The data used is secondary data. Factors tested in the study were NPF/NPL, FR/LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, CAR, and GCG. The hypothesis test used is the Mann Whitney U Test with a significant level of 5%. Descriptive statistical test results on NPF/NPL, FDR/LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO factors show that Conventional Banks are healthier compared to Islamic Banks. GCG shows that Islamic Banks and Conventional Banks alike have the same title of SEHAT, and car shows that Islamic banks are healthier compared to conventional banks. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the responses and activities of students in studying the linear function material and its application to solve problems regarding BEP analysis. The method used is a quasi-experimental method using a one-shot case study research design. The results of this study indicate that the response of students in applying linear sub-functions in economic mathematics to BEP analysis has a good and positive response, namely 76.25%. And the dominant component is student participation which can be seen with the enthusiasm of students in practicing BEP analysis directly to economic actors around the IAIDA campus. Student activity in applying linear sub-functions in economic mathematics to the BEP analysis can be said to have increased seen from the average of each component during the observation which was 77.27%. This is because students can apply the concept of linear functions in completing the BEP analysis carried out by economic actors around campus by direct practice of economic actors.

Abstract

Abstract

General Background: Community-based financial services play a pivotal role in addressing financial exclusion and fostering equitable development, particularly in regions with limited access to conventional banking. Specific Background: Within the Islamic economics framework, Layanan Simpan Pinjam Jamaah (Lasisma) at BMT NU Genteng embodies ethical finance through the Qard Hasan contract—an interest-free loan aligned with Sharia principles. Knowledge Gap: However, empirical studies on the ethical dimensions and socio-economic outcomes of such models remain scarce. Aims: This study aims to examine the ethical practices, economic benefits, and community impacts of Lasisma in promoting financial inclusion and social justice. Results: Using interviews and document analysis, the research finds that Lasisma fosters transparency, fairness, and mutual benefit while enhancing community solidarity and empowering small businesses. Novelty: The study offers a unique insight into how a localized, faith-based financial initiative operationalizes Islamic economic values in practice, particularly through collateral-free, ethical financing. Implications: The findings contribute to the discourse on sustainable economic development by illustrating how community-rooted Islamic financial services can serve as viable alternatives to conventional microfinance, aligning with both ethical mandates and socio-economic empowerment goals. Supports local businesses through collateral-free microloans. Keywords: Qard Hasan, Islamic Economics, Community Based Services, Social Justice, Economic Empowerment.
