Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of transformative leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in the context of the Indonesian Logistics Bureau. This study filled a research gap, and required repeated tests to assess the impact of transformative leadership and organizational culture on employee performance from different viewpoints. The research tool used was a cross-sectional quantitative study by a questionnaire (survey) of up to 69 respondents for all personnel of the Indonesia Logistics Bureau West Java Regional Division. Multiple linear regression analysis of data processing techniques revealed that the performance of employees was influenced by transformative leadership and organizational culture. The results of this analysis included positive guidance, in particular on the importance of a leader's role in empowering and encouraging workers through active engagement with them, and the presence of positive organization principles boosted organization performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the motivation conditions as well as to look at the factors that contributes that dominant factor and contribute to the motivation permanent lectures on Faculty Communication and Business of Telkom University. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The respondent in this study is permanent lectures on Faculty Communication and Business of Telkom University. Factor in this research totaled ten factors, consisting of quality supervision, existence, company policy, a good working place, relationships with co-workers, promotion, growth, recognition, obligations, and goal. Research data obtained from the dissemination of the questionnaire to 70 respondents and study of literature. Analytical using data techniques is descriptive analysis and analysis of the factors. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the motivation permanent lectures on the category “good” that amounted to 71%. The results of the analysis of the factors mentioned that promotion factor and goal factor is the factor that formed after the reduction of the ten factors. Promotion factor represented by company policy, recognition, quality supervision, relationships with co-workers, growth, and existence has value loading factor is 0,874. While the goal factor represented by a good working place and obligations has highest value loading factor is 0,924.

Abstract

Yayasan Rikalikas adalah Yayasan sosial yang berfokus pada bidang sosial dan edukasi, serta memiliki program kerja untuk penguatan UMKM khususnya skala Mikro dan Kecil. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu: 1. Mitra belum memiliki website media untuk membahas konten yang berkaitan dengan UMKM, 2. Anggota mitra UMKM belum mampu menjadi content writer dan membuat iklan produk yang menarik, 3. Belum memiliki fasilitas pendukung untuk membangun konten seperti personal komputer. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat website media UMKM, mengadakan pelatihan Search Engine Optimization (SEO), copywriting, dan pemanfaatan media sosial, serta memberikan bantuan sarana berupa personal computer. Kegiatan ini disambut baik oleh mitra dan berharap akan terjadi keberlanjutan. Dengan website HiUMKM, mitra menjadi lebih mudah memasarkan produknya. Website tersebut membantu mitra dapat beriklan secara gratis tanpa dipungut biaya dan dengan adanya pelatihan dapat meningkatkan wawasan serta keahlian mitra sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pemasaran.

Abstract

The garbage pick-up system is a system that is used to collect waste from homes, offices or other places that are commonly carried out by the local government or private companies that have obtained permission to manage waste in an area. Rancatungku Village has a Young Berseri Community that manages the garbage pickup system, but the community still feels that the system is not effective and efficient. Pick-up schedules that are not on schedule and irregular as well as pick-ups that have to be done several times are problems that are often experienced by the community, so it is necessary to improve the appropriate garbage pickup system. The purpose of this community service activity is to create an on-demand garbage pickup system to reduce waste accumulation. The method used in this community service activity is to analyze the wants and needs of the community, build a garbage pickup system using a platform, conduct outreach and provide assistance using the garbage pickup platform. This community service activity involves academics, the Berseri Young Community, and the people of Rancatungku Village. The success of this activity resulted in the creation of a garbage pickup system on the website https://mudaberseri.com/ and the results of participant assessments via an online form which showed that the Muda Berseri Community and the community had had enough of the new garbage pickup system.

Abstract

As the spearhead of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in Indonesia. MSMEs employ more than 99% of the workforce and contribute greatly to our country's gross domestic product. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2020 caused drastic changes in daily habits, including interactions and transactions. For health reasons, people are forced to use IT in interacting and transacting. This is actually in line with the government's plan to utilize IT for economic activities, but the pandemic has accelerated this so that MSMEs must be able to adapt in a very short time. Food Community (Footy) is an MSME community focused on the food sector operating in the Bandung area. Currently, the community requires an IT-based platform to communicate with their SMEs member. This communication includes MSME consulting from legality arrangements to branding, design and marketing, institutional consulting, and management of activities such as workshops and seminars. For this reason, in this community service activity, we proposed an IT-based platform in the form of an MSME clinic website that can be used by MSME members and other parties involved in community operations, such as academic and government institutions. In this activity, we also provide supporting equipment for MSME clinical activities

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the response of the PT. PJB CSR programs over the perceptions and importance of the community. The method used was quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling of the data is taken based on purposive sampling type of nonprobabi-lity sampling. The population are 1228 people and the sample are 135 people, by using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This re-search conclude that PT PJB’s PLTU Rembang CSR based on the public perception are already in good category and the community have high expectations over the PJB CSR programs. However, there are several aspects which have to be fixed, include provide ambulance car, controlling pollution, processing sewage with 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) treatment, organize empowerment and training program for com-munity, willing to absorb local workforces who are eligible to fulfill the requirements, organize UKM empowerment program. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat terhadap program tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) PT. PJB atas persepsi dan kepentingan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Jumlah populasi 1228 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 orang, yaitu masyarakat ring 1 sekitar PT PJB PLTU Rembang. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Program CSR PT PJB PLTU Rembang berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat sudah berada dalam kategori cukup baik dan masyarakat mempunyai harapan yang tinggi atas program CSR PJB. Namun ada beberapa aspek yang harus diperbaiki, yaitu memberikan bantuan mobil ambulance, melakukan pengendalian polusi, melakukan pengolahan limbah 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), mengadakan program pemberdayaan dan pelatihan masyarakat, bersedia menyerap tenaga kerja lokal yang memenuhi syarat, serta mengadakan program pemberdayaan UKM.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah atau UMKM berperan penting serta stratejik terkait pembangunan ekonomi nasional. UMKM berperan menumbuhkan ekonomi, menyerap tenaga kerja dan mendistribusikan hasil-hasil usahanya. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi dua tahun belakangan ini telah membuat dampak besar kepada kegiatan UMKM salah satunya di kegiatan pemasaran mereka. Seiring dengan pembatasan social yang sudah mulai diringankan banyak tempat seperti hotel, fasilitas umum, kantor dan institusi telah dibuka kembali secara berkala. Tempat-tempat tersebut merupakan potensi dalam penguatan kembali di kegiatan pemasaran pada UMKM. Kecenderungan UMKM dalam menggunakan cara konvensional tatap muka secara langsung untuk memasarkan produknya tidak akan dapat dilakukan, ketika ada regulasi yang diberlakukan kembali. Dalam hal ini diperlukan bentuk pelayanan dan fasilitas secara digital yang membantu UMKM dalam menguatkan pemasaran produknya tanpa harus terkena dampak regulasi pembatasan social secara langsung. Penguatan pemasaran ini diperlukan untuk membantu UMKM dalam memulihkan kembali usaha mereka yang telah terdampak dari banyak regulasi selama masa Covid-19 berlangsung. Untuk itu dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini, kami mengajukan Penerapan Pojok UMKM Sebagai Sarana Penguatan dan Marketing Produk UMKM Web Katalog pada Komunitas Food Community Bandung. Sebagai mitra, dipilih UMKM Food Community.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi nasional sangat tergantung pada peran penting Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam konteks ini, bisnis pembelian makanan secara online telah menjadi tren yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Meskipun banyak platform online yang tersedia, namun terdapat beberapa keterbatasan yang menghambat pemilik bisnis untuk mencapai pasar yang lebih luas. UMKM F&B Footy Bandung, sebuah komunitas UMKM yang berfokus pada bidang F&B, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan awareness dan penjualan produk mereka. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan platform DKampus sebagai sarana penguatan dan pemasaran produk UMKM F&B Footy Bandung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan dalam implementasi dan penggunaan platform DKampus. Hasilnya, kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM F&B Footy Bandung dalam mendorong bisnis mereka dan memperluas pasar. Para pelaku UMKM F&B Footy Bandung merasa kegiatan ini sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan UMKM, membantu mereka untuk bersaing dalam era bisnis online yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan demikian, penerapan platform DKampus menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penjualan produk UMKM F&B Footy Bandung serta mendukung pembangunan ekonomi nasional secara lebih luas.

Abstract

In facing the ban on gathering due to the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs in the Craft and Fashion sectors in Bandung who are members of the Paguyuban Pengusaha Kecil dan Menengah (PPKM) community need to find alternative ways to market their products. One effective solution is to use an online catalog. Through online catalogs, MSMEs can easily and effectively display their products through online platforms that can be accessed by many people. This allows MSMEs to expand their market and increase product visibility widely. In addition, the use of online catalogs also helps MSMEs save on marketing costs, increase efficiency in managing businesses, and establish connections with potential customers. Thus, the implementation of online catalogs is an important strategy in marketing and business development for MSMEs in Craft and Fashion

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much is the influence of the compensation to organizationalcommitment. The x variable was compensation, while the y variable is the organization's commitment.This research used quantitative methods with causality descriptive research type. The population in thisstudy were the employees of Woman Empowerment, Child Protection And Family Planning Board OfWest Java Province, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on research result, there is a positiveand significant impact of employee compensation to organizational commitment. The result ofcompensation determination influenced 9.3% to the employee’s organizational commitment of WomanEmpowerment, Child Protection And Family Planning Board Of West Java Province and the rest 90,7 %influenced by another factors outside this research.
