Abstract

Perilaku merokok saat berkendara masih sering ditemukan di lingkungan masyarakat dan berpotensi mengganggu keselamatan berkendara. Aktivitas ini dapat mengurangi konsentrasi pengendara serta mengganggu pengguna jalan lain akibat asap dan abu rokok yang terbawa angin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku merokok saat berkendara terhadap Pemahaman safety riding pada pengendara sepeda motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada masyarakat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memahami pentingnya keselamatan berkendara, namun perilaku merokok saat berkendara masih cukup sering ditemukan di jalan raya. Mayoritas responden juga mengetahui bahwa perilaku tersebut dapat membahayakan diri sendiri maupun pengguna jalan yang lain. Selain itu, masih terdapat sebagian kecil masyarakat yang menganggap perilaku merokok saat berkendara sebagai hal yang wajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku merokok saat berkendara berpotensi mengganggu konsentrasi pengendara dan bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip safety riding. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya keselamatan berkendara melalui edukasi dan sosialisasi keselamatan lalu lintas.

Abstract

Supply chains and logistics support global economy activity, where disruptions can occur in the form of demand fluctuations across multi-echelon systems, known as the bullwhip effect. Research objectives focus on analysis publications development of bullwhip effect 2020–2025 period, identifying causal factors, mitigation strategies, and determining priority mitigation recommendations. An integrated research approach is implemented through a Systematic Literature Review, bibliometric analysis, and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). Literature selection is conducted using Scopus, Taylor and Francis, Lens, OpenAlex, Dimensions AI, and Google Scholar databases. Initial identification yields 1,081 publications, from which 494 articles are selected based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bibliometric analysis is performed using RStudio and VOSviewer to examine publication trends, citation patterns, geographical distribution, and thematic structures. Expert evaluations are processed using F-AHP to prioritize mitigation strategies. Results of the literature synthesis identify five dominant bullwhip effect causal factors, including supply chain structure & policy, demand uncertainty & variability, information & ordering distortion, operational & managerial decision-making, and supply & distribution disruptions. Expert assessment identifies Policy and Coordination as the highest priority strategy, with Inventory Management, Centralization, and Decentralization as the main recommended strategy mitigation, afterward Information Sharing with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Operational Strategy with Demand Forecasting, and Technology and Innovation with Digitalization. Contributions to knowledge support researchers and practitioners in strengthening supply chain resilience and sustainability also provide guidance for future research.

Abstract

Efisiensi energi merupakan aspek krusial dalam pengembangan kendaraan listrik untuk mengoptimalkan jarak tempuh baterai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa pengereman regeneratif (regenerative braking) pada motor listrik Brushless DC (BLDC) berdaya 10 kW menggunakan instrumen penganalisis daya presisi tinggi. Pengujian dilakukan di atas mesin chassis dynamometer (Dynojet) dengan tiga variasi simulasi beban kendaraan, yaitu tanpa penumpang, setengah penumpang, dan penuh penumpang, di mana masing-masing skenario dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali pengulangan (run) dengan interval perekaman data setiap 2 detik menggunakan Power Analyzer PW6001-16. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi pengereman regeneratif optimal justru dicapai pada kondisi setengah penumpang dengan efisiensi sebesar 14,32% dan penghematan energi rata-rata sebesar 4,44 Wh. Kondisi tanpa penumpang menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 13,55% dengan energi regeneratif rata-rata -5,98 Wh. Sementara itu, kondisi penuh penumpang menunjukkan penurunan efisiensi yang signifikan menjadi 7,93% dengan energi regeneratif -5,32 Wh, meskipun total konsumsi energi aktifnya paling tinggi sebesar 67,13 Wh. Terjadi malfungsi pembacaan mekanis pada sensor kecepatan (RPM) selama beban penuh akibat getaran ekstrem di atas roller dyno, namun parameter kelistrikan tetap terekam secara akurat. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa batas daya pengereman regeneratif maksimum konstan pada kisaran -1,21 kW hingga -1,23 kW di seluruh variasi pengujian sebagai bentuk proteksi sistem pengendali kendaraan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penambahan beban kendaraan tidak selalu meningkatkan efisiensi pengereman regeneratif karena adanya batasan torsi elektris motor dan dominasi pengereman mekanis pada beban puncak.

Abstract

The hydraulic transmission system is a key component of an excavator because it transfers fluid power from the pump to the actuators to produce working movements of the boom, arm, and bucket. This study aims to analyze the performance of the hydraulic transmission system in a crawler-type miniature excavator prototype based on working load, cylinder cross-sectional area, working pressure, cylinder speed, flow rate, and pump requirement. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) method with limited stages of define, design, development, and disseminate. The prototype was designed using CAD software, manufactured through 3D printing with PLA+ material, and equipped with a simple hydraulic system to operate the boom, arm, and bucket cylinders. The analysis was conducted by determining load distribution based on the center of gravity, calculating the force acting on each cylinder, and determining the cylinder area, working pressure, and actuator flow rate. The results showed that the boom cylinder received the highest load of 20 kg, while the arm and bucket cylinders received 10 kg and 5 kg, respectively. The boom cylinder area was 0.000314 m², while the arm and bucket cylinder areas were 0.000491 m². The required working pressures for the boom, arm, and bucket cylinders were 72 bar, 30 bar, and 20 bar, with flow rates of 0.565 lpm, 1.470 lpm, and 2.063 lpm, respectively. These results indicate that the boom cylinder is the most critical component based on pressure requirement, while the bucket cylinder determines the highest flow demand. Therefore, pump selection should consider a maximum pressure of 72 bar and a minimum flow rate of 2.063 lpm, with additional flow capacity when multiple actuators operate simultaneously.

Abstract

Psychomotor assessment in vocational high schools often remains subjective and insufficiently standardized, particularly in practical automotive learning related to conventional distributor-type diesel fuel systems. This study developed a performance assessment instrument to evaluate students’ technical competence in vocational automotive education more objectively. A Research and Development design adapted from Sugiyono’s model was applied up to the expert validation stage. The instrument comprised three integrated components: a Job Sheet, Work Sheet, and Assessment Sheet, structured using hierarchical indicators of psychomotor assessment from Imitation (P1) to Naturalization (P5). Five experts, consisting of three content experts and two assessment-instrument experts, evaluated the instrument using a four-point Likert scale. The validation data were analyzed using Aiken’s V to examine content, construct, language, and usability validity. The results showed that all components obtained Aiken’s V values above 0.80, indicating valid expert judgment across the assessed aspects. The developed instrument provides an initial valid basis for more structured, transparent, and consistent assessment of diesel fuel system maintenance skills in vocational practice.

Abstract

Growing vehicle use has increased interest in combustion additives that may reduce fuel use and exhaust emissions in conventional engines. This study evaluated an HHO-based electrolyzer system applied to a carburetted F8A engine without internal engine modification. An experimental comparison was conducted under standard operation without HHO and with an active electrolyzer at 800, 2000, 3000, and 4000 rpm. The measured parameters were CO, CO₂, HC, O₂, lambda, and fuel consumption. HHO addition reduced HC emissions by 14.2%, decreased O₂ by 18.5%, increased CO₂ by 10.9%, and shifted lambda from 1.197 to 1.124, indicating a movement toward more complete combustion. However, CO increased by 10.0%. Fuel consumption decreased by 7.0% at 800 rpm, 7.3% at 3000 rpm, and 9.8% at 4000 rpm, but increased by 4.5% at 2000 rpm. These findings indicate that HHO addition can modify the emission profile and fuel consumption of a carburetted F8A engine, although its benefits are engine-speed dependent.

Abstract

Masa diskon tanggal kembar dalam e-commerce sering menyebabkan lonjakan aktivitas transaksi yang berdampak pada kualitas layanan logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu dan jasa pengiriman terhadap kepuasan konsumen selama periode tanggal kembar di platform Shopee bulan Januari sampai Mei 2025 berdasarkan karakteristik konsumen. Variabel independen terdiri atas waktu pengiriman (X₁) dan jasa pengiriman (X₂), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan konsumen (Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 400 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Validitas diuji dengan korelasi Pearson dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, dan regresi linear berganda (jenis kelamin, usia, profesi, dan penghasilan bulanan) menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu dan jasa pengiriman sama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, namun jasa pengiriman memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan pada hampir seluruh kategori. Kelompok usia muda, perempuan, dan pelajar lebih sensitif terhadap waktu pengiriman, sementara pekerja serta responden berpenghasilan tinggi lebih mengutamakan kualitas jasa. Strategi pengiriman yang adaptif berdasarkan karakteristik konsumen diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terutama saat tanggal kembar.

Abstract

Teluk Bayur Port faces challenges of uncertainty and extreme fluctuations in general cargo volume. These fluctuations complicate the allocation of port facility resources and operational equipment. A comparison of forecasting methods was conducted to determine the best model for predicting cargo flow. The forecasting methods used were the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) and Prophet. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed by analyzing monthly time series data from January 2023 to December 2025. The analysis results indicated that the data exhibited an upward trend and multiplicative seasonal characteristics. Model testing proved that the Prophet method with multiplicative seasonal adjustment provided superior accuracy compared to the SARIMA model ARIMA(2,1,2)(0,1,0)12. The MAPE error rate of the Prophet model reached 15.71% (classified as good), outperforming the SARIMA model at 24.48% (classified as reasonable). Furthermore, Prophet demonstrated better performance with an RMSE value of 1,682.66 tons and a MASE of 0.30. The Moving Range control chart test also confirmed the validity and stability of the prediction results for the Prophet method. The Prophet method proved to be more adaptive and stable in handling cargo flow fluctuations. This research fills the gap in port forecasting studies, which are generally dominated by container cargo, by applying algorithms to the dynamics of general cargo to create a tactical planning instrument for the management of Teluk Bayur Port.

Abstract

Sektor logistik global dituntut meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekaligus menekan dampak lingkungan untuk mendukung pencapaian United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDGs 9 dan SDGs 12. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan kontribusi lean logistics terhadap SDGs serta mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, klaster tematik, dan peluang riset masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review berpedoman PRISMA yang dipadukan dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari basis data Dimensions AI periode 2016–2025, menghasilkan 192 artikel terpilih dari 532 dokumen awal. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan VOSviewer melalui clusters, network, overlay, dan density visualization. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan publikasi pasca 2023 dan terbentuknya tiga klaster utama, yaitu operational improvement tools, strategic sustainability integration, dan process efficiency management. Meskipun riset efisiensi dan reduksi limbah telah dieksplorasi secara ekstensif, kesenjangan masih terdapat pada reverse logistics dan dimensi sosial, sehingga pengembangan lean logistics berkelanjutan perlu diarahkan pada pendekatan sirkular dan holistik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the electric drive system in electric shuttle busses converted from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to battery-based electric vehicles. The focus of the study is directed toward evaluating the technical characteristics of the electric motor, battery capacity and endurance, range estimation, power requirements, and the efficiency of the vehicle's drive system. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, literature study, and mathematical modeling based on the vehicle's technical specifications, including vehicle mass, battery capacity, power and torque of the electric motor, as well as vehicle resistance parameters such as rolling resistance and aerodynamic drag. The analysis results show that 2 lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries with a capacity of 15.84 kWh can support an operating time of approximately 6.46 hours with an estimated range of 323 km at a speed of 50 km/h. The motor power calculation shows that the electric motor has a maximum power of 96.33 kW, while the actual power requirement of the vehicle on flat roads is only about 4.8 kW. These results indicate that the electric drive system has sufficient power reserves and is technically feasible for use in the converted electric shuttle bus
