Abstract

The spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) has recently become increasingly worrying, not only because of the inadequate handling due to the lack of mass rapid tests and the obstacle to the examination method using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques. On the other hand, the habit of people who ignore and underestimate the spread of Covid-19 infection has become the main trigger for the increasing number of positive patients of Covid-19. This is even more worrying if the scale of our review is not only urban but also rural, where the potential for exposure to Covid-19 is getting bigger. Therefore, Halu Oleo University through the Integrated Community Service program (KKN) Thematic Prevention of Covid-19 has a big agenda of increasing public awareness both in cities and in rural areas who are very prone to exposure to Covid-19 to minimize the impact that occurs due to the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of this activity is to form a Covid-19 Disaster Resilient Village to anticipate its spread and impact in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This KKN is a multidisciplinary activity from various scientific fields involving students and lecturers from various departments. The method implemented is socialization as an effort to increase public awareness through social media that is easily accessed and understood by the community while still implementing social distancing and with strict health protocols, involving village and community officials. Another method is to collect data on the profiles of people who are vulnerable to exposure and have an impact on their health and economy, in addition to physical activities such as spraying with disinfectants at houses of worship. Other methods carried out include making booklets using local languages, and making tutorials on using Zoom and Google Meet online media meetings so that learning activities of school students and village officials can continue during the Covid-19 pandemic.The results of this KKN Thematic activity are expected to become a learning medium for students as part of the Merdeka Campus Program, building villages that are resilient to the Covid-19 disaster, maintaining the economy and community activities, and become a forum for community service for lecturers.

Abstract

The realization of an increase in the community's economy with access to roads, especially on roads in theAnduonohu Urban Village, Kendari City, which are still limited in the formation of roads, as a form of highereducation tridarma and shared responsibility for the benefit of the community, the purpose of carrying out thisservice is to provide understanding and application of infrastructure development civilian construction ofenvironmental roads during the post-Covid-19 pandemic to facilitate access to community mobility in thatenvironment and so that people can understand the importance of road infrastructure for the sustainability ofthe economy of the surrounding community.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of a technique for making newenvironmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the available resources of the communityservice implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by paying attention to work patternsduring the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The road construction implementationtechnique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing public knowledge, especially in theprocedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and health of theenvironment around their residence.The process of implementing this service activity is the application of atechnique for making new environmental roads and repairing existing footpaths according to the availableresources of the community service implementing TEAM, namely socialization to the community by payingattention to work patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic according to standard health protocols set. The roadconstruction implementation technique conveyed in this service activity is in the form of increasing publicknowledge, especially in the procedural implementation of civil infrastructure, as well as maintaining thecleanliness and health of the environment around their residence. The method used in this activity is sampleprovide, direct and face-to-face discussions with the community, as well as field applications in the developmentof civil infrastructure in Anduonohu Village, Kendari City. The results obtained by this community serviceprogram are that the community can understand the importance of science and the manufacture ofenvironmental road physical infrastructure, the community has a fairly good response and high enthusiasm forthe implementation of this program of activities, it can benefit the community by forming environmental roadswith more pavement. both for the movement / mobility of the community in that location and the locationaround it. Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor di jalan raya sebagai dampak dari perkembangan dan kebutuhan pergerakan manusia berakibat semakin besarnya potensi terjadi kecelakaan antar kendaraan. Penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan mayoritas disebabkan oleh faktor pengendara atau manusia, sehingga apa pun jenis kendaraan yang digunakan perlu untuk memberi pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang yang mengendalikan kendaraan tersebut. Pelajar sebagai bagian dari usia produktif yang baru berada pada level perijinan diperbolehkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan untuk membawa kendaraan, memiliki kecenderungan ketidakstabilan emosional dan over reaksi kendali pada kondisi perubahan lingkungan sekitar. Rendahnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan akan arti penting keselamatan berkendara (safety riding) di jalan raya mengakibatkan pelajar merupakan korban terbanyak pada kecelakaan di Indonesia. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberi pemahaman dasar kepada pelajar di Kota Kendari agar mulai sadar (aware) dan peduli (concern) terhadap Keselamatan Berkendara di Jalan Raya. Pemberian materi berupa dialog dengan menggambarkan situasi terkini kondisi lalu lintas di jalan raya disertai berbagi pengalaman antar siswa-siswi diharapkan dapat membuka wawasan dan rasa ingin tahu tentang arti penting keselamatan berkendara. Selain itu juga di beri contoh melalui video edukasi tentang arti penting safety riding di jalan raya. Di akhir kegiatan dibangun komitmen atas dasar pengetahuan dan kesadaran bersama untuk mengutamakan keselamatan pada saat berada di jalan raya sebagai pengendara maupun pengguna jalan tanpa merasa diri sebagai yang paling berhak untuk dihargai namun menjadi pribadi yang peduli akan keselamatan bersama.

Abstract

Community service activities by a team of teaching staff as one form of the tri dharma (Lecturers) of Halu Oleo University, namely carrying out community service, in carrying out community service to provide contributions in the form of knowledge about pontesi and infrastructure development to improve the welfare of the community in the sub-district Anduonohu Kendari City. Anduonohu Village is a potential area and has sufficient natural resources, in this case potential agricultural land (fertile land), but road access to the Village needs serious attention from all parties. Therefore, we, as a team of lecturers, provide service to contribute work/products and understanding to the community regarding infrastructure development, especially improving farm roads as access for community movement to support economic, social, educational and other activities. The implementation process in this service activity is an implementation technique according to the availability of resources from the service implementation team in the form of outreach to the community, farmers and local government by prioritizing science. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) is delivered in community service activities as an impact of increasing community knowledge, especially in developing infrastructure in Anduonohu Village, Kendari City. The methods used in this activity are example providing, direct or face to face discussions with the community, as well as field applications. in infrastructure development (repairing village roads). It is hoped that this service program activity can provide knowledge and understanding to the community regarding the application of science to benefit society.

Abstract

Pada awalnya menjadi desa devinitif, bendungan desa Lalouesamba adalah sumber air utama sebelum adanya usaha mandiri warga desa memenuhi kebutuhan tambahan air bersih dengan membuat sumur gali. Ketergantungan sumber air bendungan menjadi salah satu jenis sumber air tambahan bagi warga untuk kebutuhan hidup, perkebunan, tambak lele, dan peternakan. Untuk tetap mempertahankan sumber air bendung desa lalouesamba menjadi sumber air guna mendukung kegiatan penghasilan tambahan warga, maka melalui KKN tematik ini sebagai wujud Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Perguruan Tinggi khususnya Masyarakat pedesaan dilakukan perbaikan tanggul embung dengan mengaplikasikan penggunaan selimut beton kedap air. Keberhasilan dalam upaya perbaikan tanggul embung dengan mengaplikasikan penggunaan selimut beton kedap air menunjukkan bahwa tindakan yang diambil tersebut sangat efektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan menaikan muka air setingi 40 cm pada kolam embung, dengan demikian semakin banyaknya volume air yang dapat di tampung. Penyelidikan dan analisis yang cermat tentang kondisi embung serta perencanaan yang baik menjadi kunci dari keberhasilan tersebut sehingga memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat lokal terutama dalam hal penyediaan air untuk kebutuhan hidup, perkebunan, tambak ikan, dan peternakan warga.

Abstract

Kader teknik desa merupakan tenaga ahli dibidang pembangunan infrastruktur yang berasal dari warga/masyarakat desa. Program praktik perakitan pompa hidram bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membuat/merakit dan mengoperasikan pompa hidram dengan benar sekaligus memberikan keterampilan kemampuan mengatasi masalah kegagalan pada pengoperasian agar terjadi kemandirian dan keberlanjutan manfaat asset pompa hidram yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pelatihan praktik langsung dan penilaian peserta menggunakan metode scoring. Kegiatan pelatihan praktek pompa hidram ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan sukses memberikan keterampilan merakit pompa hidram dengan capaian 75% s/d 80 % dalam kategori baik. Diantara 7 peserta, 4 kader behasil lulus dengan skor baik dan 3 peserta llulus dengan skor baik sedang. Adapun sejumlah 7 kader yang berhasil ini sudah cukup untuk mewakili seluruh warga sebagai kelompok SDM desa untuk mengembangkan potensi SDA sungai yang ada. Kelompok SDM hidram ini siap untuk diproyeksikan untuk merencanakan pompa hidram pada aliran sungai desa lalouesamba.
