Abstract

Analisis Pengelolaan Program Bantuan Sosial (BANSOS) Bagi Masyarakat Terdampak Covid 19 di Kelurahan 9 Ilir Kecamatan Ilir Timur 3 Kota Palembang, Penelitian ini menganalisis Pelaksanaan Penyaluran Program Bantuan Sosial (BANSOS) khususnya bagi masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19 , objek penelitian ini adalah Lurah 9 Ilir, koordinator pembagian bansos, penerima bantuan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi,wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengelolaan Program Bantuan Sosial (BANSOS) bagi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19 Kelurahan 9 Ilir Kecamatan Ilir Timr Tiga Kota Palembang sudah menununjukkan pelaksanaan yang optimal. Walaupun belum mencapai tujuan yang sebenarnya, hal ini terlihat dari kurangnya pengawasan (controlling) pada saat pembagian bantuan sosial, belum optimalnya pelaksanaan (optimal implementation) banyak peserta yang mengeluh ketika bantuan yang diterima tidak sesuai prosedur yang berlaku

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon before the presidential election that the use of religious symbols is prone to occur anywhere and at any time, including in the news, one of the media that covers religious tolerance during the presidential and vice presidential elections is the news media kompas.com. This research aims to determine the dynamics of religious tolerance in the lead up to the 2024 presidential and vice presidential elections on the media portal kompas.com. This research method uses a qualitative approach and is included in the type of library research, primary research data comes from the online media kompas.com, and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are document review or what is usually called documentation, and data analysis techniques, data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results obtained were Kompas.com’s reporting regarding religious tolerance ahead of the 2024 presidential election with aspects according to Kevin Osborn, namely that acceptance in political news was used as recognition from other people. Tolerance in the aspect of patience is a form of availability for other people to be patient with other people’s beliefs, morals and philosophies even though they are different. Kompas.com’s framing of political news using Robert N. Entman’s framing theory in this news has described the state of religious tolerance in several regions. Apart from that, the discussion regarding religious tolerance involved several other important figures.Keywords: Religious Tolerance, 2024 Presidential Election, Kompas.com

Abstract

In the records of the Dutch colonial period, women's right to vote and be elected in the world of government was very marginalized, and even their voice had to be limited. Minahasa is one of the districts in North Sulawesi Province which has a female feminist figure, namely Maria Walanda Maramis, who was born in Kema Village, North Sulawesi. Maria Walanda Maramis is a feminist figure who played a role in fighting for women's political rights, especially the right to vote and be elected, especially women's political rights in the Minahasa region, North Sulawesi Province. Maria Walanda Maramis is aware of the importance of a mother's role in the household. At the time of Maria Walanda Maramis, many women in Minahasa had their rights in government life very oppressed, even their right to education was very limited, women's interests were ignored and tended to be put aside. It was this woman's condition that moved Maria Walanda Maramis' heart to fight. In this research, the author will see how Maria Walanda Maramis' thoughts gave birth to a feminist movement by building the PIKAT (Love of Mothers for Their Children) Organization, building schools, writing opinions in newspapers and campaigning to voice women's rights.

Abstract

This research is about the internalization of national political values and the cultivation of ideology towards the regeneration process carried out by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle of OKI Regency to its cadres.This research aims to find out how the internalization of national political values and the cultivation of ideology towards the regeneration process of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle of OKI Regency. The research data was collected through direct interviews with informants, namely PDIP members.This data is processed using data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions.The theory used in the research is Herman Giescake's theory in the theory there are 4 definitions of political education including; 1.Bildungwissen 2.Orientierrungwissen 3.Verhaltungsweisen 4.Aktionwissen. The method used is qualitative descriptive .The results of this study show that the cultivation of political values and ideology carried out by the PDIP of OKI Regency is political education by using themes regarding national political values and party ideology, Gotong Royong Movement for Party Independence, and Internal Consolidation and Cadre Debriefing which utilizes the role of presenters to convey national political values and ideology. This can affect the success and failure of the regeneration process, and the Commitment of the PDIP Party Management, the existence of commitment will have an influence on the implementation of the internalization of values and the cultivation of ideology in the form of a mutual agreement between party administrators in carrying out one of the party's functions.

Abstract

Dakwah today does not only have to be delivered at recitations or events commemorating Islamic days, and does not always take place in mosques, ta'lim assemblies or other places. Da'wah delivered today can be conveyed through social media, one of which is YouTube. One of the preachers who utilizes social media YouTube as a means of preaching is Ustadz Hilman Fauzi, where he has a personal YouTube channel which often uploads da'wah content in the form of religious lectures. This study aims to analyze persuasive communication messages and YouTube audience acceptance of da'wah messages on Ustadz Hilman Fauzi's YouTube videos. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on the reception analysis theory approach. Sources of data obtained from the results of documentation, observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that there are several dominant messages displayed in Ustadz Hilman Fauzi's YouTube videos. Then the informants had various acceptances of the dominant discourse offered and were classified into three different positions, namely dominant positions, negotiations and opposition.

Abstract

The General Election Commission is one of the election organizing institutions. The problem with this research is the low level of participation of disabled voters in the 2019 elections. Therefore, this research aims to find out what strategies are being implemented by the West Tulang Bawang KPU in increasing the participation of disabled voters in the 2024 elections. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type field research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing research using strategy theory according to Schendel and Charles Hofer (1985). The results of this research show that in increasing the participation of voters with disabilities in the 2024 elections, the West Tulang Bawang KPU implemented a strategy with four levels or stages, namely: First, Enterprise Strategy related to the role of the KPU as an organization that has relationships with the community. Second, the Corporate Strategy of the West Tulang Bawang KPU carries out strategies related to its vision and mission and function as an election organizing institution. Third, Business Strategy as a strategy at the KPU level as an election organizing institution to attract participation from voters with disabilities in the community with demand and support. Fourth, the Functional Strategy of the West Tulang Bawang KPU by conducting elections door to door or visiting the residences of people with disabilities who cannot attend the polling location due to accessibility problems.

Abstract

This article aimed to analyse this study is important and strategic to examine socio-historically the spiritual institutions of Islam: Sufism and tarekat that developed in the archipelago. The three main focus in this research are: (1). To find out how the concept of Islamic Spiritual Institutions (Sufism and tarekat) (2). To find out the historical background of Islamic Spiritual Institutions (3). To find out the development of Islamic Spiritual Institutions in the Sociological Perspective. The research method used is qualitative method with sociological approach and historical approach. The study of Development of Islamic Spiritual Institutions: Studies of Sufism and the Congregation in a Sociological Perspective was carried out with library research that sought to explore data collected through literature from various sources; books, newspapers, journals about interactions between individuals and other individuals adhering to certain tarekat related to the problem discussed. subject matter so that the data obtained from the literature can be inventoryed. The final results showed that the spread of Islam in the archipelago cannot be separated from Sufism. Even the "First Islam" which was internalized in the archipelago is actually Islam spread with Sufism. The spreaders of Islam in Indonesia are generally to Da'is who have knowledge and practice of Sufism. Among them are also many who become pangamal and spreaders of tarekat in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya yang dilakukan oleh Tribun Sumsel dalam menarik minat pembaca melalui media sosial Facebook, terutama di kalangan generasi milenial. Dalam era digital yang ditandai dengan penurunan oplah media cetak, Tribun Sumsel memanfaatkan Facebook sebagai platform untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang memungkinkan analisis mendalam terhadap strategi yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dan keterlibatan pengguna di Facebook sangat penting dalam meningkatkan minat pembaca. Tribun Sumsel berhasil menyajikan konten yang relevan dengan isu terkini dan memanfaatkan fitur interaktif untuk mendorong diskusi. Selain itu, penerapan etika komunikasi dan kode etik jurnalistik membantu membangun kepercayaan pembaca. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis seperti Google Trends dan Google Analytics, Tribun Sumsel dapat menyesuaikan konten berita agar lebih sesuai dengan minat audiens. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang efektif dalam penyajian konten, interaksi yang aktif, dan komitmen terhadap kredibilitas informasi telah memperkuat posisi Tribun Sumsel sebagai sumber informasi yang kredibel di era digital. Saran untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut mencakup inovasi konten, peningkatan literasi digital, dan interaksi yang lebih aktif dengan audiens untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan meningkatkan minat pembaca.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of an educational campaign organized by PT Sinergi Bicara Indonesia in improving the public speaking competence of Teman Bicara Community members. Public speaking is an important skill in many aspects of life, both professional and social. Therefore, educational programs designed to improve this skill need to be evaluated to understand their impact on audiences. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between participation in the educational campaign and the improvement of effective communication skills, particularly in public speaking. The training program used interactive methods as well as hands-on practice, which proved to have a significant impact in increasing the audience's confidence and speaking ability in various situations. The findings confirm that educational campaigns in the form of public speaking training programs have an important role in developing communication skills that are relevant for professional and social needs. Therefore, more educational programs are needed that provide not only theory, but also hands-on experience so that participants can be more confident and skilled in public speaking.

Abstract

This research discusses "The Dynamics of Agrarian Conflicts: Political Perspectives of Land Rights (Case Study of the Conflict Between PT. Swarna Cinde Raya with residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency)''. It aims to find out the causes and development of the dynamics of agrarian conflicts between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya. The research method used was qualitative. With primary data, namely residents of Pangkalan Benteng village, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that first. The agrarian conflict between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya occurred due to overlapping land claims, land evictions by the company, and the slow response of the government and law enforcement. The main causes are ownership disputes, human rights violations, and lack of transparency in the resolution of cases by the authorities. Second, the agrarian conflict between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya (PT SCR) has been going on since 2009. PT SCR claims that the 200 hectares of land managed by residents for generations has now been reduced to 80 hectares. The company put up prohibition signs based on the Agrarian Cases Law, causing intimidation and uncertainty for residents. Residents feel that their rights have been deprived, suffered losses due to evictions, and have received a slow response from the government and law enforcement. South Sumatra's Ministry of Law and Human Rights recommends a settlement through legal channels, but the slow and lack of transparency creates public distrust and risks escalating conflicts. This conflict reflects structural problems of agrarian management in Indonesia, such as power imbalances, overlapping regulations, and weak protection of indigenous peoples' rights. A just settlement must prioritize transparency, community participation, and respect for human rights so that conflicts do not spread.
