Abstract

The stock taking process is an important activity in inventory management which aims to ensure conformity between inventory records and the physical number of goods on hand. PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) is facing challenges in the stock taking process for Office Stationery (ATK) which has been done manually. This manual process is time consuming, prone to recording errors, and less efficient. Therefore, this research aims to optimize the ATK stock taking process through digitization using QR Codes. By implementing the QR Code system, each ATK item will be given a QR Code label containing detailed information about the item. Officers can scan the QR Code using a mobile device to record it automatically. This method is expected to increase data accuracy, speed up the stock taking process, and reduce human error. The research results show that the use of QR Codes in the ATK stock taking process at PT SIER is able to increase time efficiency by up to 50%, reduce recording errors by up to 70%, and increase officer satisfaction with an easier and faster process. It is hoped that digitalization through QR Codes can be adopted by other companies to optimize their inventory management.

Abstract

Railway transportation is considered an efficient mode of transportation in Java Island because it can transport passengers and goods quickly and in large quantities. Regarded as a highly popular mode of transportation, PT KAI (Persero) is committed to providing the best service with the tagline "Adaptive, Solution-oriented, Collaborative for Indonesia", offering quality services and comfort, and improving customer service and ticketing systems. This research focuses on services and ticket sales relevant to PT KAI's needs and interests. The analytical method includes observing operational processes and learning about company policies. Data collection involves interviews with relevant personnel, internal and external data analysis, and direct observation of processes at PT KAI. Subsequently, analysis and interpretation are conducted on the collected data, aiming to gain a deep understanding of emerging findings. The methods employed may include statistical analysis, modeling, and theoretical approaches to support conclusions.

Abstract

Sales marketing tidak hanya berperan sebagai tenaga penjual, tetapi juga sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan dan nasabah dengan memberikan edukasi dan pendekatan personal. Interaksi langsung yang dilakukan oleh sales marketing membantu menjembatani kesenjangan informasi dan membangun hubungan emosional yang kuat dengan nasabah, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber untuk memahami bagaimana peran sales marketing dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pada produk asuransi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales marketing berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas pasar, memperkuat citra merek, dan memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis asuransi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam industri perbankan, termasuk perbankan syariah, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan digitalisasi teknologi informasi di Divisi Administrasi Pembiayaan Bisnis dan Legal (APBL) Bank BJB Syariah, mencakup manfaat yang diperoleh, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta strategi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di Bank BJB Syariah KC Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mendukung akses data real-time, mempermudah pemantauan transaksi, dan mempercepat pengelolaan administrasi pembiayaan. Manfaat lain termasuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya, serta pengarsipan dokumen secara digital. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya literasi digital di kalangan karyawan, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kurangnya integrasi sistem antar divisi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, direkomendasikan pelatihan karyawan, peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, integrasi sistem, serta evaluasi berkala.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan Visi dan Misi dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur diperlukan penyebaran informasi yang merata sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui kegiatan ataupun himbauan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur. kurangnya dalam memanfaatkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai platform penyebaran informasi, kegiatan apa yang sedang dilakukan, dan juga himbauan yang diberikan oleh instansi terkait. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara serta studi literatur. Penulis juga melakukan wawancara secara langsung dengan pembimbing lapang di tempat penulis melakukan kegiatan magang. Selain observasi dan wawancara, penulis juga menggunakan meode studi literatur. Penulis meninjau berbagai literatur yang memiliki relevansi dengan tpik penelitian penulis. Selama pelaksanaan Magang Reguler di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur pada Bidang Produksi dan Restrukturisasi Usaha dan Humas. Penulis mengamati bahwa peliputan berita yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu melalui Website https://diskopukm.jatimprov.go.id/first sehingga berita yang diupload pada Website tidak banyak masyarakat yang mengetahui bahwasanya instansi ini melakukan banyak kegiatan.

Abstract

Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengguakann Metode Structural Equaction Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis komponen dan menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS) yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan regresi berganda ketika terjadi permasalahan spesifik pada data, seperti jumlah sampel yang tidak terlalu besar, adanya missing values, dan multikolinearitas, dikarenakan multikolinearitas yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan risiko penolakan hipotesis saat pengujian model regresi. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Populasi konsumen dalam penelitian ini adalah Wanita yang berdomisili di Surabaya dengan rata-rata usia 19 sampai 25 tahun. Brand Ambassador berpengaruh Positif Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,597. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian  dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,064. : Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian  dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,280.

Abstract

The Service industry sector has a very important role in economic growth and development. The service industry provides convenience in every aspect of life, both economic aspects, social aspects, and political aspects. Transportation, telecommunications, banking, education, health services, construction services, and tourism are some examples of service industries that play an important role in a nation's economic development. Among the many service businesses currently developing, transportation services are a promising business, both land, sea, and air transportation. In this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used. The data collection method in this research was carried out utilizing observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study, and data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 program. So, the results of the t-test that was carried out in this research were obtained, so it can be concluded that there is an influence that digital marketing strategy variables have on bus ticket sales at PT Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta-Central Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure financial performance by applying financial ratio analysis at PT. State Gas Company (Persero), Tbk. In this study using liquidity financial ratios, activity ratios, and solvency ratios. The data source used in this study is secondary data from PT. The State Gas Company (Persero), Tbk in 2016 to 2018. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques. The analytical method is done by comparing company financial performance in several periods. The result of the activity ratio calculation is that the company cannot be said to be efficient when using company assets. The results of the calculation of the company's solvency ratio are not good because the company's debt is bigger than the company's capital. The results of the calculation of the company's liquidity can meet financial obligations in the short term.

Abstract

There are so many things that will be needed by a company to realize its goals, including working capital. The existence of working capital itself is so essential for a company because a company requires working capital in carrying out its operational activities. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability and firm value. The method used in this research is the literature study method. Researchers collect reference sources from several journals and books by selecting, comparing, merging, and sorting so that relevant compilations are obtained. The results of the study state that working capital management is needed by a company in order to achieve and grow profitability and good working capital management can have a positive influence on firm value.

Abstract

This journal contains the company's dividend policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objects surveyed are banking companies listed on the IDX between 2012 and 2016 using a targeted sampling method. The sample criteria taken were banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012 to 2016, and financial reporting distributing dividends for the period 2012 to 2016, which finally obtained a sample of 30 companies. The data source is obtained from the annual financial statements of banking companies through access to the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that dividend policy had a negative impact on firm value and not significant on firm value.
