Abstract

This study examines the impact of Federal Reserve (The Fed) interest rate fluctuations on capital outflow and the stability of the Indonesian capital market using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). Monthly data from 2014 to 2024 were analyzed to test causal relationships among the constructs. The results indicate that The Fed’s interest rate fluctuations have a significant positive effect on capital outflow and a significant negative effect on capital market stability. Capital outflow also shows a significant negative effect on market stability. The model reveals that The Fed rate fluctuations explain 46.2 percent of the variance in capital outflow and, together with capital outflow, explain 51.8 percent of the variance in market stability. These findings confirm that global monetary dynamics exert a substantial influence on Indonesia’s capital market. This study provides important implications for regulators and market participants in designing risk mitigation strategies against external shocks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors, advertising campaigns, and country of origin toward buying interest of Nu Green Tea. The data source of this research is primary data from the sample, Twitter usser who has buy Nu Green Tea. And the data collection was performed using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data has been processed using SPSS Program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there are partial effects of the brand ambassador (x1), advertising campaign (x2) and the country of origin for the purchasing (y) interest in nu green tea (2), advertaising campaign (x1) and the country of origin (3) toward the buying of nu green tea (3) the most dominant variable for buying (y) in nu green tea is the brand ambassador (x1)Keywords: brand ambassador, advertising campaign, country of origin, buying interest.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Person Jobfit for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting for Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees? Is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting for Employees? Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office?, is there an influence of Person Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Office Employees through Person Jobfit?. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. The hypothesis is that it is thought that there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting with job person as a moderator variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was carried out at the Sukoharjo district food service office by taking a sample of 29 employees. Based on the research results, the results showed that the influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees was proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained was 16.793 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it was more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 16.793r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Self Efficacy on the Personal Jobfit of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The second statement states that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 3.775 > ) of 0.000 (significant), because it is more or less than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 3.775r1.703 with a significance level ( > t-table 1.703, there is an influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. The third statement which states that there is an influence of Personal Job Fit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees is not proven to be true. This is because the t-value obtained is 1.890 > ) of 0.059 (significant), because it is more than 0.05. Because the t-count value is 0.068r1.703 with a significance level ( < t-table 1.703, there is no influence of Personal Jobfit on Job Crafting of Sukoharjo Regency Food Service Employees. It has been proven that the influence of Self Efficacy on Job Crafting with Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable among Food Service Employees in Sukoharjo Regency is true. This is because the t-count value was 1.804 > 1.703. Because the t-count value is 1.804 > t-table 1.703, then Personal Jobfit as a mediating variable is not suitable to use. Abstract

This research analyzes the Effect of Capital Structure, Liquidity and Earning to Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking Period 2017-2020. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Earning to Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking. The formulation of the problem in this study is which factors influence between capital structure, liquidity and Earning to Survival Profitability in Indonesian National Banking?. Sampling using purposive sampling method as many as 25 National Banking. The method used in this study uses classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study state that partially Capital Structure has no significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking, Liquidity partially has a significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking, Earning partially significant effect on Survival Profitability Indonesian National Banking.Keywords : Capital Structure, Liquidity, Earnings, and Survival Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, price, andpromotion on the decision to use GrabBike online motorcycle taxi services in the peopleof Surakarta city, and to determine the results whether there is a significant influence onall variables. The method in this study used 100 samples taken randomly in the people ofSurakarta city. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods that are sharedthrough gogle forms.Based on the results of the analysis of the positive regression coefficient value of1.621 with a classification of (0.110>0.05), the hypothesis was rejected so that partialconfidence did not have a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive value of 3.261 with a significance (0.02 >0.05) then the hypothesis is accepted sothat partially the price has a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive value of 3.261 with a specification of (0.02>0.05) then the hypothesis is acceptedso that partially the price has a significant effect. The value of the regression coefficient ispositive 5.999 with a significance of (0.020>0.05), then the hypothesis is accepted so thatpartial promotion has a significant effect on the decision to use online motorcycle taxiservices. From the analysis of the F test is 52.899 with a significance level of 0.000, it canbe seen that the significance value in the F test is smaller than the predeterminedsignificance value of 0.05. The results in this study stated that there was a simultaneousinfluence between trust, price, and promotion on the decision to use online motorcycletaxi services in the people of Surakarta city. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Korean idol brand ambassadors in promoting products and thei impact on purchasing decisions and interests in Indonesia. Brand Ambassador is a person who is invited by the company to became an icon or “Face” of a brand or product. Brand Ambassador is usually a person from an influential circle that can have an impact oh the community. The method used using the Google Scholar database. Then obtained 8 articles to be analyzed and reviewed. The result of this research is that Brand Ambassador Idol Korea isa influential in promoting and also influences the interest anf purchashing decisions.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a rapidly growing segment of the global travel industry, presenting both opportunities and challenges for destinations targeting Muslim travelers. Solo City holds strong potential to become one of Indonesia’s leading halal tourism destinations due to its rich Islamic heritage and multicultural environment. This study integrates collaborative governance, destination branding, and tourist behavior theories, considering the moderating role of sociocultural context and the facilitating effect of policy support. Using data from 463 respondents, including tourists, MSMEs, policymakers, and community leaders, analysis was conducted through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Findings reveal that visitor behavior, destination branding, and cooperative governance significantly influence the growth of halal tourism in Solo City, with visitor behavior emerging as the strongest predictor, emphasizing service experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. Sociocultural context negatively moderates the impact of branding but positively moderates governance effects, reflecting tensions between local identity and top-down branding. Policy support enhances the influence of both branding and governance through incentives, certification, and regulation. The study concludes that Solo City’s halal tourism development should emphasize stakeholder collaboration, authentic branding, tourist-centered services, culturally sensitive strategies, and supportive policies. Theoretically, this research integrates multiple perspectives in halal tourism studies and provides practical insights for policymakers and tourism stakeholders to strengthen Solo City’s competitiveness in the halal tourism market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan dan menganalisis struktur intelektual literatur mengenai digital financial literacy dan fenomena doom spending dalam periode 2021–2026 menggunakan teknik pemetaan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari basis data Dimensions dengan total 285 artikel dan 100 sitasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan VOSviewer melalui pendekatan co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, serta visualisasi network, overlay, dan density untuk merekonstruksi struktur sosial, konseptual, dan evolusi temporal bidang kajian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa literatur masih berada pada fase perkembangan awal dengan konsolidasi sitasi yang rendah dan pola kolaborasi yang terfragmentasi. Struktur konseptual terbagi dalam dua klaster utama, yaitu domain teknologi–analitik dan domain sosial–resiliensi, dengan pergeseran temporal menuju isu psikososial yang lebih mutakhir. Analisis kepadatan mengindikasikan bahwa konsep doom spending belum menjadi hotspot dominan, sehingga menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan konseptual dalam integrasi antara literasi keuangan digital dan perilaku konsumsi impulsif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi konfigurasi awal struktur intelektual bidang tersebut serta membuka agenda riset integratif berbasis ekonomi perilaku dan teori perilaku terencana dalam konteks ekosistem digital.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyaknya jumlah karyawan produksi disuatu industry menjadi suatu tantangan bagi karyawan pekerja kantoran dalam mengontrol dan menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi dan juga harus menjaga kinerja kerjanya supaya tetap mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan di KBN Cakung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 responden yang merupakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pekerja karyawan pekerja kantoran di Perusahaan. Penulis juga menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Metode pre test yang dilakukan kepada 30 responden, dan Metode Main test meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanKata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe large number of production employees in an industry becomes a challenge for office workers in controlling and maintaining the quality and quantity of production, and also maintain their work performance in order to keep getting maximum results. The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation, and job stress to performance of employees at Perusahaan at KBN Cakung. By using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who are saturated samples, namely all office workers at Perusahaan. The author also uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The researcher used analysis technique. The pre-test method was conducted on 30 respondents, and the Main test method included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership and work motivation have no significant effect on performance of employees, and work stress has a significant effect on performance of employees.Keyword: Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Stress, Performance Of Employees

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh literasi keuangan dan karakteristik kepribadian terhadap persepsi risiko dan dampaknya pada keputusan investasi generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form kepada 188 responden yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Kesimpulan dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa literasi keuangan, conscientiousness, dan neuroticism berpengaruh terhadap persepsi risiko Gen- Z di Jakarta. Openness, agreeableness, dan extraversion tidak berpenagruh terhadap persepsi risiko. Selanjutnya, literasi keuangan, openness to new experience, extraversion, dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi Gen-Z di Jakarta. Sedangkan conscientiousness, agreeableness, dan neuroticism tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Kepribadian, Persepsi Risiko, Keputusan Investasi AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and personality traits on risk perception and its effect on investment decisions of Generation Z in Jakarta. This study is a quantitative research and used survey method to gain the data. The data was obtained by using questionnaires. Questionnaire was distributed by Google form to 188 respondents and analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 version. Purposive sampling was implemented as sampling technique. The result from the t-test (hypothesis testing) shows that financial literacy, conscientiousness and neuroticism affect on risk perception of Gen-Z in Jakarta. Openness, agreeablenss and extraversion do not affect risk perception. While, financial literacy, openness to new experience, extraversion, and risk perception effect the investment decisions of Gen-Z in Jakarta. Moreover, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and neuroticism do not affect investment decision.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Personality Traits, Risk Perception, Investment Decision
