Abstract- The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the supply chain management as the Internal Financial Control System in Financial system of the universites. This research method uses a type of critical qualitative research that is describing, describing, describing, assessing a condition, evaluating, and providing recommendations to SPI with observation, interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The results reflected the improvement in the efficiency and the effectiveness of SC strategy in connection with the company’s short-term strategic financial objectives. The analysis showed that any improvement in the SC operations’ performance will lead to better supply chain management (SCM), and consequently enhance the company’s overall financial performance. An improvement in SC performance as well as financial performance has been shown for the three conditions (optimistic, normal and pessimistic) following the proposed procedure.In increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of the internal control system at the ISI Denpasar, it needs to be supported by several things including: the application of recruitment patterns and employee career development, the application of risk identification and analysis methodologies, improving communication with external parties, implementing follow-up audit procedures and attention to completeness documentation of the results of activities. The paper follows a systems view which can help in determining the most appropriate SC strategy with regard to targeted financial objectives in education ssytem. This paper benefits from data extracted from a institutes by evaluating the applicability of the model developed under a different set of scenarios.

This study aims to analyze the role of BUMDesaa organizational culture and employees on improving the rural economy, especially for BUMDesaa organizations. In this study, the number of samples used was 102 respondents with the saturated sample method. Methods of collecting data are interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale, as well as distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The data analysis technique was carried out using Path Analysis (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results showed that: Organizational culture positive, Performance, and Job satisfaction have a positive effect on the improvement of the rural economy. Organizational Culture has no effect on job satisfaction, but Performance has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and Performance have a positive effect on improving the rural economy through job satisfaction. Based on these results, it can be explained that organizational culture and performance can improve the rural economy of BUMDesa if employee job satisfaction increases. Increasing employee satisfaction determines the form of organizational culture and performance achievement

Tax is a compulsory contribution owed to the State by an individual or an entity that is a force based on the Law that does not receive compensation directly but is used for State purposes, namely the prosperity of the people. This study aims to examine the understanding of tax regulations, quality of tax authorities services, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance, and risk preferences which act as moderating variables. The data in this study were obtained from the questionnaire (primary). The population in this study amounted to 85,781 people. The method of determining the sample in this study is the accidental sampling method and using the Slovin formula so that it gets the number of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is (Moderated Regression Analysis) and factor analysis. The results showed that understanding of tax regulations, quality of tax authorities services, and tax sanctions had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance while risk preferences did not affect taxpayer compliance. Risk preference shows the results of not being able to moderate the relationship between understanding tax regulations, the quality of tax services, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance.

Pajak merupakan fenomena umum sebagai sumber penerimaan negara yang berlaku di berbagai negara. Pemerintah meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan pembenahan undang-undang perpajakan dan sistem administrasi perpajakan. Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, pemeriksaan pajak, kualitas pelayanan perpajakan, tarif pajak, dan modernisasi sistem administrasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KPP Gianyar. Populasi yaitu Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Gianyar sebanyak 100.623 orang dan sampel h 100 WPOP dengan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemeriksaan pajak, kualitas pelayanan perpajakan, tarif pajak, dan modernisasi sistem administrasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. sedangkan variabel pengetahuan perpajakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi.

Banyak hambatan untuk menghadiri sesi studi di universitas dihilangkan dengan pembelajaran online yang meminimalkan beban keuangan perjalanan, dan transfer, dan tidak dibatasi oleh kendala waktu atau lokasi. Gamification adalah metode baru untuk meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kenikmatan pengguna dalam konteks non-game, yang dimediasi komputer yang memiliki banyak bukti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan pustaka yang sistematis tentang penggunaan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran kolaboratif online, termasuk berbagai komponen penting pembelajaran kolaboratif online yang memastikan partisipasi siswa aktif, elemen penting permainan yang memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif siswa, dan pendekatan gamifikasi yang efektif untuk pembelajaran online. pembelajaran kolaboratif. murid. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dimulai dengan menentukan topik, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengumpulkan, memilah, dan menganalisis makalah yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Perancangan game pada gamifikasi menarik perhatian para profesional di bidang pendidikan yang masih berusaha menemukan metode untuk memotivasi, melibatkan, membujuk, dan meningkatkan kinerja siswa. Mereka memiliki preferensi terendah untuk elemen permainan ini karena perasaan dan emosi negatif yang ditimbulkan dengan mendapatkan peringkat rendah.

E-learning and expert systems can be implemented for learning in the health sector. Through the e-learning system, prospective health workers can analyze problems by exploring the material in the system. However, material learning alone is less effective, so case study-based learning using an expert system is needed to strengthen understanding. The research applies an expert system to online learning to diagnose several infectious diseases. The disease diagnosis process uses the backward chaining method and the Mamdani fuzzy inference system. The fuzzy Mamdani inference system determines the intensity of disease severity so that appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. The test findings on 15 test datasets yielded a backward chaining accuracy value of 100%. Three test scenarios were used to establish the test using the Mamdani fuzzy inference method. Scenario 1: Testing with the Center of Gravity defuzzification and Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference system Tests employing the Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference method and center average defuzzification are used in Scenario 2. Scenario 3 involves testing using the Fuzzy Mamdani Product Inference System with Center Average Defuzzification. The average outcome for the intensity of disease severity utilizing the Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference system with Center of Gravity defuzzification was greater than that of the two test scenarios that were suggested, which was 49.43%.

ABSTRACTThe main partner problem is the partner's low knowledge and skills in computational thinking. The method used to solve partner problems is ASSISTANCE. The purpose of the mentoring is to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers to incorporate computational thinking knowledge into learning. The results of the assistance for approximately 4 months show that the knowledge and skills of partners in computational thinking cannot be improved. Keywords: Training, Computational Thinking, Bebras, HOTS ABSTRAK Masalah mitra yang utama adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra dalam berpikir komputasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mitra adalah PENDAMPINGAN. Tujuan pendapingan adalah meningkatkan pengetahan dan ketrampilan Guru memasukan pengetahuan computational thinking ke dalam pembelajaran. Hasil pendampingan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra dalam berpikir komputasi belum bisa ditingkatkan. ABSTRACTThe target for this community service activity is the Teacher Community, consisting of elementary school teachers, junior high school teachers, and high school teachers. The activity is sponsored by NBO Bebras Indonesia, as a partner that bears all costs of community service. The main problems of the target community are low knowledge of informatics and computational thinking, low high-order thinking skills, low knowledge of the challenges of freedom as an arena for competition in informatics and computational thinking. The method used to solve partner problems is online empowerment through webinars, workshops, group discussions in WhatsApp groups, and mentoring. The purpose of this community service is to cultivate computational thinking through the Indonesian Bebras Challenge Olympiad, with elementary, junior high, and high school students as well as vocational students. The results show that the success rate of getting the target teacher is 235%, the success of mobilizing elementary to high school students at the equivalent to participate in the free training reaches 7.4%. The number of participants who successfully took part in the Bebras Challenge was 3,246 students. The highest score was achieved by the SiKecil group as many as 87 students. ABSTRAKMasyarakat sasaran pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Komunitas Guru, terdiri dari Guru Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas dan sederajat. Kegiatan disponsori oleh NBO Bebras Indonesia, sebagai mitra yang menanggung seluruh biaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Masalah utama msyarakat sasaran adalah: rendahnya pengetahuan tentang informatika dan berpikir secara komputasi, rendahnya kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, rendahnya pengetahuan tentang tantangan bebras sebagai ajang kompetisi informatika dan berpikir secara komputasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mitra adalah pemberdayaan secara daring melalui webinar, workshop, diskusi kelompok dalam grup WhatsApp, serta pendampingan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah membudayakan berpikir komputasi melalu Olimpiade Tantangan Bebras Indonesia, dengan peserta siswa Sekolah Dasar, Menengah Pertama, serta Atas juga Kejuruan, dan sederajat. Hasil pemberdayaan menunjukan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan mendapatkan guru sasaran sebesar 235%, keberhasilan memobilisasi siswa SD sampai SMA sederajat mengikuti tangangan bebras mencapai 7.4%. Jumlah peserta yang berhasil mengikuti tantangan bebras sebanyak 3.246 siswa. Nilai tertinggi paling banyak dicapai oleh kelompok Sikecil sebanyak 87 siswa. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Daring, Komunitas Guru, Berpikir Komputasi, Bebras Indonesia.

The Indonesian government's program through the construction of various infrastructure and facilities in various Indonesian regions has had positive impacts and benefits for the community. One of the development program plans launched by the government is to advance rural areas by using and utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) media. village area. The main focus that will be carried out in this research is to analyze the aspects that need to be improved by local governments in preparation for the transformation and implementation of digital villages. The research method that will be used in this research activity is to use descriptive analysis and combined with literature studies. The results of this research activity are in the form of a design for an internet network topology scheme and also a RAB which will be used as a cost estimate for the village government to prepare facilities and infrastructure for the construction of internet network infrastructure in village areas.

Dalam kondisi saat ini usia – usia yang sangat rentan terserang penyakit mulai usia 0 - 36 bulan atau usia Batita, karena disebabkan oleh sistem imun di dalam tubuh anak yang memang belum terbangun dengan sempurna atau sedang dalam kondisi yang lemah. Sering kali para orang tua tidak tahu apa yang harus dilakukan kepada anak-anak mereka saat anak sedang sakit atau salah mengartikan gejala yang terjadi pada anak tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, di perlukan system yang dapat membantu orang tua, terutama orang tua muda atau baru mempunyai buah hati dan minim akan pengetahuan akan batita, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Certainty Factor untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada batita. Berdasarkan 22 data yang telah di uji menggunakan precission and recall sebesar 86,36% untuk nilai ketepatan (precission) dan sebesar 100% untuk nilai keberhasilan (recall). Dari nilai precission and recall system dapat berfungsi meskipun masih jauh dari 100%, tapi masih dapat digunakan untuk user mendiagnosa penyakit pada batita. Dengan adanya system tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para orangtua untuk menentukan penyakit yang diderita dengan cepat.
