Abstract

Abstrak : Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Kakas dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis hypermedia dan website sekolah terintegrasi dalam konteks Merdeka Belajar. Pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research yang mengkombinasikan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi guru dengan rata-rata skor post-test 86,8 (meningkat dari pre-test 61,6), pengembangan website sekolah, serta tingkat kepuasan stakeholder 4,2 dari 5. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui integrasi teknologi dan pendekatan Merdeka Belajar di SD Inpres Kakas.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Entrepreneurship Education, Creativity, and Intrinsic Motivation on Entrepreneurial Intention among students in Indonesia, with a focus on Self-Efficacy as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed, using a sample of 170 students. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results revealed that Creativity (β = 0.553), Entrepreneurship Education (β = 0.336), and Intrinsic Motivation (β = 0.769) all significantly influence Entrepreneurial Intention. Additionally, Self-Efficacy was found to mediate the relationships between these variables and Entrepreneurial Intention. These findings highlight the importance of fostering creativity, enhancing entrepreneurship education, and supporting intrinsic motivation to increase students' entrepreneurial intentions. The study emphasizes the critical role of self-efficacy in shaping students' entrepreneurial behavior and provides insights for educational institutions and policymakers to develop effective strategies for promoting entrepreneurship among students.

Abstract

Keberadaan ojek di Indonesia menjadi sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan perekonomian warga. Ojek sepeda motor menjelma menjadi moda transportasi favorit seluruh kalangan untuk menunjang aktifitasnya. Namun, di tengah era digitalisasi seperti sekarang ini, eksistensi dari ojek konvensional menjadi menarik untuk diteliti. Hal itu disebabkan banyaknya pelanggan driver ojek konvensional yang beralih menjadi pelanggan ojek digital yang menggunakan aplikasi daring. Hal ini menjadi keluhan tersendiri bagi komunitas ojek konvensional. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana motivasi ekstrinsik yang didapat driver ojek konvensional di tengah kompetisi transportasi berbasis digital. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dilaksanakan di beberapa pangkalan ojek konvensional yang ada di wilayah Kelurahan Kakaskasen Tiga, Kecamatan Tomohon Utara, Kota Tomohon, Propinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) terhadap lima orang perwakilan dari masing masing komunitas ojek konvensional yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa unsur komitmen, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi sebagai unsur yang terdapat dalam motivasi ekstrinsik menjadi unsur yang berpengaruh bagi driver ojek konvensional dalam eksistensi kinerja ojek kovensional di tengah kompetisi bisnis transportasi berbasis digital. Dengan komitmen terhadap komunitas ojek konvesional yang tinggi, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung serta kompensasi yang diterima cukup memadai untuk kebutuhan sehari hari, maka dapat menjadi alasan kuat bagi driver ojek konvensional untuk tetap menjaga eksistensinya untuk melayani pelanggan

Abstract

Pedagogic competence plays an increasingly important role in Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, especially in the context of employee training and development. Although this concept is more often associated with formal education, its application in the world of work can make a significant contribution to the development of individuals and organizations. This article aims to examine the concept and application of pedagogic competencies in HRM, as well as the challenges and opportunities that exist in its application. Based on a literature review, this article finds that good pedagogic competence can increase training effectiveness, encourage continuous learning, and create a collaborative and innovative work culture. In addition, this article also discusses recommendations for the development of pedagogic competencies in the context of HRM.

Abstract

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) serve as vital components of the Indonesian economy, particularly in Bitung City, North Sulawesi. The dynamics of global competition, shifts in consumer behavior, and digital disruption necessitate that MSMEs embrace digital transformation and innovation. This study seeks to examine how digital transformation and innovation impact the performance of MSMEs, with competitive advantage acting as a mediating factor. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research involved surveys conducted with 113 MSME operators in Bitung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Findings indicate that digital transformation significantly enhances both competitive advantage and performance. While innovation positively influences competitive advantage, it does not have a direct effect on performance. The study confirmed that competitive advantage mediates the relationship between digital transformation and innovation in relation to MSME performance. These results highlight that digital transformation serves as the foundation, with innovation acting as a catalyst, and competitive advantage being crucial for sustainably improving the performance of MSMEs

By synthesizing and analyzing a vast body of literature, this study offers insights into the evolution of enterprise systems, their implications for organizational efficiency, and directions for future research.

Abstract

The complexity of the digital age has changed the business landscape and demanded organizations to transform profoundly. A modern leadership approach known as digital leadership is essential to managing this dynamic. Digital leadership refers to the ability of leaders to leverage digital technology to create innovation, drive organizational change, and maintain competitiveness in the global market. This approach involves a combination of technical competence, adaptability, and managerial skills to manage human resources, technology, and a dynamic business environment. This study reveals that digital leadership plays a key role in driving innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and creating resilient and sustainable organizations. The study also highlights the importance of integrating digital leadership in organizational strategies to create an adaptive, inclusive, and customer-oriented work culture. This study recommends the development of training and development programs to equip leaders with relevant competencies, the adoption of agile work methodologies, and the application of data analytics as the basis for strategic decision-making. Digital leadership is not only a solution to the challenges of the digital era, but also a catalyst for transformation to create an organization that is ready to face the future.
