This article is a historical study of alternative contextual evangelism models to Intau(means“person”)Bolaang Mongondow, which is communally called tribe or society (ethnic group/people group) Bolaang Mongondow.This study uses a literature review approach. It begins with researching the religion and beliefs of Intau Bolaang Mongondow. Then proceed with the socio-cultural phenomena of Intau Bolaang Mongondow, namely the dynamics of acculturation, openness to external influences, public attitudes towards change, and its essential element to determine alternative contextual evangelistic approaches.This study's final results show that attention to culture in developing a contextual evangelistic approach does not mean that the church must conform fully or assume harmony between the Gospel and culture. It is precisely by understanding and utilizing culture in the preaching of the contextual Gospel that it will be seen that Christian values have an advantage regarding the guarantee of eternal salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, efforts to prepare a contextual evangelist who has integrity, character, and competence regarding the Bible and culture are significant. Likewise, efforts to pioneer and develop contextual churches in the Intau Bolaang Mongondow environment must touch and empower those cultural values.

Buku ini menegaskan keistimewaan kritik narasi terhadap Alkitab sebagai suatu gaya penulisan mengenai pengisahan peristiwa atau kejadian yang diakui sebagai fakta sejarah mengenai pekerjaan Allah di bumi ciptaan-Nya dan melalui umat-Nya (hal. 1). Menarik sebab penulis buku ini (Peniel C.D. Maiaweng) tetap mempertahankan narasi sebagai “fakta sejarah” sebab pada umumnya kritik naratif mendekonstruksi latar belakang sejarah dalam tulisan dengan memberi penakanan terhadap upaya untuk menggali dan menghargai estetika/seni di dalam Alkitab oleh karena setiap narasi/cerita yang ada di dalamnya sarat dengan makna. Selanjutnya, penulis mendeskripsikan dengan panjang lebar komponen-komponen narasi yakni narator atau pencerita, sudut pandang, waktu cerita, plot atau alur, adegan, pemilihan materi, tokoh, pengulangan dan kata kunci, dan atmosfir (hal. 2-10). Agaknya penulis sangat bergantung dengan struktur yang diusulkan oleh Richard L. Pratt, Jr (He Gave Us Stories) dan Grant Osborne (The Hermeneutical Spiral), sehingga komponen-komponen lain dalam genre narasi maupun kritik naratif yakni tema, motif, gaya, gaya bahasa, simbolisme, setting tempat tidak diangkat oleh penulis. Sekalipun demikian, cukuplah sudah penulis telah mengantar pembaca untuk membahas seluk-beluk kritik naratif sebagai alternatif dalam hermeneutika Alkitab.

This research is to describe and analyze carryng out, the factors supporting and inhibiting, and efforts to overcome obstacles utilization learning media learning-based PAK digital mobile learning. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with type of multi site research and a tringulation method, with the research sites located in High School Country 9 Manado in 2020. Date were collected through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. From the finding result carryng out of utilization PAK learning media based on digital mobile learning, it has long been used and has become pilar for education activities in school. PAK theachers use several applications to make it easier, more practical and efficient in terms of providing teaching materials, as well as in work on teacher administration. In learn media utilization there are factors supporting and inhibiting. The supporting factors there are: 1) There is a desire, motivation, integrity from teacher and students, 2) Theacers PAK and students get pulse subsidy assistance, internet quotas from School Operational Assistance fund, 3) Teachers receiver application introduction training. Obstacle factor there are: 1) Internet network connection depend on geograpich location and weather factors, and the operating system on the gadget device used, 2) Internet quota that that is quite large and expensive, 3) Lack of digital literacy skills.To overcome these obstacle, efforts need to be made: 1) Looking for a spot or area internet network connection better, or by replacing the gadget device with a more suitable operating system, 2) Barriers to school internet quota needs provide internet quota subsidies to teachers and students, 3) Throught training (workshops), self taught manner lerning by utilizing educational applications or content as well as using other people as tutors.

This paper aims to remind and see the role of church servants, especially the daily executor of the GERMITA synod to carry out the obligations instilled by the Lord Jesus Christ regarding prayer. Prayer is a spiritual relationship with the creator where we communicate with God. Prayer is a must that must be done to strengthen our faith, both in any situation. Because people who live without praying are like living without God, and in the end relying on their own strength, and will look like unbelievers who do not believe in God. The GERMITA congregation is a congregation that grows based on religious culture, so praying is a serious thing to remind the congregation to strengthen each other's faith.

This research is a dogmatic study of the doctrine of corpus delicti which is the basis of teaching in the current synod of the Voice of the Gospel Church. The study was carried out using a descriptive qualitative research method which was built from literature research on the book Corpus Delicti by Erastus Sabdono. The results of this study show that the corpus delicti doctrine is built on the basis of a dogmatic study using the inductive method, so that it departs from the problems that occur because of unrest about teaching that is growing at this time, then this doctrine is formulated to provide a new understanding of church teaching so that it turns back. to true teaching. Lack of using the inductive method that underlies a doctrine not based on the Bible itself.

The purpose of the research is to Analyse the Effectiveness of Children’s Christian Education for Congregational Growth. Children’s Christian Education is pivotal in church services for the reason it will make an impact on congregational growth both in quality and quantity. The research is qualitative research, the subject is the church pastor, children and parents’ minister. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that there were three models of Children’s Education, namely Sunday School, Children’s Worship Service. The factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the internal factor are children’s minister shortage, lack of means of transportation and the infrastructure is inadequate. Whilst externally, the factors are the church is not accepted by the society altogether and the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is expected to provide broaden awareness to Church Pastors and Children’s Ministers who are involved in Children’s Christian Education and churches in an endeavour to enhance the effectiveness of children’s Christian education for congregational growth

This study traces the traces of the Sociology of Religion theory (classic) from Max Weber which he described in his best-selling book entitled "The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism". The research was carried out by conducting a "book review" on the substance and ideas of Max Weber regarding the relationship between religious values adopted by the adherents' work ethic. In this case Weber highlights the phenomenon of capital growth/capitalism in Europe which is the result of the work ethic of Protestants, especially the Calvinists there. Thus the Sociology of Religion recommended by Max Weber includes the relationship between religion and society which can also be called "the sociology of values". Therefore, values become a driving factor in the participation and work ethic of humans individually and in groups created in development, namely economic growth and other aspects holistically

The research in this article examines the Dynamics of Social Identity, Felt Needs and Orientation of Cultural Values of the Local Community of Teremaal Village as a social group in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This study shows that the villagers historically come from a community background that has rich cultural and natural resources, potential and local wisdom, which then by interaction and influence from outside communities have an open attitude to social change and community development. Thus, this study will contribute and stimulate a critical, creative and dynamic dialogue for the efforts of a complete development approach, both physically, emotionally and spiritually as well as contextually for the local community of Teremaal village. This is one of the elements in constructing a contextual theology, namely the theology of local wisdom (or theology from below) which leads to a holistic ministry

This article carries out a ethnology or cultural anthropological study of the Tugutil tribe on the island of Halmahera, North Maluku as one of the most isolated tribes in Indonesia. With this study, it will determine the socio-cultural substance or their cultural values that become potential in the contextual development of society. The cultural anthropological approach in this study was carried out using the literature study method to obtain data and information on cultural components ranging from history or origins, distribution, settlement patterns, economic cycles, inculturation of social groups and individual life cycles of the Tugutil tribe. Through this research, the socio-cultural substance or cultural values of the Tugutil tribe that contribute to contextual human development efforts are determined. Thus, it can be concluded that contextual community development efforts must pay attention and give meaning to the context of the ecosystem, economy, and ecology of the Tugutil tribe who are familiar with forests, soil and water as their source of life. This article is a conceptual study of the application of anthropology in cross-cultural gospel communication. The research was carried out using a qualitative method which was built from a review of the relevant literature. This study shows important aspects of God, Christ, the Gospel, Man, Society and Culture. The final result of this study shows that with the help of anthropology, a gospel communicator will be able to be creative, dynamic and relevant (contextual) with all aspects of human life and society comprehensively.
