Abstract

This research is motivated by the low numeracy skills of second-grade students at MI Al - Ishlah Kalipare. There are several factors contributing to these numeracy skills, including: 1) students' methods of addition and subtraction and determining the place value of hundreds, tens, and units. 2) Lack of mathematics learning media. To address these issues, the researcher developed a learning media called "pot susun" to improve numeracy skills. The author used the Research and Development (R&D) method, which resulted in a product that can be further developed. The research method employed the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, tests, and interviews conducted by the researcher. The research findings indicate that the "pot susun" learning media is suitable for learning, as revisions were made based on feedback from media experts, subject matter experts, and practitioners. The assessment of feasibility and effectiveness showed valid and highly valid results, indicating that this learning media is suitable for improving students' numeracy skills. This is evidenced by a significant improvement in the PreTest and Post Test results, with an increase of 53%. In conclusion, the "pot susun" learning media is highly valid, suitable, and effective in improving numeracy skills for second-grade students at MI Al - Ishlah Kalipare.

Abstract

This study to determine the effectiveness of BUSMEGA teaching materials (Buku Seri Matematika Kelas Tiga) to improve student learning outcomes of MI Bahrul Ulum Pakisaji. The type of research used by the author is the Research and Development (R&D) research method, where this research produces a particular product and tests the feasibility of the product being developed. As for the development model, researchers use the ADDIE model which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The results of the study show that BUSMEGA's teaching materials are appropriate as teaching materials. Evidenced by the percentage of material expert validation results of 90% and design experts 75.6% declared feasible. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes increased by up to 50%. The effectiveness of teaching materials can be seen in the manual t-test with a significance level of 0.05, the results obtained are tcount ? ttable, namely 3.76 ? 1.734, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there are significant differences in the implementation of BUSMEGA teaching materials. This shows that BUSMEGA's teaching materials are appropriate for use and can improve student learning outcomes for 3 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

The availability of Poskestren (Islamic Boarding School Health Post) is crucial in fostering a clean and healthy lifestyle among students. However, many students lack the competence to manage Poskestren effectively. To address this, an educational initiative was conducted at PP Assalam Jambewangi using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This approach involved collaborative efforts between the service team, the boarding school, and the local health center. The activities included initial condition analysis, focus group discussions, education on Poskestren management, and reflection sessions. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and participation, along with their enthusiasm to revitalize Poskestren. The smooth implementation of this program highlights the positive impact of management education in supporting a healthy Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

Learning media in madrasah ibtidaiyah is still very limited, especially in addition and subtraction material. This study aims to produce Smart Tree learning media on Addition and Subtraction Materials in Class I MI Tarbiyatul Huda Arjowinangun Malang City which meets valid and practical criteria. This type of research is development research, the development research model used is the Borg and Gall development model, namely: a) research and collection of initial information, b) planning, c) development of initial product format, d) expert validation test, e) product revision, f) small group trial, g) product revision, h) large group trial, i) final product refinement, j) dissemination, but in this study only until the large group trial stage due to time constraints. Data collection techniques were carried out by researchers using questionnaires, observations, and tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of layout practicality validation were 96%, material validation was 80%, and 80% media validation. The results of the data analysis of the field trial test showed an increase from the average value of the pretest results was 68.3% and the average post-test was 82.2%. Also obtained are the test results of tcount≥ ttable which is 2.91 ≥ 1.75, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant difference in the implementation of the Smart Tree learning media. This shows that the Smart Tree learning media is feasible to use and can improve student learning outcomes.
