Abstract

ABSTRAKMasyarakat sebagai konsumen dalam memilih makanan akan semakin bijak dengan memilih makanan yang aman bagi kesehatan, seperti bahan pangan organik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin meningkatnya  permintaan produk organik yang menunjukkan trend meningkat hingga 20 % per tahun. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan indeks keberlanjutan usahatani sayuran organik. Metode kajian menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh.dari hasil penelitian dengan menguraikan secara sistematis.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani sayuran organik di berberapa daerah memiliki keragaman nilai C/R ratio yakni berkisar antata 1,21 sampai 4,84 sehingga dapat disimpulkan usahatani sayuran organik layak untuk diusahakan karena nilai C/R ratio lebih besar dari satu.Usahatani sayuran organik juga dinyatakan layak berdasarkan empat aspek yaitu aspek finansial , aspek hukum, aspek pasar dan  aspek teknis. Indek keberlanjutan usahatani sayuran organik pada dimensi teknologi dan infrastruktur serta dimensi ekologi menunjukkan status sangat berkelanjutan, pada dimensi kelembagaan dan dimensi ekonomi menunjukkan status cukup berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Analisis Imbangan Penerimaan, Indeks Keberlanjutan, Kelayakan Usahatani, Sayuran Organik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for cement/ceciwis vegetables, see the most preferred attributes of cement/ceciwis vegetables and the most dominant attributes to be developed in cement/ceciwis vegetables. The method used in this study is the descriptive survey method. The sample withdrawal method in this study is by using  the Accidental Sampling method  of 50 respondents with primary data from interviews using a questionnaire tool. The data were analyzed using the konjoin analysis method with SPSS 25. The results of this study show that the consumer utility value  for semen/ceciwis vegetables in a clean condition is (0.255), has an even freshness level of (0.195), price <= Rp. 8,000 is (0.195), durability > from 5 days is (0.025), and easy to obtain is (0.075). Importance Score) used as a consideration material for respondents/consumers of Semen/Ceciwis vegetables in order from the highest to the lowest are Cleanliness Level of 26,613, Price and Freshness of 21,496, Durability of 17,342 and Availability of 13,513 The cleanliness level of Semen/Ceciwis Vegetables is one of the attributes that is highly considered by consumers in making a purchase decision, this can be seen from the usability value of 0.255 and the importance of by 26,613 which is higher than other attributes. The marketing strategy that can be used to increase the sales of semen/ceciwis vegetables is to use a marketing strategy, namely the marketing mix or often called the 4P because it consists of a mix of products, prices (price), places (place), and finally a promotion mix (promotion). Abstract

Sektor pertanian memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar bagi perekonomian Indonesia, namun sektor ini juga merupakan sektor dengan jumlah keluarga miskin mencapai 23,46%. Kelembagaan petani memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung pembangunan pertanian dan merupakan tahap pertama dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan petani. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengemukakan perspektif peran dan fungsi kelembagaan agribisnis sebagai upaya pembangunan pertanian berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan petani. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa berbagai masalah-masalah di sektor pertanian terbukti mampu dipecahkan melalui pendekatan kelembagaan. Teknologi, sumberdaya alam dan sumberdaya manusia merupakan tiga faktor penting yang saling terkait dalam pembangunan pertanian. Ketiga faktor tersebut perlu dipayungi oleh suatu kelembagaan yang merupakan faktor penggerak dan memiliki peran serta fungsi sebagai satu kesatuan sistem dalam pembangunan pertanian dan kesejahteraan petani.kata kunci : kelembagaan, kesejahteraan, petani, pembangunan pertanian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation and compensation on the performance of shallot farmers in Randuputih Village, Probolinggo. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 40 farmers who are members of the local Shallot Farmers Group Association. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed: Motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on performance (Y) (sig. <0.05; R²=0.459) Partially, both variabels have a positive effect with compensation as the dominant factor (coefficient 0.452). This finding indicates that increasing compensation has a greater impact on farmer performance than motivation. This study recommends the need for policies that focus on improving the compensation system to encourage the productivity of shallot farmers.Keywords: Motivation, Compensation and Farmer Performance.

Abstract

The "Phianz Cookies" cake business in Kademangan District, Probolinggo City is one of the potential culinary businesses. This study analyzes the feasibility of the business and the sensitivity of the business using primary data (owner interviews) and secondary data (literature). The research period was conducted from November to December 2024, with a cash flow analysis for 12 months The results of the study showed: NPV of IDR 10,150,000.00. Gross B/C 1.06, Net B/C 1.68, IRR 9.69% per month, Payback Period achieved in the 7th month. Sensitivity analysis revealed that profit is the most sensitive factor (27.08%), where its decline can significantly affect NPV. Thus, this business is feasible to run on the condition that it maintains or increases profits to remain sustainable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang sayur keliling di Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen yang dianalisis meliputi modal usaha, lama usaha, tanggungan keluarga, jam kerja dan preferensi konsumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, seluruh variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Secara parsial modal usaha, lama usaha, dan jam kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan kontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Sebaliknya jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, sementara preferensi konsumen menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif signifikan. Di antara seluruh variabel lama usaha memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap pendapatan, mengindikasikan pentingnya akumulasi pengalaman dan jaringan usaha dalam sektor informal seperti pedagang sayur keliling. Kata kunci: Jam Kerja, Lama Usaha, Modal Usaha, Preferensi Konsumen, Pendapatan, Tanggungan Keluarga. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the income of mobile vegetable vendors in Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency, using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables analyzed include business capital, business duration, number of dependents, working hours, and consumer preferences. The results of the analysis indicate that simultaneously, all these variables have a positive and significant effect on income. Partially, business capital, business duration, and working hours have positive and significant effects, demonstrating their direct contribution to income improvement. Conversely, the number of dependents does not show a significant effect, while consumer preference has a significantly negative effect. Among all variables, business duration has the most dominant influence on income, indicating the importance of accumulated experience and business networks in the informal sector, such as mobile vegetable vending.
