Abstract

Mustahiq zakat is the person entitled to receive zakat. In a letter Qur’an At-Tauba verse 60 explains that mustahiq zakat consists of eight classes. But for the Hamlet of Pond Village Laok Padelegan Kec. Pademawu, Kab. Pamekasan, class mustahiq zakat is not only limited to the eight classes. The majority of the people also give alms to the clerics of nature by definition not included into the eight groups that exist. The purpose of this study is to investigate the public perception as well as their reasons or motivations in giving alms to the Kyai nature. This study used a qualitative approach and methods ofanalysis used descriptive qualitative method. The result of this is the majority community penelititian Laok Fishpond yet fully understand about “mustahiq Zakat Al-Fitr”, they only mentioned the indigent, poor and clerics. The motivation of people Laok Pond in giving alms to the Kyai Fitr is a teacher of the Koran because their clerics. In addition, the motivation of social sanctions in the form underestimated, shunned, ostracized and even zakat is not considered valid as Zakat Al-Fitr if zakat nature not given to clerics.Mustahiq zakat adalah orang yang berhak menerima zakat. Dalam Al-Qur’an surat At-Taubah ayat 60 menjelaskan bahwa mustahiq zakat itu terdiri dari delapan golongan. Namun bagi masyarakat Dusun Laok Tambak Desa Padelegan Kec. Pademawu, Kab. Pamekasan, golongan mustahiq zakat tidakhanya terbatas pada kedelapan golongan tersebut. Mayoritas masyarakatnya juga memberikan zakat fitrahnya kepada kyai yang secara terminologi tidak tercantum ke dalam delapan golongan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat serta alasan atau motivasi mereka didalam memberikan zakat fitrahnya kepada kyai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisisnya menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelititian ini adalah mayoritas masyarakat Laok Tambak belum memahami secara utuh tentang “mustahiq zakat fitrah”, mereka hanya menyebutkan fakir, miskin dan kyai. Adapun motivasi masyarakat Laok Tambak dalam memberikan zakat fitrah kepada kyai adalah karena kyai merupakan guru ngaji mereka. Selain itu, motivasi sanksi sosial berupa diremehkan, dijauhi, dikucilkan dan bahkan zakatnya tidak dianggap sah sebagai zakat fitrah jika zakat fitrahnya tidak diberikan kepada kyai.Kata kunci: Persepsi, Masyarakat, Mustahiq zakat, Kyai.

Abstract

This paper discusses the financing of Istishna ' and some of its accompanying issues in Sharia banking practices in Indonesia. This financing is a sell-based product that is not uncommon to be practiced by Sharia banking today. In this study, can be drawn some conclusions stating that; Firstly, one of the financing based on trading in the form of Bai ' is Istishna ' which is referred to as order contract on an item from Shani ' to Mustashni '; Secondly, on the basis of the ruling Istishna ' is an agreement that can be practiced by banking; Thirdly, in general the implementation of Sharia banking in the community is able to form the construction of housing projects, motorcycle orders, electricity tokens, school buildings, etc.; Fourth, the problem in this Istishna financing is that it is seen in their lack of innovation in field practice, tends to be rigid and unflexible due to short-term financing. In one of the other problems, the difference between landowners and contractors has resulted in inefficiency of the transaction process so that new violations arise for consumers. On the other hand, this product tends to come from the upper class community when the orientation of the banking formation is to settle the community economy evenly and not see due to caste and other proximity factors.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of teaching speaking skills for students ofthe Hamzanwadi Islamic Institute NWDI Pancor. This problem is caused by the factthat there are still teachers who teach speaking skills using reading, translation, andunderstanding nahwiyah rules, and neglecting appropriate and effective speakingskills teaching strategies, such as teaching strategies using innovative and effectivepsychodynamic methods. This study aims to describe psychodynamic strategies inteaching speaking skills for IAI Hamzanwadi NWDI Pancor students. This researchis a case study research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study arepsychodynamic teaching strategies to improve speaking skills of IAI HamzanwadiNWDI Pancor students by instilling motivation, increasing vocabulary andconcocting it as needed, students teaching it to other students, and doing things thatsupport teaching success and avoid things that hinder it. learning success. The roleand benefits of psychodynamic strategies in improving speaking skills are thatstudents have high enthusiasm in learning to speak, perceive that speaking Arabic iseasy and fun, vocabulary is increasing and speaking style continues to develop, themore effective the learning of speaking skills, speaking fluently is. fluent and clear,have integrative motivation, perform productive performance and apply a receptivelearning attitude.

Abstract

Disharmony among religious communities in the era of globalization has become a focal point for religious observers, as it often gives rise to complex issues in Europe, North America, and other parts of the world. This article will explore the importance of Islamic studies in understanding the complexity of relationships between Islam and other cultures and religions. It will utilize Richard C. Martin's multidisciplinary approach to Islamic studies. The research method employed is qualitative-normative, focusing on literature review and the concepts of cross-cultural dialogue and inclusivity within the context of global religious diversity. The findings of the research indicate that Martin's approach, which advocates for inclusivity and cross-cultural dialogue, is the best way to promote a deeper understanding of religions and to reduce global conflicts. Understanding the historical approach, phenomenological approach, theological approach, comparative religions approach, and structuralist approach is one of Martin's methods to achieve an inclusive interpretation of religions broadly, especially Islam. Such an understanding can lead to better global peace and cooperation. Martin's ideas offer profound insights into how Islamic studies can play a crucial role in building harmony among religious communities, particularly as a means of resolving conflicts through comparative methods. His approach underscores the need for a comprehensive understanding of the historical, social, and cultural contexts of religions to foster mutual respect and cooperation in a multicultural world. Keywords: Resolution, Conflict, Islamic Studies, Harmonization   Disharmoni antar umat beragama di era globalisasi menjadi sorotan para pemerhati agama karena sering kali melahirkan persoalan kompleks seperti di Eropa, Amerika Utara maupun di belahan dunia lainnya. Artikel ini akan mengulas pentingnya studi keislaman (islamic studies) dalam memahami kompleksitas hubungan antara Islam dengan budaya dan agama lain. Artikel ini akan menggunakan pemikiran Richard C. Martin sebagai pendekatan multidisipliner dalam Islamic studies. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-normatif dengan mengkaji literatur Pustaka (liberary research) dan konsep dialog lintas budaya dan inklusivitas dalam konteks keberagaman religius global. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Martin, yang menganjurkan inklusivitas dan dialog lintas budaya, adalah cara terbaik untuk mempromosikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang agama-agama dan mengurangi konflik global. Memahami pendekatan historis, pendekatan fenomenologis, pendekatan teologis, pendekatan perbandingan agama, dan pendekatan strukturalis adalah salah satu metode Martin untuk mencapai interpretasi inklusif terhadap agama-agama secara luas, khususnya Islam. Pemahaman seperti ini dapat membawa kepada perdamaian dan kerja sama global yang lebih baik. Gagasan Martin menawarkan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana studi Islam dapat memainkan peran penting dalam membangun keharmonisan di antara umat beragama, terutama sebagai sarana untuk menyelesaikan konflik melalui metode komparatif. Pendekatannya menggarisbawahi perlunya pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai konteks sejarah, sosial, dan budaya agama-agama untuk menumbuhkan rasa saling menghormati dan kerja sama dalam dunia yang Multi-kultural. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi gagasan William A. Graham dan Earle H. Waugh dalam menganalisis teks suci al-Qur'an dan kenabian. William A. Graham menekankan peran al-Qur'an sebagai teks keagamaan yang otoritatif, terutama yang disampaikan secara lisan, dan pengaruhnya terhadap sastra dan percakapan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain, Waugh berfokus pada Nabi Muhammad sebagai figur paradigmatik dan pembawa wahyu. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, yang menggabungkan penelitian dari buku, jurnal, dan referensi digital lainnya. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkanbahwa al-Qur'an dan kenabian adalah dua konsep yang saling bergantung, dengan signifikansi al-Qur'an yang berasal dari transmisi lisan dan sifatnya yang otoritatif dan Nabi Muhammad dipandang sebagai sosok yang membawa al-Qur'an. Wawasan ini memiliki implikasi praktis untuk memahami al-Qur'an dan kenabian dalam studi agama, dengan menyoroti nilai mempertimbangkan teks dan asal-usul kenabian. William dan Earle menggunakan pendekatan historis sebagai alat analisis untuk menyelesaikan konflik dan menghindari masalah politik dan agama yang kompleks. William dan Earle juga menganggap bahwa Muhammad adalah sosok paradigmatik dan pembawa wahyu yang ekspresif secara teologis.

Abstract

Marriage is the inner bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on the one and only godhead. To ensure happiness in the marital bond, state involvement is necessary. Marriages that are registered with state institutions receive legal protection with various problems arising from marriage such as income and inheritance rights. While marriages that are not registered with state institutions, the consequences do not get legal certainty which results in the unprotection of all rights such as child maintenance if they divorce, inheritance rights and property. The reality is that there are still many marriages that are not registered with state institutions, this will result in legal uncertainty.

Abstract

Lansia yang tinggal di Panti sosial Tresna Werda ( PSTW ) sebagian besar tidak mempunyai keluarga atau lansia yang tidak mendapat pemperhatikan keluarga. Lansia di PSTW merasa sedih karena kehilangan dukungan keluarga   Lansia di PSTW juga  mengalami dampak pandemi dimana kurangnya aktivitas sosial sehingga mengalami sedih yang berkepanjangan.Pada penelitian Abu Sofyan Ain pada bulan Mei 2022   lansia di PSTW Bondowoso yang mengalami depresi tingkat sedang sebanyak 56% , salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurang dukungan sosial akibat pandemi covid-19 yang cukup lamaTema pengabdian kepada masyarakat di PSTW adalah “Pemberian dukungan sosial melalui aktivitas kelompok dan hiburan pada lansia “ dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan kemandirian lansia sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan psikososial dan hiburan.Waktu pelaksanaan tanggal 20-21 Mei 2022 dengan sasaran  Lansia yang tidak perawatan total, berjumlah 31 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui aktivitas kelompok dan pemberian hiburan pada lansia cukup mendapat respon perasaan senang yang disampaikan lansia dan perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan pemeriksaan kesehatan kembali oleh tenaga profesional

Abstract

The Total Physical Response method is a language teaching method that is built on the basis of coordination between speech and action. Speaking skills are the ability to express the sounds of articulation of words to express thoughts in the form of ideas. After making observations in the field, the researcher found several problems in learning Arabic, such as students' lack of enthusiasm during the learning process, and so on. So that a more interesting method is needed in learning Arabic such as the total physical response method so that students are able to get used to speech and gestures when memorizing or when holding simple conversations. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the application of the Total Physical Response method in improving Arabic speaking skills for class X MA Darussholihin NW Darmaji, (2) To find out the effectiveness of the Total Physical Response method in improving Arabic speaking skills for class X MA Darussholihin NW Darmaji. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the Total Physical Response method in this study used two methods, namely showing pictures for the vocabulary of family members and singing for the vocabulary of body members, and the results made the class conditions more conducive. (2) The effectiveness of the Total Physical Response method is known from the results of the T-Test test which shows the results that the significance value obtained from the independent T-test using the SPSS 25 output is 0.005, meaning that it is smaller than the a value of 0.05, which is in accordance with the rule testing Ho, it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And this is also proven by looking the result of the average score obtained, where the average score in the pretest in the experimental class was 58 and in the posttest the average score was 62,19 as well as in the control class the average score in the pretest was 53,11 and in the posttest was 55,59. With the meaning that the use of the total Physical Response method is effective in improving the Arabic speaking skills of class X MA Darussholihin NW Darmaji. Abstract

The tradition of tompangan, which was originally a form of social solidarity between residents, has shifted into an informal debt system, with returns exceeding the initial amount given, thus causing injustice and economic inequality. This study discusses the critique of contemporary economic justice and the relevance of Sharia Economic Law to the shift in the tradition of Topangan in Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach with data obtained through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that social change and modernization have shifted the traditional value of tompangan, which was originally a grant, into a qardh (debt) contract that tends to be capitalistic. Based on the perspective of Sharia economic law, returns that exceed the amount of the loan can be categorized as usury which is prohibited in Islamic law. This study also found that the community still considers this practice socially legitimate despite the uncertainty and injustice in the return of tompangan goods. Therefore, combining insights from the tompangan tradition with contemporary economic justice theory can open up new perspectives for economic policies that are fairer and more responsive to the needs of local communities and in line with the principles of Sharia economic law.
