<![CDATA[This article deals with the contextual understanding of Syuhudi Ismail to the ?adîth. Syuhudi is one of the inspired Indonesian Muslim scholars who has high attention to the study of h}adîth. His work entitled Hadis Nabi yang Tekstual dan Kontekstual: Telaah Ma’anil Hadis tentang Ajaran Islam yang Universal, Temporal dan Lokal, has been considered as one of the most valuable contributions in promoting the dynamic, progressive and universal understanding of Islam. By applying descriptive-comparative analysis and contextual approach, this article finds that Syuhudi’s contributions in formulating the concept and practice of contextual understanding of the ?adîth are quite different from other Muslim scholars. This is due to the basic assumption of Syuhudi’s understanding that the prophet has several roles at the mean time, the necessity of applying universal value of Islam, and the actual change of the society. This, in turn, brings Syuhudi’s contextual understanding into the idea of differentiated meanings of the ?adîth which are universal, local and temporal.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by a number of discrepancies between the reality of educational h}adi>th quotation and the standard of the hadith quotation of the hadith. These divergences include the differences in the reference to educational hadith, assessment and process of understanding. This study aims to explain the motivation behind the citation of the educational hadith; classifying forms of educational hadith references, managing the validity of the educational hadith, categorizing the process of understanding the hadith; identifying the problems faced by educational hadith quoters, and then submitting the solution. This research applies integrative design between field research and library research. This study argues that the background of the educational hadith quotation revolves around the belief in the relevance between hadith and education; there are many discrepancies between the reality of the educational hadith quotation and the standard excerpt of the hadith; the problem of the educational hadith citation revolves around the ignorance of the hadith sciences and the difficulty of access to the primary reference to the hadith. This article then offers a solution that is to use the digital library of the hadith.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the concept of Sunna promoted by Muh?ammad Shah?rûr, one of the most controversial contemporary Islamic scholars of Syrian Islamic thought, as well as his critical study. Here the author attempts to expose the unappreciative attitude of Shah?rûr to the existence of the sanad system which is an integral part of the construction of the criticism of the Hadith. In fact, at the same time, he made the Hadith as the basis for the inference of the maximum limits of a law in its boundary theory. By describing, analyzing and then criticizing the views of the Shah?rûr on the concept of the Sunna, the authors came to the conclusion that the Shah?rûr lawsuit against the existence of the Hadith Sciences and its lack of appreciation of the sanad system is not necessary.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Kecerdasan merupakan potensi akal yang dianugerahkan Allah SWT yang kemudian dikaji secara mendalam oleh para peneliti barat sejak 1905 oleh Alferd Binet hingga masuk abad 21 oleh Zohar dan Marshall. Upaya tersebut menghasilka kajian mengenai kecerdasan manusia dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga bagian penting yaitu: (1)kecerdasan intelektual, (2)kecerdasan emosional, (3)kecerdasan spiritual. Kajian maqâ?id al-qur’ân yang membawa visi misi merealisasikan kemaslahatan manusia, digunakan sebagai media menelaah kemapanan tiga aspek kecerdasan manusia dalam al-Quran, yang dalam hal ini direpresentasikan oleh tokoh ideal yang diceritakan oleh al-Quran yaitu sosok Nabi Yusuf as. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis library research dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data secara deskriptif analitik. Sedangkan metode penafsiran tafsir tematik dan bercorak maqâ?idî ini menggunakan Tafsîr Maqâsidî Ibnu ‘Âshûr yaitu sebuah kitab berjudul Tafsîr al-Tahrîr wa al-Tanwîr yang merupakan mahakarya seorang ulama kontemporer abad 20 yang memaparkan metode khusus dalam mengungkap maqâ?idî al-qur’ân sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan sejumlah 20 ayat dalam Surah Yusuf menginterpretasikan kesempurnaan kecerdasan Nabi Yusuf dengan perincian, (1) kecerdasan intelektual terdiri dari 10 ayat, (2)kecerdasan emosional terdiri dari 5 ayat, (3)kecerdasan spiritual terdiri dari 10 ayat. Dan keseluruhannya terdapat dalam Surah Yusuf.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is a reading of the idea of Jonathan Brown, a scholar of Western-Muslim who paid attention to the study of hadith, as stated in one of his writings, “How We Know Early Hadith Critics Did Matan Criticism and Why It’s So Hard to Find “. In his writings, Brown discovered samples of explicit criticisms made by critics matan hadith early. After analyzing the samples, he later concluded that the critics hadith early criticism matan has applied to test the authenticity and validity of hadith Prophet. According to him, the criticism sanad and matan criticism applied along and in line. However, because of certain reasons-one of which is the tension between traditionalists and rationalists that time, the application of the early criticism matan framed and wrapped in the language of criticism sanad. <![CDATA[Salah satu elemen yang membentuk laporan keuangan adalah aset tetap. Aset tetap merupakan bagian penting dari sebuah administrasi pemerintahan dan harus bertanggungawab atas kewajarannya. Pengelolaan aset tetap merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas dan menciptakan nilai tambah dalam mengelola aset. Pengelolaan aset tetap harus ditangani dengan baik agar aset tersebut dapat menjadi modal awal bagi pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan pengembangan kemampuannya. Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukan bahwa informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pemeriksaan dokumen. Analisis dimulai dengan pengakuan aset tetap, pengukuran aset tetap, pengungkapan aset tetap, dan penghentian dan pelepasan aset tetap. Semua data dan informasi dari masing-masing perlakuan akuntansi aset tetap yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dianalisis. Sebagai konsekuensi dari penelitian ini, SAP digunakan untuk mengelola aset tetap di seluruh Kantor Kabupaten Bogor Selatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This paper discusses the message and examines the validity of Hadith commanding prayer for children who have not attained the age of puberty (baligh). Prayer for early children is extremely important for the parents or guardians to bear in mind, so they are accustomed to and do not feel as burden when they are in adulthood. Hence, through hadith the Prophet ordered the parents or whoever is responsible to order their children to perform prayers since the age which is actually still fairly early. However, the Hadith under discussion seems to be less synchronized with the concept of mukalaf and puberty in Islam, and also it highlights physical harassment that is considered irrelevant to the spirit of modern education. After examining the validity of the hadith by utilizing mustalah hadith, such as takhrij and jarh wa ta‘dil, and by analyzing the main message of the hadith tradition by utilizing relevant psychological approach, this paper proves that the hadith of prayer command is not contradictory with the concept of mukalaf and puberty, so relevant to the spirit of modern education]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of PKM is to provide knowledge and assistance regarding recording financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. In this case, it is based on the lack of understanding and knowledge possessed by MSMEs in the District. Bogor. The solution we implement in PKM activities related to existing problems is to provide knowledge and skills regarding organized financial recording and compiling financial reports and making financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. In implementing this PKM, the mentoring methods we use are (1) The preparation and socialization stage related to the preparation of training materials and determining easy and enjoyable delivery methods, (2) The implementation stage of assistance in preparing financial reports, namely introducing the concept of recording, preparing and producing related financial reports. financial transactions that occur in UMKM Kab. Bogor aims to provide direct experience related to how to record and journal MSME financial transactions. (3) The third stage of monitoring aims to see the achievement of the targets of the PKM program being carried out. So the role of Income Audit as an examiner of daily food and beverage income is really needed. The purpose of writing this final assignment is to find out the procedure for checking daily food and beverage income by Income Audit, to find out what the procedure is for monitoring the use of Restaurant Bills and Captain Order Slips, and to find out how Income Audit handles human error regarding minus postings by the cashier food section. and beverage at Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort. The results of the review show that the procedure for checking daily food and beverage income by Income Audit at Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort has gone very well, because it complies with the regulations set by the management. <![CDATA[Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' characters and unlocking their potential. At the secondary level, factors influencing student achievement are of paramount concern. Academic success hinges not only on internal factors like study habits but also on external factors such as the learning environment. This study aims to assess how study habits and the learning environment impact student achievement at MTs Darul Hikmah Langkap Burneh Bangkalan. Employing a quantitative approach with regression analysis, the research encompassed all students at the school, with a randomly stratified sample of 30 participants. Analysis involved descriptive statistics and regression techniques, revealing that strong study habits significantly correlate with higher academic performance. Moreover, a conducive learning environment and positive social interactions also contribute positively to academic success. These insights are expected to inform the development of more effective educational initiatives]]>
