Abstract

Supply chain management is the activity of processing raw materials into goods in process or semi-finished goods and finished goods then sending these products to consumers through the distribution system. The supply chain itself is a complex network consisting of complex suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers and consumers. This research took place at SG'S Mushroom which is located at Sumbergondo sub-district. Bumiaji, Batu City. The aim of this research is to determine the flow and mechanism of the supply chain at SG'S Mushroom so that it can be used as input in determining the appropriate supply chain channels and mechanisms for SG'S Mushroom. The data used is primary data and secondary data and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the supply chain flow at SG'S Mushroom consists of the flow of goods, the flow of money and the flow of information which are interconnected. The supply chain mechanism at SG'S Mushroom consists of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and consumers. Suppliers at SG'S Mushroom consist of sengon powder suppliers, lime suppliers, rice bran suppliers, plastic suppliers, seed suppliers, and ring and cap suppliers. The manufacturer at SG'S Mushroom is SG'S Mushroom itself. Distributors at SG'S Mushroom consist of collector distributors and CV Arjuna partner distributors. Retailers at SG'S Mushroom consist of ratailer melijo and shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from distributors and souvenir shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from partner distributor CV Arjuna. Lastly is the final consumer, SG'S final consumer gets oyster mushrooms that have been processed or raw. If oyster mushrooms have been processed, consumers get them from gift shops. If oyster mushrooms are still raw, consumers can get them from melijo retailers and stall retailers or get them directly from SG'S Mushroom. Keywords: Supply Chain Flow, Oyster Mushroom

Abstract

This research aims to determine the causes of the decline in the interest and participation of the younger generation in the agricultural sector and its impact, so that appropriate steps can be taken to improve the situation. The research method used is a literature study with a secondary data collection approach from the library by reading, taking notes, and then processing library materials to be used as discussion and research results. The results of the study show that the decline in interest and participation of the younger generation is caused by negative perceptions of agriculture, urbanization, and modernization, limited access to resources, economic uncertainty, level of education, and changes in social and values. This phenomenon can threaten a country's food security and the sustainability of the agricultural sector, so a comprehensive and sustainable strategy is needed, such as increasing education and training, skills development, infrastructure development and access to resources, increasing economic welfare, promotion and campaigning, and building partnerships and collaboration.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan oleh dosen Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo dan mahasiswa peserta KKN Desa Bulang yang dilaksanakan di Dusun Klompang Desa Bulang Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang adalah ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu pelatihan kewirausahaan membuat buket snack sebagai salah satu alternative peluang usaha dimana nantinya dengan inovasi pembuatan buket snack ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan Metode Penyuluhan dan Metode Pelatihan pada kegiatan awal dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dengan materi Kreativitas, Peluang Usaha, dan Cara Memulai Berwirausaha dan dilakunjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan buket snack. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan dalam hal ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK tentang cara membuat buket snack sebagai alternatif peluang usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga Empowering PKK Mothers through Training on Making Snack Bouquets as An Alternative Business Opportunity to Increase Family Income Community service was carried out by lecturers of Panca Marga University of Probolinggo and students participating in the Bulang Village KKN which was held in Klompang Hamlet, Bulang Village, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency with a total of 10 participants being PKK mothers. This activity is one of the entrepreneurship trainings to make a bouquet of snacks as an alternative business opportunity where later with the innovation of making this snack bouquet can increase family income. The implementation method used in community service using the Counseling Method and Training Method in the initial activity was carried out by the counseling method with the material Creativity, Business Opportunities, and How to Start Entrepreneurship and was carried out with training on making snack bouquets. The results obtained from this community service activity, there was an increase in the knowledge of the trainees in this case pkk mothers about how to make a bouquet of snacks as an alternative business opportunity to increase family income

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation and compensation on the performance of shallot farmers in Randuputih Village, Probolinggo. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 40 farmers who are members of the local Shallot Farmers Group Association. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed: Motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on performance (Y) (sig. <0.05; R²=0.459) Partially, both variabels have a positive effect with compensation as the dominant factor (coefficient 0.452). This finding indicates that increasing compensation has a greater impact on farmer performance than motivation. This study recommends the need for policies that focus on improving the compensation system to encourage the productivity of shallot farmers.Keywords: Motivation, Compensation and Farmer Performance.

Abstract

The "Phianz Cookies" cake business in Kademangan District, Probolinggo City is one of the potential culinary businesses. This study analyzes the feasibility of the business and the sensitivity of the business using primary data (owner interviews) and secondary data (literature). The research period was conducted from November to December 2024, with a cash flow analysis for 12 months The results of the study showed: NPV of IDR 10,150,000.00. Gross B/C 1.06, Net B/C 1.68, IRR 9.69% per month, Payback Period achieved in the 7th month. Sensitivity analysis revealed that profit is the most sensitive factor (27.08%), where its decline can significantly affect NPV. Thus, this business is feasible to run on the condition that it maintains or increases profits to remain sustainable. Abstract

Pemasaran tradisional mulai ditinggalkan, berganti digital marketing. Digital marketing bagi sebuah usaha merupakan bagian yang sangat penting saat ini, tak terkecuali bagi UMKM. Selain harus memproduksi produk dengan memiliki kualitas yang baik, peranan digital mareketing juga sangat dibutuhkan. Apalagi kondisi pandemi saat ini, yang memungkinkan konsumen membeli semua kebutuhan melalui digital marketing atau media sosial. Kondisi ini yang membuat pelaku UMKM yang tidak semua memiliki kemampuan tersebut. Hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan Tim KKN Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan diskusi. Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo sejumlah 10 orang yang terpilih melalui kegiatan observasi yang menjadi peserta pada kegiatan ini. Hasil yang didaptkan adalah 90% peserta menyatakan puas atas pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, dan peserta mengetahui dan memahami manfaat penggunaan media sosial (instagram) yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana digital marketing
