Abstract

The process of educational innovation is seen when there are still continuous changes until the process is declared over. The time needed for each individual or organization in the innovation process varies depending on the individual or organization's readiness to respond to the innovation. The changes in the impact of disruption have penetrated all aspects of life, including education. In the current era of globalization, the main challenge for educational institutions is to remain relevant and adaptive to rapid changes at the global level. Education in Indonesia, especially Islamic education, faces demands to not only produce students who are academically competent, but also have sensitivity to universal values ​​and the ability to adapt to global changes. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the success of the management of a language laboratory in improving students' Arabic language competence. This was a qualitative descriptive study. The research findings show that the language learning process through the laboratory increased the students' listening and speaking skill. The language learning process through the laboratory was supported by extracurricular activities. This activity also had a positive impact on language learning achievement of students who previously did not understand Arabic. Then, laboratory as a place for accommodating students' talent such as laboratories was very helpful for students in the learning process; this was because the students could communicate directly with native speakers. The implementation of the development of teaching and learning activities using the Arabic language laboratory was directed to students through inservice training programs. The evaluation program was conducted by Arabic language lecturers to see the level of achievement obtained by students after finishing studying in two ways, namely competitive and non-competitive.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan dalam manajemen pendidikan berperan penting dalam menentukan arah, kualitas, dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep kepemimpinan dan manajemen dalam lembaga pendidikan serta peranannya terhadap keberhasilan organisasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menelaah literatur, jurnal, dan kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin dalam mengintegrasikan gaya kepemimpinan visioner dengan manajemen yang efektif dan adaptif. Gaya kepemimpinan seperti transformasional, demokratis, dan karismatik terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, serta kualitas layanan pendidikan. Di sisi lain, penyalahgunaan otoritas dapat menghambat partisipasi dan inovasi tenaga pendidik. Restrukturisasi kelembagaan pendidikan nasional seperti pembentukan Kemendikdasmen, Kemendikti Saintek, dan Kemenbud RI mencerminkan upaya peningkatan tata kelola dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan yang berkarakter, etis, dan kolaboratif menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam menciptakan lembaga pendidikan yang unggul, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan
