Abstract

Penelitian respons dinamik dan indeks kerentanan seismik sangat penting untuk memperkirakan dampak kerentanan lapisan permukaan dan kerusakan bangunan ketika terjadi gempa bumi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi respons dinamik Kecamatan Nambo, Kota Kendari serta menentukan area-area dengan perlapisan tanah yang sangat rentan. Data mikrotremor diolah menggunakan Geopsy 2.0.5 untuk memperoleh kurva HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) serta parameter respons dinamik tanah berupa frekuensi dominan dan faktor amplifikasinya yang digunakan untuk menghitung indeks kerentanan seismik. Nilai frekuensi dominan Kecamatan Nambo berkisar antara 0,7 Hz- 3,63 Hz yang termasuk dalam kategori tanah Tipe II dan III. Area dengan frekuensi rendah menunjukkan penebalan lapisan alluvial yang merupakan produk sedimentasi permukaan. Interpolasi nilai indeks kerentanan seismik (kg) menunjukkan area Kecamatan Nambo yang memiliki kerentanan tinggi meliputi Kelurahan Pentoahan dan Nambo.

Abstract

The Indonesian government issued Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) Number 2 Year 2022 on Job Creation by amending several contents of the regulation. After the issuance of the regulation, attention has been focused on the regulation of the protection of women in law. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of Government Regulation on Job Creation regarding the welfare of women workers in the review of contemporary Islamic law through siyāsah dusturiyāh. The analysis was conducted through library study, using data sources acquired from the literature pertaining to the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law on Job Creation. The results showed that in contemporary Islamic legal study, the concept of siyāsah dusturiyāh emphasized policy formation to achieve benefits measured through Maqasid Shari'ah. According to Perppu, every citizen was able to secure employment and receive fair as well as dignified compensation and treatment in labor relations, including the protection of women workers. However, several aspects did not work in accordance with the objectives and had a negative impact on women workers. These included the threat of low wages, the expansion of the outsourcing system, and the obligation of prolonged leave, which no longer persisted. In this context, Perpu was not consistent with the purpose of the benefit of women workers.

Abstract

This study develops a critical thinking assessment for the Summative Final Semester (SAS) English Exam at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The goal of study to know the quantitative characteristic of critical thinking test of Summative Final Semester (SAS) using google form. This study a Research and Development approach, test items were designed based on the curriculum and validated by experts. Trials test were conducted with 120 students to know difficulty, discriminant, validity, and reliability by statistical. The results indicated while students performed well on language proficiency tasks, they faced challenges with critical thinking questions, emphasizing the need for more comprehensive preparation in this area. Values of expert validation is more 0,78, validation items is > 0,3,  reliability is 0.92, difficulty is easy, medium and hard, and discriminant is good. The digital platforms used Google Forms to create interactive assessments, not only measure language skills but also assess and develop critical thinking.

Abstract

Women in Darussalam Village play a crucial role in achieving food security by processing their harvests in simple ways. With their skills and creativity, they are able to create products with economic value and based on local wisdom. Through a strong spirit of mutual cooperation, local potential is collectively preserved, and the results are used for the common good. Based on field studies, women require innovation through knowledge and skills to cultivate local potential. Therefore, a learning needs analysis is necessary to identify the learning needs of productive-age women based on local wisdom. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results indicate that women in Darussalam Village have traditionally cultivated local potential and require learning related to hobbies and recreation, namely developing skills in making handicrafts for sustainable agricultural and fishery products, increasing productivity, and mentoring in product development for small businesses.
