Abstract

The spirit of innovation in Education management in the MTs Negeri Model Samarinda that has been built bringing the school having advantages among other schools in Samarinda. One of the efforts made is to make innovations on managerial aspects. The efforts to prepare short and medium term plans in the context of a strategic plan involving internal human resources that represent the needs of the education community in Samarinda and consider the strengths and opportunities they have resulted in making the school obtain an A accreditation that reflects the quality of well education. This study aims to determine management innovation in MTs Negeri Model Samarinda. This research is a field work research that aims to find the innovations in management education in MTs Negeri Model Samarinda including the aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Sources of data in this study are the school’s headmaster, curriculum filed, facilities and infrastructure filed and several teachers. In conducting the data collection, the writer uses three kinds of techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the author analyzes using the Milles and Huberman interactive analysis model, with data reduction flow, data preparation and conclusion drawing. Based on the findings of the study, the writer concluded as follows: Education management innovation in MTs Negeri Model Samarinda is carried out with reference to three stages: First, Innovation at the planning stage which includes the process of goals, problem identification, support and inhibitors, alternative solutions to problems, alternatives decision making, and evaluation. Second, innovation at the implementation stage which includes the process of socialization, polling, and dissemination. Third, innovation at the evaluation stage which includes the process of identifying problems, scaling priorities, problem analysis, alternative solutions, and following-up plans.

Abstract

One of components in school-based management that must be met is the student management. Management is intended to be related to the values of character education. It is arranged in a structured way from planning, implementation and control. The management consists of inculcation of values in the curriculum of learning activities, an assessment system for the behavior of educators and education personnel or other related components. Actualization of character values in the management of students is translated into several components of student management, namely: needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, and class division that is included in the pre-school stages. Whereas at the school stage consists of student development components and recording and reporting and at the post-school stage relating to graduation.

Abstract

Internalization of the Values ​​of Religious Moderation at State Madrasah Aliyah in East Kalimantan which has the distinction of inculcating an understanding of religious moderation in students is very necessary so that students have a broad understanding of diversity and religion. The purpose of this study is to identify and explore the Transformation of Religious Moderation values ​​at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in East Kalimantan. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative, multi-site research type and uses a phenomenological study approach. Then the data obtained through interviews, observations and document studies. The findings of this research are the transformation of religious values ​​to foster religious moderation through new student orientation activities, learning, extracurricular activities. The implication of this research is the internalization of moderate Islamic values ​​in fostering or strengthening religious moderation as an effort to form conceptually and empirically tested moderate students.

Abstract

Tablighi Jamaat is one of the largest Muslim organization in the world. Despite lacking formal form of organization like other Islamic organization in general, the members of the Tablighi Jamaat is well known for their loyalty and discipline in implementing the principles of the organization, especially regarding the organizations’ guidelines on conducting da’wa to Muslims with different religious background such as madhab affiliation. This paper, therefore, aims at explaining the strategy of performing da’wa applied by the Tablighi Jamaat in plural social settings. Findings suggest that the Tablighi Jamaat utilized the notion of equality as its most important principle of da’wa. The idea of equality is actualized through several mechanism like madhab fluidation, desacralization of madhab and demadhabization. In this context, every member of the Tablighi Jamaat has the same opportunity to be da’I (preacher) as well as to be mad’u (audience).Keywords: Tablighi Jamaat, Strategy of Da’wa, Desacralization, Demadhabization and Madhab Fluidation.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the role of KAMMI (Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia/ the Indonesian Muslim University Students Action Union) in Universities in East Kalimantan in shaping the political dynamics among students in university settings. Utilizing a qualitative approach to analyze data collected through interviews with members of KAMMI in Samarinda, findings reveal that KAMMI’s main strategy to maintain its’ Islamist ideology consists of three distinctive steps: 1) introducing KAMMI to potential members in high schools via vacation trip program (rihlah); 2) recruiting members during admission time via personal approaches; and 3) maintaining solidarity by utilizing small circle study groups. In the first two steps, KAMMI would introduce potential new members with personal holiness, which aims to guard the students' morality. In the third phase, members would be familiarized with the concept of “Muslim Negarawan,” in which they are asked to view their campus as a political arena of competition for power.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan untuk menggambarkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor hambatan dan pendukung dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatka Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Athfal di Kutai Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian multi situs pada tiga Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni’matul Ulum, dan RA al-Amanah di Kutai Barat, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi, sebagai informan adalah kepala RA, guru dan masyarakat. Data di analisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menamukan adanya manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dilakasanakan dengan baik walaupun sederhana dan sesuai kebutuhan yayasan dan RA. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Atfhal di Kutai Barat yaitu adanya perhatian pada komunikasi, kolaborasi dan Kerjasama, memperhatikan mutu RA walaupun sangat minim guru atau SDM, masih mengikutkan pada pelatihan dan diklat guru agar sesuai dengan keahlian TK/ RA. Faktor-faktor hambatan yaitu kendala adalah dari pembiayaan atau keuangan yang sangat minim, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana terbatas, alat bermain di halaman minim dan kurang baik, terdapat latar belakang pendidikan guru yang beragam. Factor pendukung adanya bantuan dana dari pihak pemerintah seperti dari Kemenag, Pemda dan Kecamatan, adanya kepedulian dan semangat pengelola RA baik guru maupun kepala RA terhadap berjalannya RA sesuai visi dan misi yang disusun. The aim of this research is to describe the management of Human Resources and to describe the efforts made to improve the Quality of Education as well as to determine the obstacles and supporting factors in the management of Human Resources in Improving the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Athfal institution in West Kutai. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, multi-site research on three Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni'matul Ulum, and RA al-Amanah in West Kutai. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, as the informant is the head RA, teachers and the community. Data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman model with data collection, condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that human resource management is running well in accordance with human resource management, including planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation, which is carried out well even though it is simple and meets the needs of the foundation and RA. Meanwhile, the efforts made to improve Human Resources and the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Atfhal institution in West Kutai include attention to communication, collaboration and cooperation, paying attention to the quality of RA even though there are very few teachers or human resources, still including teacher training and training to suit their expertise. Kindergarten/ RA. Obstacle factors include very minimal funding or finances, limited facilities and infrastructure, minimal and poor play equipment in the yard, and teachers' educational backgrounds vary. Supporting factors include financial assistance from the government, such as from the Ministry of Religion, Regional and District Governments, the concern and enthusiasm of RA managers, both teachers and RA heads, for the running of RA in accordance with the vision and mission prepared.

Abstract

The research background is the development of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, which, if seen from the influence of digital learning resources and student learning styles, shows how much influence they have on student learning outcomes, the aim of this research is: Analyzing digital learning resources, Analyzing student learning styles and Analyzing learning outcomes and Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of digital learning resources on PAI learning outcomes of students, Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of learning styles on PAI learning outcomes of students and Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of digital learning resources and learning styles on PAI. This type of research uses quantitative research, the location of this research is at two SMKN 1 Samarinda and SMKN 4 Samarinda, with the number of respondents being 145 students at two SMKN 1 and SMKN 4 Samarinda, all of them are class XI students, data analysis uses descriptive statistical data analysis (analysis mean/average), Regression analysis with t test and F test, data analysis process using the SPSS version 24 application. The results of research on finding (1). The influence of digital learning resources on PAI learning outcomes is 29.40%. and the Sig value is 0.024 <0.05 and the first hypothesis is concluded to be accepted. (2). The magnitude of the influence of learning style on PAI learning outcomes is 49.50%, the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. The second hypothesis is accepted and (3) The magnitude of the influence of digital learning sources and learning styles on PAI learning outcomes is 51.30%. The Sig value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 The third hypothesis is accepted. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital terhadap hasil belajar PAI, mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, tempat penelitian ini adalah pada dua SMKN 1 Samarinda dan SMKN 4 Samarinda, dengan jumlah responden adalah 145 siswa pada dua SMKN 1 dan SMKN 4 Samarinda, semuanya siswa kelas XI, analisa data menggunakan analisis data statistic deskritif (analisis mean/rata-rata) dan analisis Regresi dengan uji t dan uji F, proses analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian tentang menemukan (1). Besar pengaruh sumber belajar digital terhadap hasil belajar PAI sebesar 29,40%. dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,024 < 0,05 dan hipotesis kesatu disimpulkan diterima. (2). Besarnya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI sebesar 49,50% nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis kedua diterima dan (3) Besarnya pengaruh sumber belajar digital dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI adalah sebesar 51,30%. Nilai Sig untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 Hipotesis ketiga diterima.

Abstract

The success of the principal in managing his organization is not solely due to persistence, intelligence or expertise in a field but also depends on the success of his teacher in having productive and professional quality work. Lack of motivation can lead teachers to various problems such as being vulnerable to stress, loss of enthusiasm or enthusiasm for work and so on. Therefore, the role of the principal as a motivator must be turned on in order to improve the quality of teacher work. The purpose of this study is to examine further related to (1) school principal management as a motivator; and (2) the implementation of the principal's motivation for teachers. The research method used is a literature study obtained from internet searches related to previous research published from 2010-2021. Based on the findings, it was found that the provision of motivation from the principal to the teacher was given through positive motivation and negative motivation.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are faced with a situation of rapid change (disruption era 4.0), this has resulted in significant changes in various aspects of life, including Islamic education and Islamic boarding schools. These changes require Islamic boarding schools to innovate in order to improve the quality of their education. Innovation in developing the quality of Islamic boarding school education is important in order to face challenges in the era of disruption 4.0. This research uses a qualitative approach, data mining is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The research results show that innovation in developing the quality of Islamic boarding school education can have a positive influence on various aspects, such as the quality of Islamic boarding school graduates, the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools, and public trust in Islamic boarding schools. Innovation is carried out in certain fundamental aspects, namely; curriculum innovation, learning method innovation, facilities and infrastructure innovation as well as managerial innovation. This innovation is an effort to improve the quality of Islamic boarding school education so that it can answer the challenges in the era of disruption 4.0.

Abstract

Seiring pertumbuhan dan kemajuan pendidikan saat ini, berbagai tantangan yang hadir dapat menjadi risiko tersendiri bagi sebuah lembaga dalam mencapai tujuannya. Begitupun dengan dunia pendidikan, risiko menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan strategi untuk mengelola risiko agar tidak menimbulkan dampak yang mengganggu keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran dan mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan guna memberikan gambaran terkait manajemen risiko dalam mempertahanan mutu pendidikan di SMA Madina Citra Insani. Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian desktriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara semi terstrukur, dan dokumentasi. Penjaringan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Sedangkan guna menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko dalam mempertahankan mutu pendidikan di SMA Madina Citra Insani dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yakni tahap identifikasi risiko, tahap pengukuran risiko, tahap pengendalian risiko, dan tahap evaluasi risiko.
