Abstract

Abstract Rasau Jaya Umum Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province is one of the villages that often experiences forest and land fires. Rasau Jaya Umum Village is experiencing rapid development so that waste becomes one of the problems that need to be resolved properly. During the Covid-19 pandemic, environmental cleanliness is very important. The purpose of this community partnership program is to increase the knowledge of the economic groups in Rasau Jaya Umum Village so that they understand better environmental management so that it provides meaningful benefits to the community. Implementation of community service is carried out with a periodic extension approach for 5 months. Increasing knowledge is carried out by means of a questionnaire before and after the activity is carried out. The results of the activity show that groups of economic actors consisting of farmers, traders and ranchers have increased knowledge of the environment by 56%, waste management 54% and prevention of forest and land fires by 50%. This condition is expected to be able to change the mindset of the group of economic actors in Rasau Jaya Umum Village to better protect the environment so that they can live healthier lives. Abstrak Desa Rasau Jaya Umum, Kecamatan Rasau Jaya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat merupakan salah satu desa yang sering mengalami kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Desa Rasau Jaya Umum sedang mengalami pembangunan yang pesat sehingga sampah menjadi salah satu persoalan yang perlu diselesaikan dengan baik. Saat pandemi Covid-19, kebersihan lingkungan sangat penting. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kelompok pelaku ekonomi di Desa Rasau Jaya Umum agar lebih memahami pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dengan baik sehingga memberikan manfaat yang berarti bagi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penyuluhan secara berkala selama 5 bulan. Peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan dengan kuisioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kelompok pelaku ekonomi yang terdiri atas petani, pedagang dan peternak mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan hidup sebesar 56%, pengelolaan sampah 54% dan pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan 50%. Kondisi ini diharapkan mampu mengubah pola pikir kelompok pelaku ekonomi di Desa Rasau Jaya Umum untuk lebih menjaga lingkungan hidup sehingga bisa hidup lebih sehat.

Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang evaluasi kualitas layanan internet di Universitas Tanjungpura. Penulis menggunakan dua metode analisis, yaitu Quality of Service (QoS) dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk mengukur kinerja internet di kampus Universitas Tanjungpura. Pada analisis QoS, penulis mengukur beberapa parameter kinerja internet, seperti throughput, delay, packet loss, dan jitter, untuk setiap fakultas di kampus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa throughput tertinggi berada di Fakultas Teknik (FT) dengan nilai rata-rata 87,90 MB, sementara delay dan packet loss terendah terdapat di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) dengan nilai rata-rata 0,16 ms dan 0,00% secara berturut-turut. Sementara itu, pada analisis UAT, penulis melakukan survei terhadap mahasiswa untuk mengetahui penggunaan internet di kampus dan kepuasan mereka terhadap layanan internet yang disediakan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menganggap internet di kampus memadai dan lancar, serta sering digunakan untuk belajar dan mengakses media sosial.

Abstract

Indonesia adheres to the doctrine of constitutionalism, thus the assurance of protection for citizens' constitutional rights needs to be implemented. Constitutional violations against citizens' rights currently lack extraordinary legal measures to address them. Therefore, the author analyzes the necessity of extraordinary legal measures (Constitutional Complaint) for ensuring the protection of citizens' constitutional rights. The author employs a normative legal research method with a normative juridical approach, collecting secondary and primary legal sources, including secondary and tertiary sources. The legal materials used consist of books, journals, scholarly works, articles, and relevant legal foundations. In this research, the primary legal foundation emphasized is the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. To analyze this data, a descriptive analysis technique is used by gathering references from various sources, aligning them with the used legal foundation, and then conducting an analysis. The results of this research indicate the necessity of granting Constitutional Complaint authority to the Constitutional Court to provide legal certainty and ensure the protection of the constitutional rights of justice seekers.
