Abstract

Kajian tentang pelaksanaan Pendidikan dasar dan menengah menjadi sangat urgent di era otonomi daerah mengingat tidak semua daerah bisa men-support kepada sekolah-sekolah yang ada di daerah untuk melaksanakan 8 standar pendidikan nasional dengan baik dan tepat. Tulisan ini ingin menunjukkan bagaimana tingkat persepsi dan ekspektasimasyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan program pendidikan dasar dan menengah yang meliputi8 standar pendidikan nasional di wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil kajian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah daerah bahkan secara khusus kepada sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Ponorogo bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar dan menengah masih harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Mengingat jenjang pendidikan ini merupakandasar yang kokoh bagi pembangunan sumber daya manusia sebelum masuk pada jenjangyang lebih tinggi. Banyak pihak (lebih lagi para orang tua wali murid) berharap terhadapkeberhasilan pendidikan anak-anaknya.

Abstract

The problem of bureaucracy is a challenge that must be addressed by the government. Improving the local government bureaucracy is a very important effort to be made because in the bureaucracy there are various aspects that can support the implementation of the public service process, one of which is the human resources aspect. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the evaluation and form of reform carried out by the Ponorogo Regency Regional Government on the human resources of its government bureaucracy. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method with a case study on one of the bureaucratic phenomena in Ponorogo Regency. The writing data is obtained through journal articles obtained through websites. Data analysis was conducted using literature studies based on relevant theories and references. The results of the discussion found that several aspects of assessing the performance evaluation of the Regional Apparatus Organisation of Ponorogo Regency include: a) Performance planning; b) Performance measurement; c) Performance reporting; d) Performance evaluation; and e) Performance achievement. Performance achievement. In addition, the bureaucratic reform carried out by the Regional Government of Ponorogo Regency prioritises three main goals, namely: a) A clean and accountable bureaucracy; b) An effective and efficient bureaucracy; and c) A bureaucracy that has quality public services.

Abstract

The authority of Conto Village strives to develop the existing natural potentials by collaborating with investors, the community, and all associated actors. The purpose of this study is to describe the village partnership model taken by the authority in developing the village tourism, especially Conto village of tourism, Bulukerto Sub-District, Wonogiri Regency. The method applied in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are in-depth interviews and documentation by conducting interactive analysis. The Conto village authority and investors become the main actors in developing Goa Resi tourism with a profit-sharing arrangement model, whereas Pokdarwis and Mbah Sadiman are actors in developing Bukit Gendol tourism with a management contract cooperation model. In the other side, Soko Langit is managed privately, however in its development having a verbal profit-sharing arrangement with Pokdarwis. Banteng Vegetable Garden is managed by the owner of the garden and Pokdarwis through a profit-sharing arrangement, meanwhile the Coffee House is managed by BUMDes as well as the community, and developed by Pokdarwis with a management contract collaboration model. With the good cooperative activities from the youth and the farmers in Conto village, it will support the development of the natural potentials that expected to become the tourist attractions. In conclusion, the involvement of several actors is highly essential in conducting a cooperative partnership. Actors are the main key in cooperative relationships, thus in achieving a goal, each party shall collaborate to realize it.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan internet telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada cara bisnis dijalankan. Salah satu sektor yang telah mengalami transformasi tersebut adalah industri makanan ringan, termasuk produk kripik kelapa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran digital yang telah mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis kripik kelapa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan strategi ini. Dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan pengamatan terhada pelaku usaha yang menggunakan strategi marketing. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan terhadap kegiatan bisnis dari UMKM Kripik Kelapa. Melalui penerapan itu memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Stunting pada balita merupakan wujud dari masalah kekurangan zat gizi kronis, baik saat pre natal maupun post- natal. Review bertujuan untuk memperoleh cara dan upaya dalam mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak di bawah lima tahun (balita) dan memperoleh data efikasi makro atau zat gizi mikro untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting pada bayi dan anak balita. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data pada peserta posyandu di desa Wates Kecamatan Jenangan, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan terhadap penanggulangan kejadian stunting diwilayah desa Wates. Selain itu, diharapkan dalam pencegahan stunting yang terjadi di Desa Wates dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya stunting pada anak.

Abstract

The Ngebel District Government developed website technology in collaboration with Akedimis to advance the tourism potential sector towards the digital era. The purpose of this study is to describe the collaborative development of the dolanngebel.com website as tourism information on Ngebel's potential. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data used can be obtained from observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This website was developed to facilitate access for tourists to find Ngebel tourist information through social media. The results of this study in Collaborative Governance resulted in a strategy carried out by the Ngebel District government in collaboration with academics, namely inviting business people to be able to operate websites to increase tourist visitors and carry out promotions through social media regarding the development of the dolanngebel.com website to attract visiting tourists.

Abstract

Disaster management must be carried out in a structured manner, involving many parties or stakeholders, so that the government cannot be the sole actor. The problem formulation in this study is how to implement an effective government collaboration model. The objective of this study is to find the most ideal model of collaboration in disaster management in Ponorogo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the practice of Collaborative Governance is key to the process of resolving disaster issues in Ponorogo. as seen from various collaborations that demonstrate the complexity of the actors involved, resulting in faster recovery and normalisation of community life after a disaster. In addition, the intensity of coordination and communication is an absolute requirement in the process of resolving disaster events. It should be remembered that prevention is paramount in disaster management, so prevention efforts need to be optimised. In this study, we have limitations, one of which is that the disaster management model is sometimes ineffective due to the involvement of many actors with different interests, which hinders the resolution of disaster events. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the roles of each actor in more depth.

Abstract

Strategi dari calon legislatif merupakan salah satu peranan penting untuk kemenangan seorang calon legislatif. Dapil tiga ini merupakan lokasi  penelitian yang meliputi Kecamatan Sawoo, Kecamatan Pudak, Kecamatan Sooko, Kecamatan Pulung dan Kecamatan Ngebel. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh calon legislatif daerah pemilihan tiga meliputi tiga strategi, yang pertama strategi pendekatan yaitu pendekatan sosiologis, pendekatan psikologis, dan pendekatan rasional. Kedua strategi marketing politik yaitu dengan komunikasi politik dan yang ketiga adalah strategi kolaborasi program.
