents in this study were online-based transportation customers who used the services of 40 female ojol examiners. Purposive Sampling method was used for sampling, namely respondents with the criteria of having purchased using female motorcycle taxi services at least 1 time and the Convinience Sampling method were respondents who were asked to fill out a questionnaire based on the ease of being found and the time allowance they had. It can be concluded in this study that Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience and Social Experience have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. The variable that has the dominant influence is the Social Experience variable.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran untuk memiliki inisiatif, kreatif, dan inovasi dalam mengelola usaha, guna mewujudkan ekonomi yang kuat berprestasi, mandiri dan sukses, Melalui berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif dapat menghasilkan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, khususnya Tyas Kitchen yang berlokasi di Kota Surabaya. Melalui pemahaman kiat berwirausaha, strategi pemasaran, manajemen produksi, maupun aspek keuangan terhadap kegiatan usaha ini. Kegiatan PPM ini sesuai dengan Bidang Unggulan managing innovation and creative industry. Topik PPM sesuai dengan manajemen UMKM dan industri kreatif. Kemudian permasalahan dari PPM ini adalah (1) Inkonsisten produksi, 2) Belum ada diversifikasi produk, 3) Belum ada pembrandingan, Bidang Pemasaran: 4) Segmen pasar yang terbatas pada pemesanan 5) Belum adanya promosi, Bidang Manajemen: 6) Mitra masih minim pengetahuan tentang modal kerja dan perhitungan laba rugi, 7) Tenaga kerja yang keluar masuk. Luaran yang ditargetkan (1) laporan kemajuan dan laporan akhir; (2) video kegiatan; (3) poster kegiatan PkM tersertifikasi Hak Cipta, (4) Konferensi Nasional ke-10 PKM-CSR tahun 2024.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Air Terjun Coban Binangun Dusun Binangun, Desa Plintahan, Kecamatan Pandaan. Permasalahan: 1) Bidang Marketing karena kurangnya jumlah pengunjung. Metode: pelatihan optimalisasi penggunaan media sosial sehingga diharapkan akan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dalam menjaring pengunjung melalui media sosial; 2). Bidang Manajemen karena kurangnya wawasan pihak pengelola mengenai bagaimana cara mengelola dan mengembangkan tempat wisata. Metode: pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai manajemen pengelolaan tempat wisata; 3). Bidang Sosial Kemasyarakatan dimana pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar Coban Binangun mengenai sadar wisata sangat kurang dan juga banyaknya sampah cup pop mie di sekitar lokasi Coban Binangun membuat pemandangan yang tidak bagus. Metode: sosialisasi mengenai sadar wisata dan pelatihan mengolah sampah cup pop mie menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis. Urgensi pelaksanaan PKM ini diharapkan Dusun Binangun dapat berkembang menjadi desa wisata yang mandiri dan berdaya saing, memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat setempat serta melestarikan potensi dan kearifan lokal yang ada. Tujuan kegiatan: 1) Meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan potensi lokal; 2) meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat; 3) meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen dan pemasaran; 4) meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan: 1) Adanya peningkatan jumlah pengunjung; 2) Adanya tambahan pengetahuan di bidang manajemen; 3). Adanya tambahan pengetahuan bagaimana mengolah limbah sampah menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by street photographers in building their brand identity in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with both professional and amateur street photographers, as well as netnographic observation on social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. The findings reveal that street photographers who successfully establish a strong brand identity tend to implement consistent and authentic content strategies while engaging with their audience through personal and emotional storytelling behind each photo. Instagram is identified as the primary platform for visibility, while YouTube offers broader opportunities to share stories about the creative process. Photographers who maintain authenticity and consistency in their visual style tend to attract more loyal followers, despite facing the challenge of balancing commercial demands with artistic integrity. In conclusion, the success of building a street photographer's brand identity in the digital space depends on a combination of visual quality, authentic narratives, and meaningful engagement with the audience. This study highlights the importance of maintaining a balance between commercial needs and personal identity in digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Translator  BUMDES Kujati Perdana with its business, Café Omah Pring is a business entity established by the Karangjati Village government which aims to increase creativity and productive economic business opportunities for the Village community. BUMDES which is located close to the Pandaan toll road exit makes this place has the potential to become a tourist destination or rest area. The lack of branding makes public less familiar with the existence of Café Omah Pring. The method used is introduce Café Omah Pring on social media by inviting influencers. Rebranding process is very important so that consumers know more about Cafe Omah Pring. The importance of recognition is one of the big reasons for people to know and understand a brand better. Abstract

The partner in this activity is POKMAS Guyup Rukun Dusun Kebonalas, Sukoreno Village, Prigen, chaired by Mr. Rofik Usmanto as Babinkamtibmas in Prigen. The daily organizer of the Watoe Delean is Mr. Subkan. The problems felt are not internal problems or problems with local residents because Watoe Delean was created based on initiative of residents who wanted tourist attractions in their area. The existing problems are more about facilities and marketing problems. This tourist attraction has actually been operating since 2019. Due to Covid-19, this tourist attraction only functions as a rest area for those who pass through this area on their way to Mojokerto or Pandaan. Because this place is relatively new, it is very natural that the existing facilities are still inadequate. However, water, electricity, prayer room and toilet facilities are available because these are requirements that must be met by the management who collaborates to manage the Perum Perhutani forest area. With the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, this tourist spot needs to be reorganized so that it can be used as a tourist spot in accordance with the original purpose of its establishment. So it is necessary to revitalize and organize, especially the existing facilities at this tourist spot. Promotion also required so that this place is visited by many tourists, both local and foreigners.
