Abstract

This study is conducted for the purpose of analyzing the Pros and Cons of Reporting on the Birth of the UU Ite (Electronic Information and Transaction Law) in Indonesia and will focus on finding out how the pros and cons of the ITE Law (Electronic Information and Transaction Law) promulgated. in Indonesia? The increasingly rapid development of information and communication technology makes the community more active in it, and from this the law will not remain silent, this activity has been regulated in cyber law, which is described in the Constitution Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronics. This law is known as the ITE Law. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the data used are sourced from literature studies related to theories on the internet as well as journals and books, besides that the researchers also conduct observations, while the data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the research results Qualitative research emphasizes meaning more than generation. The results of this study are that the pro and contra of the issuance of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) in Indonesia is still a great debate among the Indonesian people, some people think that the existence of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) can lead to several good benefits including: the public is more careful in commenting on social media which usually contains excessive hate speech, and the regularity of the public speaking space. Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) are considered to affect democracy in Indonesia, they consider the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) to limit their freedom of expression on social media by existing laws. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discusses the Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu in the Re-Voting of the PSU Pilkada of Pali regency in 2020.The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu in the Re-Voting of the PSU Pilkada of Pali Regency and tofind out thein habiting and support ingfactors of Bawaslu incarry ing out Fraud Prevention in the PSU Pilkada of Pali Regency in 2020. The object in this research is the Pali Regency Bawaslu. The theory used is Election Theory toanalyze the Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu at PSU in Pali Regency.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The source of data inthis research is the Coordinator of the Division for Handling and Violations of Election Disputes and the Community. Data is collected and analyzed through documentation and interviews. There sultsofth is study Bawaslu have prevented fraud in the implementation of PSU by changing KPPS officers, re-collecting data on the final voterlistor DPT, advising against money politics, calling not toabstain fromvoting, aswellasby in habiting factors, lack of public cawareness, limited time for holding PSU, lack of Human resources, human resources and supported by the Central, Provinci al Bawaslu and the Gakkumdu Center consisting of the Police, Attorney General's Office and Bawaslu. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Nadiem Makarim's Political Strategy in Producing Education". Discusses the changes in education during the Nadiem Makarim era which had a political strategy as an action used by leaders to realize their political goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in developing education in Indonesia. The theory used in this study is strategy theory according to Geoff Mulgan (2009) this strategy is useful as a system that can manage existing power and resources through government which aims for the public interest which is a tool of government power to create ideas and ideas in overcoming problems, complexities and government complex. This study uses data collection techniques through library research. The results of this study indicate that Nadiem Makarim uses an Offensive Strategy, namely a market expansion strategy in implementing new regulations, to carry out the program he has designed by determining what objectives Nadiem Makarim wants, what factors influence Nadiem Makarim in making programs, what directions Nadiem Makarim did, and what actions did Nadiem Makarim take to carry out his program to develop education in Indonesia Keywords : Strategy, Nadiem Makarim, Education

Abstract

This research is entitled Aka Cholik Darlin’s Political Marketing on Aka Cholik TV’s Youtube Account towards the 2024 election which is motivated by political marketing carried out by Aka Cholik Darlin, he often uses social media with the YouTube platform which is often active, this marketing takes advantage of the advantages of social media in terms of ease of access for prospective voters. The aim of the research is to find out the marketing of legislative candidates in the 2024 election, Aka Cholik Darlin from the National Awakening Party via YouTube. This research uses Nifenegger’s political marketing theory according to Koteen. Data comes from primary data in this research obtained from interviews, and YouTube social media on the Aka Cholik Tv account, and secondary data from supporting literature and journals regarding the research topic. The data collection technique used is searching for data and information through documents. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Aka Cholik Darlin carries out his political marketing by using YouTube as political media, discussing a lot about political campaigns, outreach to the community and the younger generation. Based on the results of the political marketing analysis on the Aka Cholik TV Youtube account, in carrying out its political marketing via Youtube Aka Cholik takes advantage of the surrounding conditions or situations.

Abstract

including sSocial media has become an inseparable trend among society and teenagers. the use of social media can have a positive impact adn negative impacts among adolosescent, one of which is behavior change in adoloescents who are influencend by social media. Adoloscence is a transition from chilhood to adulthood that is prone to negative influences including from social media. the location of the study was conducted in Rw 10 Palembang which has 4 Rt, that is Rt 37,38,39,40. The type of research with questionnaire data collection techniques with likert scale measurements to measure 24 statements and the sample used is 64 respondens who are teenagers in Rw 10. Data analysis techniques used in this study include normality test, reliability test, linearity test, simple regression analysis test, hypothesis test. The result showed the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) 0,664 wgich contains the understanding taht use of free variable social media (Youtube social media use) against bound variables (behavior change) is 65,7% the result of a simple linear analysis obtained Y=4.953+0,907 X, the result of simple linear test of coefficients show that the value of the regression coefficient of social media use of 0,907 which is positive. The result of the t test analysis obtained a calculation of 11, 073 while the t tabel value was 1,669, thus that the calculated value of 11,073 > 1,669 (H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted)

Abstract

This study discusses women's representation in the regional leadership council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle for South Sumatra Province, which will focus on women's management in the regional leadership council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle for South Sumatra Province. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the role and process in women's representation in the management of the regional leadership council of the Indonesian democratic party of struggle for South Sumatra province. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out by interview and documentation methods. The primary data sources are six cadres of South Sumatra DPD PDIP . Secondary data sources are books, journals and related documents. In analyzing this research using the theory of the function of political parties. The results of this study show that the role of women administrators in South Sumatra DPD PDIP is carried out well and has the support of South Sumatra DPD PDIP and in the process of recruitment of administrators carried out with the stages of filling out the form, submitting the vision and mission, selection, determining women administrators, ratifying party management. The 30% female representation in the South Sumatra PDIP DPD has fulfilled the 30% requirement in not only the legislature but also in the management of women and female cadres of the South Sumatra PDIP DPD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan sikap masyarakat terhadap kegiatan politik, khususnya di Kecamatan Madang Suku II. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perubahan sikap tersebut terjadi dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebabnya. Penelitian ini bertipe deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan interpretatif, mengacu pada teori sikap politik dari Newton dan Van Deth. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pendidikan politik, peran media sosial, keterlibatan aktor politik, dan partai politik berperan dalam merubah sikap politik masyarakat dari apatis menjadi partisipatif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan ini meliputi keterbukaan masyarakat terhadap informasi baru, penerimaan terhadap pendidikan politik, serta pemberitaan politik yang gencar dan menarik melalui media sosial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberitaan politik yang intensif oleh aktor politik dan partai politik mampu mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih terbuka terhadap aktivitas politik. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak, khususnya dalam memahami proses perubahan sikap politik masyarakat dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya strategis yang dilakukan oleh Kopi 16 Pro dalam menarik minat pelanggan melalui pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram. Kopi 16 Pro merupakan salah satu coffee shop ternama di Kota Palembang yang aktif menggunakan Instagram sebagai media utama untuk promosi, interaksi, dan membangun citra merek yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kopi 16 Pro memaksimalkan berbagai fitur Instagram seperti Reels, Stories, Feeds, dan Instagram Ads untuk menyampaikan konten visual yang menarik, informatif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik audiens target. Selain itu, interaksi yang terjalin melalui kolom komentar, pesan langsung, dan fitur-fitur interaktif Instagram lainnya mampu menciptakan hubungan emosional antara brand dan pelanggan. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan serta meningkatkan daya tarik, meskipun dihadapkan dengan tantangan eksternal seperti isu kebersihan lingkungan sekitar yang sempat mencoreng citra industri kuliner. Dengan demikian, Instagram berperan penting sebagai sarana komunikasi digital yang mampu memperkuat identitas merek dan meningkatkan minat pelanggan terhadap produk-produk yang ditawarkan Kopi 16 Pro.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan meningkatnya aktivitas belanja daring telah mendorong platform marketplace seperti Shopee untuk bersaing menarik perhatian konsumen. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan adalah copywriting, yakni teknik penulisan promosi yang dirancang untuk mempengaruhi konsumen secara emosional dan rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh copywriting terhadap brand awareness Shopee di kalangan mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang angkatan 2022–2023. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Interaktivitas Media oleh Sundar dan Rafaeli, dengan tiga indikator utama: kontingensi, responsiveness, dan user engagement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 80 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa copywriting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness Shopee. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t Tabel, serta nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Copywriting Shopee, seperti penggunaan slogan “Gratis Ongkir” dan “11.11 Big Sale”, terbukti mampu menarik perhatian dan meninggalkan kesan pada konsumen, sehingga memperkuat brand awareness. Kesimpulannya, copywriting merupakan elemen penting dalam membangun kesadaran merek Shopee di benak mahasiswa sebagai pengguna aktif marketplace digital.

Abstract

Krisis kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan travel umrah akibat maraknya kasus penipuan seperti yang dialami oleh PT Utsmaniyah Hannien (Hannien Tour) mendorong perlunya strategi Public Relations (PR) yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi implementasi skema PR yang diterapkan oleh PT Putra Duta Wisata dalam meningkatkan minat jemaah umrah serta mengevaluasi efektivitas dari strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak perusahaan dan jemaah, observasi kegiatan PR, serta dokumentasi materi promosi yang digunakan. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Putra Duta Wisata menerapkan strategi Public Relations yang mengacu pada konsep Marketing Public Relations (MPR) dari Thomas L. Harris yang terdiri atas tiga taktik utama: pull strategy, push strategy, dan pass strategy. Pull strategy diterapkan melalui promosi digital di media sosial dan website untuk menarik perhatian calon jemaah. Push strategy diwujudkan dalam bentuk pelayanan yang profesional, informasi edukatif melalui seminar dan workshop, serta komunikasi dua arah yang aktif antara perusahaan dan masyarakat. Sementara pass strategy dijalankan melalui testimoni jemaah, dukungan tokoh agama, dan kegiatan sponsorship keagamaan guna membangun opini publik yang positif. Implementasi skema PR yang dilakukan perusahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat jemaah umrah. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah jemaah, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan, serta tingginya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan promosi berbasis komunitas. Strategi komunikasi yang personal, edukatif, dan transparan berhasil membentuk persepsi publik bahwa PT Putra Duta Wisata adalah biro perjalanan umrah yang kredibel dan profesional.
