Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat "DIGIMON: Digitalisasi Muhammadiyah Sorong" bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan media digital oleh PDM dan Ortom Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Sorong. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman teknis dalam pengelolaan media digital di kalangan anggota Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sorong yang masih terbatas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), brainstorming, penyusunan blueprint media, pelatihan, dan pendampingan visual branding. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, dengan peningkatan skor pretest rata-rata dari 64,4 menjadi 78,7 setelah pelatihan. Implementasi strategi visual branding juga telah diterapkan dengan konsisten sesuai dengan identitas organisasi. Umpan balik dari peserta sangat positif, mencerminkan kepuasan terhadap pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas digital Ortom Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sorong, dan disarankan untuk terus diadakan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan peningkatan kemampuan yang berkesinambungan dan memperluas jangkauan program.

Abstract

Kampung Klawoton, di Kabupaten Sorong, Papua Barat Daya, menghadapi masalah kesadaran kebersihan lingkungan dan literasi baca tulis anak-anak. Tim pengabdian merespon dengan merancang Program Kampung Klawoton Bersih dan Program Literasi Baca Tulis. Tujuan program ini adalah menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan mendukung perkembangan literasi anak-anak, memberikan dampak positif secara menyeluruh terhadap masyarakat Kampung Klawoton. Metode yang dilakukan melalui survei awal, program Kampung Klawoton Bersih, Program Baca Tulis Anak, dan Evaluasi. Program Bersih melibatkan kampanye pembersihan dan pengelolaan sampah. Program Literasi melibatkan pendirian pojok baca, kegiatan membaca rutin, pelatihan, dan kampanye literasi. Hasil respon masyarakat terhadap program Program Bersih mencapai 75,96%, Program Literasi mencapai 84,35%. Evaluasi menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan lingkungan dan literasi anak-anak Kampung Klawoton. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif, menawarkan solusi konkret, dan memberikan dasar untuk keberlanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the integration of leadership strategy evaluation and succession planning in preparing future organizational leaders. It investigates how organizations can evaluate the effectiveness of current leadership strategies and align them with long-term organizational goals to ensure sustainable leadership continuity. Research Design and Methodology: This research employs a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to synthesize existing leadership strategy evaluation and succession planning research. The study examines key practices, challenges, and theoretical frameworks associated with leadership development and succession planning, drawing from recent studies published after 2018. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that organizations integrating leadership strategy evaluation with succession planning are better positioned to ensure leadership continuity. Effective leadership strategies focus on developing internal talent through structured training, mentorship, and job rotations. The study emphasizes the need for leadership strategies to be aligned with organizational goals, enabling future leaders to navigate long-term challenges effectively. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of overcoming challenges such as resistance to change and organizational culture in implementing effective succession planning. Implications: This research provides practical insights for organizations to align leadership development with succession planning, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. It emphasizes the importance of developing internal leadership pipelines, creating mentoring systems, and integrating human resource policies with strategic goals. Organizations are encouraged to foster a culture of internal mobility and continuous leadership development to ensure seamless transitions and minimize operational disruptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran strategis perempuan adat Papua dalam upaya iklim berkelanjutan, dengan fokus pada kontribusi mereka dalam pelestarian lingkungan, pengelolaan sumber daya alam berbasis kearifan lokal, serta adaptasi terhadap dampak perubahan iklim. Perempuan adat Papua memiliki relasi yang kuat dan spiritual dengan alam, yang tercermin dalam praktik sehari-hari mereka seperti pertanian tradisional, perlindungan hutan, dan konservasi air. Meskipun demikian, kontribusi ini sering terabaikan dalam kebijakan iklim dan pembangunan formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan adat bukan hanya penjaga ekosistem, tetapi juga agen penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekologis dan ketahanan komunitas terhadap krisis iklim. Namun, mereka menghadapi tantangan struktural seperti diskriminasi gender, minimnya akses terhadap informasi iklim, dan ketidakhadiran dalam ruang pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengakuan, perlindungan, dan pelibatan perempuan adat dalam kebijakan iklim adalah kunci dalam mewujudkan pembangunan iklim yang adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the compensation system and income variance for Cage Crews (ABK) at UD. Turiolo before and after transitioning from an open to a closed house system, along with assessing the resulting income increases. Methodology/approach: This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing a paired sample t-test for data analysis. Data collection involved interviews with business owners and four crew members and documentation of compensation records across maintenance cycles. Results/findings: The findings revealed a significant increase in ABK income after the implementation of the closed house system. The performance-based compensation system is directly correlated with higher income levels achieved through improved operational efficiency. Conclusion: The MSME performance of social media in TOS Lubuklinggau showed a 45.3% sales increase, especially in culinary and fashion products. This study reveals the potential of digital marketing and the need for wider adoption and stakeholder support. Limitations: The study focused solely on one broiler chicken farm in Gowa Regency, limiting the generalizability of the findings to other farms or regions. Future studies should include a broader sample across different farming systems and geographical areas. Contribution: This research highlights the critical role of compensation systems in improving worker income within the poultry farming industry and provides evidence of the economic benefits of adopting modern cage systems, such as the closed house model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Distributif Terhadap Pemberdayaan Karyawan Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obeservasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala likert dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan dengan nilai Kefisien determinasi sebesar 0,421 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,430.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Distributif, Pemberdayaan Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Skintific melalui Shopee di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 110 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Malhotra. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner terkait masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui distribusi kuesioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel electronic word of mouth (X1) melalui uji t diperoleh t hitung 8,575 > t tabel 1,984 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001, dan variabel kualitas produk (X2) diperoleh t hitung 9,497 > t tabel 1,984 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001. Maka d apat disimpulkan variabel electronic word of mouth memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, begitupun variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Skintific melalui Shopee di FEB Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is intended to determine the effect of the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distribution of consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The study was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data which is data that is directly taken from the object of research using observations and questionnaires filled out by respondents namely consumers of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The analytical methods used to solve problems and prove hypotheses include index number analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which include t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study concluded that the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distributions affected the consumer's purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination test (R2) it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.446. This means that 44.60% of purchase decision variables can be explained by variations of product, price, promotion and distribution variables, while 55.40% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research used quantitative with descriptive approach that aims to describe the object of research or research results through data or samples that have been collected, samples in this study as many as 97 respondents. Data collection techniques used are literature research, observation, questionnaires and assisted with documentation to search for actual facts. And the data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis which is used to explain the variable of brand awareness (X1) and brand attitude (X2) to consumer purchase interest variable (Y), and do some testing that is validity test, reliability, partial test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research indicated that brand awareness (X1) effect significantly positive towards the consumer interest based on multiple linear regression equation with a significant level of 0.032 < 0.05 and t test results of 2.170 > t table 1.985. Brand attitude (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest based on multiple linear regression equation with significant level 0,001 < 0,05 and result of t test counted 3,540 > t table 1,985.
