Abstract

Desa menjadi salah satu tumpuan terpenting saat ini bagi negara untuk mengalami suatu kemajuan dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi bagi desa. Transformasi desa digital menjadi masalah utama bagi desa karena sangat minimnya pembangunan yang merata disetiap daerah-daerah 3T (Terdepan, Terluar & Terdalam). Oleh karena itu perlu sekali sebuah system yang menampung segala informasi dan menjadi media branding bagi potensi desa, seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, arus informasi dan kemajuan teknologi menjadi tuntutan bagi semua kalangan termasuk masyarakat desa. Metode pada kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi atau terjun langsung ke masyarakat untuk pengimplementasian System Digital Desa. Yang bertujuan dengan adanya pembangunan inovasi system desa digital dan Collecting data pada system digital desa akan sangat membantu goverment dalam peninjauan kepala desa serta akan banyak sekali membuka peluang kerja bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) desa.

Abstract

TIK diterjemahkan sebagai pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dapat membawa desa menjadi desa menjadi desa digital dan modern. Desa modern dimaksudkan sebagai: 1) Mengubah cara orang-orang berbisnis di desa karena Internet sudah memungkinkan untuk digunakan hingga pelosok desa.2) Digital marketing sudah menjadi trend yang semakin menggiatkan perekonomian pedesaan.3) penting bagi desa dalam mengelola komoditi yang dimiliki, dan mengelola jalur distribusi komoditi. 4) penting bagi warga desa untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam hal digitalisasi informasi. Perencanaan pembangunan dapat diimplementasikan secara tepat bila didukung oleh ketersediaan data terkini dan peran serta masyarakat, hingga wilayah kecil yang relevan. Semua stakeholder pembangunan dan masyarakat membutuhkan informasi yang akurat, bersumber dari ujung tombak pembangunan yakni pemerintah desa dan kelurahan. Berdasarkan pada penjabaran di atas maka dipandang perlu untuk melakukan pembaruan desa melalui implementasi TIK menjadi desa digital dan modern.

Abstract

The availability of telecommunication network enables a company to be able to establish good relationships in the internal relationship between the leadership with employees or with external parties in the form of relationships with suppliers, business partners and the community. PT PGASCOM is a subsidiary of PT Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk engaged in providing telecommunication network services. As a backbone provider, PT.PGASCOM operates a fiber optic network for the telecommunications industry in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether the partial and simultaneous motivation and supervision affect the performance of employees at PT. PGASCOM Palembang. Technical analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and doubled linear regression analysis, The result of research indicate that there is partially and simultant influence between Motivation and Supervision to Employee Performance at PT. PGASCOM Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract. Objective : This research is to analyze how the form of Human Resource Development of Poultry Farmers in Increasing Work Productivity Through Core Plasma Partnerships with PT Super Unggas Jaya in Muara Enim Regency.   Design/Method/Approach: This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is by interview, in which the informants are poultry farmer employees who participate in the training, namely 6 people, in the data analysis process the researcher uses qualitative descriptive analysis with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.   Result : Human Resource Management at PT Super Unggas Jaya focuses on developing the quality of partner farmers, in this case human resource development is carried out routinely in the form of training. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the data used is primary data, in data collection using informants. From the results of the discussion and analysis, it can be explained that with the development of human resources through partnerships with PT Super Unggas Jaya, poultry farmers gain very useful skills so that the productivity of the farmers' work becomes better, with the increasing productivity of the farmers' work, it is expected that the results obtained can be better than when raising livestock independently. This is in accordance with the existing theory explaining that the purpose of training and development is to increase individual self-awareness, individual skills in certain areas of expertise, and to increase individual motivation in doing work satisfactorily so that work productivity can increase. Pratical/policy implication : The implementation of development and training by PT Super Unggas Jaya for its partners should be maintained and if possible can be improved because it is good enough and in accordance with the needs of farmers Keywords: Poultry Farmers, Work Productivity, Core Plasma Partnership

Abstract

This research, employing a unique quantitative method, seeks to ascertain the influence of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee performance in plantation companies. The data was collected through a comprehensive questionnaire distribution process. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, ensuring the inclusion of all population members as samples. The data analysis techniques included reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results of this research underscore the positive and significant effect of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee job performance

Abstract

Human resource development for optimizing technology in Emping Ubi Umak micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) focuses on efforts to improve the skills and performance of the workforce. The goal is to achieve optimal results in business or enterprise activities. The skills in question include technical, managerial, and soft skills such as communication and teamwork. By improving the right skills, employees will be able to work more efficiently and effectively and be able to adapt to market and technological developments. Therefore, to support the smooth running of the regional economy in developing Emping Ubi Umak UMKM from those not well-known or not widely known to consumers, this Emping Ubi Umak UMKM digitalization program can be a solution. The forms of Emping Ubi Umak UMKM currently developing in Seri Bandung Village are liquid fertilizer, basket/kendang collective gardens, shallot cultivation, cow dung biogas, collective gardens, and many more, especially in the food sector. By having more than 20 UMKM players, Seri Bandung Village has advanced economic potential by digitalizing UMKM.

Abstract

Home Industri atau usaha kecil merupakan suatu unit usaha/perusahaan dalam skala kecil yang bergerak dalam bidang industri tertentu. Home industri Kemplang yang ada desa Pemulutan Ilir Dusun III RT. 05 RW 02 Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang dikelola oleh ibu Asrania dengan dibantu 4 orang karyawannya. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh home industri tersebut dalam mengembangan usahanya seperti, masih kesulitan dalam peningkatan penjualan dan pemasaran kemplang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu melakukan pendampingan terhadap pengelola dan karyawan home industri kemplang di Desa Pemulutan Ilir. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara, Diskusi dan Pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada Home Industri Kemplang yaitu melakukan pelatihan pembuatan media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan. Dari pelatihan ini meningkatnya pemahaman pelaku home industri bahwa pentingnya sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan sebuah bisnis.

Abstract

Abstract. Objective: This study aims to determine whether career development, job satisfaction and work motivation affect employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. The type of quantitative research aims to determine the effect of career development, job satisfaction and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables. Design/Method/Approach: the method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with an analysis tool using multiple regression. The data used are primary data sourced from questionnaires with a sample of 54 respondents. Discussion: The results of the analysis using the t test show that career development does not affect employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera. The results of the determination coefficient test of the regression model show an R Square value of 0.828. This explains that 82.8% of career development variables, job satisfaction and work motivation have an effect on employee performance at PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera and the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Conclusion/suggestion: PT. Cerah Sinergi Sejahtera should prepare a structured career development program, including regular training, mentoring and fair promotion opportunities, this will be able to help employees to increase motivation so that employee job satisfaction can be achieved. Abstract

Human resources have an important role for the company, because human resources are a combination of energy, physical, ideas, talents, knowledge, creativity and skills needed to drive the company. An employee's performance is an important starting point for creating company performance. This study aims to determine how much influence Training (X1) and Work Placement (X2) both simultaneously and partially have on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the sample in this study is employees of PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang has 64 employees, the analysis technique used in this research is SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Training (X1) and Placement (X2) both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dengan mengoptimalkan manajemen, dinas dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan juga penggunaan sumber daya serta produktivitas dan juga mengidentifikasi hambatan utama yang menghambat optimalisasi peran dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta lokasi penelitian yang ada pada penelitian ini yaitu berlokasi di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Indralaya Kecamatan Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan  penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan Desember,  Sumber data yang akan digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung oleh peneliti di lapangan melalui hasil jawaban wawancara kepada pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara observasi langsung dan dokumentasi serta diskusi kelompok terfokus dan untuk teknik analisis data yaitu Menyajikan hasil wawancara. Hasil Penelitian Untuk meningkatkan koordinasi Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir melakukan pertemuan rutin, serta mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yang efisiensi untuk mempermudah pertukaran data dan koordinasi kegiatan. Hambatan utama dalam mengoptimalkan peran dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lingkungan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir melibatkan keterbatasan anggaran untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan, kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya peningkatan keterampilan, serta mungkin adannya resistensi perubahan dikalangan pegawai. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti peraturan yang kaku dan kurangnya motivasi internal juga dapat menjadi hambatan dalam mengembangkan potensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan efektif.
