Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of change management on organizational innovation in higher education institutions in North Sumatra. To address these gaps, higher education institutions need to urgently develop a more adaptive and participatory change management strategy. This strategy should \ensure that all parties are involved and supporting the change process towards sustainable innovation. Using qualitative research methods, this study collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies in several universities. The results show that effective change management, characterized by transformational leadership, human resource readiness, and technological infrastructure support, contributes significantly to organizational innovation. However, challenges such as resistance to change, limited financial resources, and lack of training for educators remain major obstacles. Therefore, a more adaptive and participatory change management strategy is not just a suggestion, but a necessity for the optimal functioning of organizational innovation.

Abstract

This research examines the integration between performance management and sustainability as a systemic approach in improving organizational competitiveness, with a case study at PT Sentosa Deli Mandiri. The main problem analyzed is the effectiveness of implementing sustainable performance management strategies in supporting the company's long-term goals. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the integration of economic, social, and environmental indicators into the performance measurement system is able to encourage operational efficiency, improve reputation, and corporate accountability. The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) model proved relevant as a strategic framework in aligning sustainability goals with organizational performance. This finding confirms that a systemic approach is an important foundation in building a long-term sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

In today's business landscape, which is characterized by continuous technological change and increasingly fierce global competition, organizations are required to be able to adapt and transform effectively. Organizational transformation is not limited to operational changes, but also includes fundamental shifts in culture, structure, and overall organizational processes. The research question in this study focuses on how PT. Sentosa Deli Mandiri can design and implement effective talent management strategies to support the success of organizational transformation. The research methodology used is a case study approach, with data collection methods including in-depth interviews with top management and key employees, analysis of internal company documents, direct observation of work processes, and the distribution of questionnaires to employees to measure their perceptions of the talent management strategy that has been implemented. The research findings are expected to identify the main challenges faced by PT. Sentosa Deli Mandiri in the organizational transformation process, evaluate the effectiveness of existing talent management strategies, and formulate comprehensive and integrated talent management strategy recommendations aligned with the company's strategic business objectives.

Abstract

Many people complain, because there are still many food products, especially imports, do not have halal certification, while free halal certification is one of the efforts of the Medan City Government to help MSMEs develop, so it is necessary to conduct research on how much influence price and product quality have on purchasing decisions on MSME Halal Products in Medan City, this research methodology is used in this research is quantitative research. Primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to 60 consumers of MSME Halal products in Medan City. Secondary data will also be used to obtain additional information about MSMEs in Medan City, such as Price, Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions and Halal Products, the results in this study are simultaneously influencing Price and Product Quality on purchasing decisions for halal products at MSMEs in Medan City by 0.444 which means 44.4%, the rest is influenced by other variables from outside the variables studied

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi mitra dalam hal akreditasi institusi di perguruan tinggi, harapannya adalah agar mitra kerja terbantu dalam hal akreditasi yang ingin dicapai yaitu akreditasi unggul. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim vasilitator LLDikti Wilayah 1 terhadap mitra kerja yaitu akademik keperawatan HKBP Balige. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pendidikan dan pendampingan, focus group discussion, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan melibatkan berbagai bidang keahlian atau kepakaran untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan proioritas mitra. Antusias dan semangat dari mitra kerja diharapkan dapat mengubah akreditasi yang sebelumnya baik menjadi unggul sangat membawa dampak posisif bagi isntitusi.

Abstract

Current Islamic Economy One of the main challenges is the low level of sharia financial literacy among the public. This causes the public to still have low interest in using sharia financial products and services. Another challenge is the lack of research and development in the field of Islamic economics and the lack of application of Islamic economics in business practices in Muslim countries. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase sharia financial literacy among the public, increase research and development in the field of Islamic economics, and apply Islamic economics in business practices in Muslim countries. Researchers decided to use qualitative research methods. Researchers use qualitative research methods because the opinions of each expert and practitioner are definitely different, a science can be very solution and relevant if applied at one time, but it could be useless if applied at a different time. Ushul fiqh in Islamic economics can be applied not to economics but to an economic system. Because the system is a regulation that requires a basic set of foundations that are qath'i based on revelation. The role of Ushul Fiqh as a methodology for developing economic systems in order to answer all contemporary economic problems. Meanwhile, in its application, Jazuli classifies qawa'id into six different areas, namely mahdhah (special) worship, ahwal as-Syahshiyyah (personal and family matters), mu'amalah maaliyah (economic transactions), jinayah (criminality), siyasah ( politics), and fiqh qadhaya (procedural and judicial law). Among the most basic qawa'id in this matter is "All forms of muamalah are basically permissible (allowed) unless there is an argument that forbids it." In the economic context, maqashid shari'ah has a dual role, namely: as a control tool as well as a social engineering tool to realize human benefit. It provides a rational philosophical basis for economic activity. Without maqashid shari'ah, understanding and practice of Islamic economics will be narrow, rigid, static and slow. Islamic economics will lose the spirit and substance of its sharia. But on the contrary, with maqashid syari'ah, Islamic economics develops elastically, dynamically, in accordance with the character of Islamic syari'ah which is universal and relevant for all time and space).

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of business tenure, collateral, number of family dependents, customer age, and the presence of an internal control system on bank credit lending practices. The methodology utilized was a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data sources, namely, information obtained directly from the first source. The sample size for this study was 133 respondents, all of whom were customers of KUR loans. A random sampling technique was employed to select the sample, with data collection carried out using a questionnaire. A Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach was then used to analyze the data, with the results of this process then processed through the Smart PLS tools. This entailed examining both the results of the Measurement Model Analysis Test (outer model) and the Model Analysis Test (inner model). The findings revealed a negative association between business tenure and credit lending, with no impact on credit lending. Collateral demonstrated a positive and statistically significant impact on credit lending. Conversely, the number of dependents exhibited a negative correlation with credit lending. Furthermore, customer age demonstrated an inverse association with credit lending, with no impact. The internal control system, however, exhibited a positive and statistically significant influence on credit lending.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi dikalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Darma Agung yang sudah menggunakan Tiktok Shop karena dianggap praktis, dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Walaupun demikian, ternyata masih ada masalah yang terjadi ketika Mahasiswa Universitas Darma Agung menggunakan TikTok Shop untuk berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah terdapat cacat pada barang yang dibeli. Pada saat inilah hak pembeli dapat membatalkan atau tidak meneruskan akad jual beli jika ada kecacatan pada barang yang dibelinya menurut Fiqh Muamalah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yakni serangkaian penelitian tentang metode pengumpulan data kepustakaan atau penelitian yang objek penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian ini menurut Pandangan fiqih Muamalah terhadap transaksi online relevan karena penjual memberikan data rinci mengenai pokok barang yang diperjualbelikan, dan pembeli berhak menerima hak khiyar yang diberikan penjual. Detail objek produk sebagai tujuan untuk memeriksa tingkat kualitas dari produk itu sendiri sehingga pembeli dapat melanjutkan atau membatalkan pembelian. Kontrak yang terkait dengan jenis transaksi ini adalah Akad Salam yang disepakati (yang akadnya telah dibuat) akan dikirimkan kepada pembeli di kemudian hari, sesuai dengan DSN Fatwa MUI Nomor 5/IV/ Tahun 2000 tentang Jual Beli Salam, hak atas khiyar berlaku jika pembeli menentukan bahwa barang tersebut tidak sesuai dengan rincian yang diberikan penjual.

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service (PkM) activity, which involved socializing efforts to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era, for residents of Pinang City, South Labuhan Batu Regency, was to raise awareness of the importance of starting MSMEs, how to develop MSMEs and digital marketing, and keep up with current developments. The socialization method was carried out in two stages: direct presentation of material and mentoring. Twenty MSME entrepreneurs participated in the activity. The results showed that the MSME Socialization successfully helped residents and MSME entrepreneurs gain knowledge on how to start MSMEs, how to develop MSMEs, how to market them, and how to use digital marketing to further increase sales turnover. Participants were able to understand the material related to MSMEs. Residents gained skills in using social media and sales websites for digital marketing. The satisfaction of the participants was evident in the high attendance and enthusiasm of the participants throughout the socialization activity.
