Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Christian Religious Education for strengthening Christian families in the industrial era 4.0 based on Matthew 28:7, 10. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data was traced and collected from various sources and literature such as religious leaders and congregations, then the researchers analyzed it by describing in a narrative manner the results of the research which suggested that Christian family life in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 was important for members of the GMIT Pniel Oebobo family/congregation to have good awareness and understanding of the implications of technology, as well as practicing Christian values ??in everyday life. This involves developing self-discipline in using technology, prioritizing quality time with family, building healthy and meaningful relationships with others, and helping other family members to deal wisely with the impact of technology. The attitude of Christian families in dealing with the negative impacts of the industrial revolution 4.0 involves awareness, understanding and application of Christian values ??in the use of technology, church services, social empowerment, as well as cultural influences and social relations in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Completers reported higher alcohol use than counterparts. Explores the model's subcategories: “life choices” (substance use, criminal and sexual behavior), static (background and disposition), and dynamic situational influences (occupation, psychological state, recent and past encounters).This research aims to determine the development of drug abuse in the Kupang Class II A Correctional Institution. The method used is an analytical descriptive approach . The data collection method is data from interviews and observations, the data analysis used is qualitative data analysis . The results of the research show that drug abuse guidance in Class IIA Kupang Prison has been achieved implemented in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the pattern of training prisoners/detainees of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia, however, its implementation is still not perfect due to various obstacles. The training for narcotics prisoners has so far remained the same as the training for general prisoners . Drug abuse is a special case and should receive special guidance.

AbstrakPendidikan tidak hanya berkaitan dengan ilmu pengetahuan saja, namun juga harus mencakup aspek sikap, perilaku, budi pekerti dan kedisiplinan agar anak menjadi taat, berilmu dan berakhlak mulia. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan agama Kristen dan pembentukan karakter untuk membangun kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh memberikan dampak yang sangat positif bagi keluarga dan sekolah, hadirnya pendidikan agama Kristen yang baik dari keluarga dan pembentukan karakter memberikan pengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan anak di sekolah.AbstractEducation is not only related to science, but must also include aspects of attitude, behavior, character and discipline so that children become obedient, knowledgeable and have noble character. Therefore, the purpose of this writing is to find out how Christian religious education and character formation influence student discipline. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results obtained have a very positive impact on families and schools, the presence of good Christian religious education from families and character formation has an influence on children's discipline at school.

Abstract

The objectives achieved in this determination are: To analyze character education in shaping the ethical behavior of students of the Kupang Christian State College (STAKN); identify the values of character education and ethical values; and analyze how character education in shaping the ethical behavior of students of STAKN Kupang. The method used in this study, namely: a qualitative descriptive method that discusses descriptively qualitative. The results obtained after the research are: Character Education is the process of developing character or attitude including the potential that exists in humans to be able to develop properly and benefit themselves, others and also the surrounding environment; In relation to Christian ethics, ethical behavior is an attitude or behavior that is in accordance with Christian teachings, such as: honest, responsible, open, loving, disciplined, polite, tolerance, respecting others, believing, and so on; the role of character education in the formation of the ethical behavior of Kupang STAKN students is very good. Only indeed it takes awareness from each party. No matter how good the rules are made to apply together, but if there is no awareness then the rules are just like an outer wrap that is thrown away and is useless. The aims and vision of the Kupang STAKN mission are very clear. But the success rate of its implementation is relatively dependent on the awareness of its implementation. Abstrak Tujuan yang dicapai pada penetian ini yakni: Untuk menganalisis pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk perilaku etis mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Agama Kristen Negeri (STAKN) Kupang; mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan nilai-nilai etis; dan menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk perilaku etis mahasiswa STAKN Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni: metode deskriptif kualitatif yang membahas secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah penelitian yakni: Pendidikan Karakter adalah proses pengembangan karakter atau sikap termasuk di dalamnya potensi yang ada dalam diri manusia agar dapat berkembang dengan baik dan bermanfaat bagi dirinya, orang lain dan juga lingkungan sekitarnya; Dalam kaitannya dengan etika kristen, maka perilaku etis adalah sikap atau perilaku yang sesuai dengan ajaran Kristen, seperti: jujur, bertanggung jawab, terbuka, penuh kasih, disiplin, sopan, toleransi, menghargai orang lain, beriman, dan sebagainya; peranan pendidikan karakter dalam pembentukan perilaku etis mahasiswa STAKN Kupang sudah sangat baik. Hanya memang dibutuhkan kesadaran dari masing-masing pihak. Sebaik apapun aturan itu dibuat untuk diterapkan bersama, namu jika tidak ada kesadaran maka aturan itu hanyalah ibarat bungkus luar yang dibuang dan tidak berguna. Tujuan dan visi misi STAKN Kupang sangat jelas. Namun tingkat keberhasilan implementasinya relatif bergantung pada kesadaran pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauhmana Kontribusi Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang Bersifat Humanis Memengaruhi Perkembangan Iman di Jemaat Pola Tribuana Klasis Alor Barat Laut Gereja Masehi Injili Di Timor”. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi secara mendasar memaparkan karakteristiknya melalui pendekatan eksploratif terhadap suatu permasalahan yang bertujuan mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena yang diteliti. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi secara mendalam dan luas tentang fenomena Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang humanis dan kontribusinya bagi pembangunan iman di Jemaat Pola Tribuana Klasis Alor Barat Laut Gereja Masehi Injili Di Timor. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh  menunjukkan pendidikan agama Kristen humanis telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pembangunan iman jemaat, yaitu: 1). Meningkatkan pemahaman jemaat tentang nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam ajaran Kristen; 2). Membantu jemaat untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; 3). Memperkuat rasa solidaritas dan kepedulian jemaat terhadap sesama; 4). Meningkatkan motivasi jemaat untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan gereja dan masyarakat; dan 5). Membantu jemaat untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan masalah dalam hidup dengan iman yang teguh.

Abstract

Thematic learning model is a learning model that describes several subjects taught through themes. Thematic learning model as a concept can be interpreted as a learning approach that involves several subjects to provide meaningful experiences to students. By implementing thematic learning model, it is expected that students can understand Christian Religious Education, remember the importance of teaching Christian Religious Education to help students not to lose their knowledge of God and help students maintain good morals, character and nature. The purpose of writing this article is to help students and teachers to more easily understand thematic learning model and improve understanding of Christian Religious Education. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative approach or literature study. Researchers try to offer solutions to the problems raised by summarizing and compiling various theories and data from various literature sources, such as books, dictionaries, scientific journals, and relevant online media.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of information technology (IT)-based learning models on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education (PAK) students. In the digital era, PAK is required to adapt in order to shape the character and spirituality of students. Using a qualitative literature study of the literature, it was found that models such as e-learning, blended learning, AI, interactive multimedia, and advanced LMS significantly improve learning outcomes. This improvement is driven by the flexibility of material access, motivation via interactivity and personalization, global collaboration, and the development of digital literacy and Christian ethics. Despite infrastructure and competency challenges, the strategic implementation of IT learning models has been proven to transform the PAK learning process, contributing to improving students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievements.

A qualitativer merthodology and literraturer rervierw werrer ermployerd to collerct and asserss perrtinernt information. Ther rerserarch findings dermonstrater that cooperrativer lerarning erfferctiverly ernhancers studernts' interrerst, motivation, and comprerhernsion of CRER materrial. Studernts participater in derbaters and partnerrships, promoting ther cultivation of social skills and moral principlers, including lover and rersponsibility. Nonertherlerss, obstaclers in erxercuting cooperrativer lerarning werrer also rercognizerd, including disparitiers in studernts' capabilitiers and unervern group dynamics. Proficiernt managermernt by erducators is crucial to tackler therser issuers and guaranterer ther erfficacy of ther lerarning procerss. This rerserarch concluders that ther implermerntation of characterr erducation via CRER and cooperrativer lerarning sererks to ernhancer acadermic perrformancer whiler also cultivating perrsons erquipperd to confront future moral and social difficulties. Consequently, character education fosters the development of a harmonious and equitable society, while also cultivating a generation of adolescents with virtuous character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of problem-based learning models (PBL) in improving students' creative thinking skills. Creative thinking skills are one of the 21st century skills that are very much needed in facing future challenges. Problem-based learning models are seen as an effective approach to developing creative thinking skills because they provide students with the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to contextual problems. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant literature sources from 2019-2024. The results of the analysis show that the application of problem-based learning models can improve students' creative thinking skills through the stages of problem orientation, organizing students to learn, guiding individual and group investigations, developing and presenting work results, and analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process. The conclusion of this study shows that problem-based learning models have proven effective in improving students' creative thinking skills with indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of the PAKEM (Participatory, Active, Creative, and Fun) learning model in fostering students' self-confidence in outlying areas, especially Hoi Village, Oenino District, South Central Timor Regency. The background of the study is the low self-confidence of students due to minimal parental support, social pressure, and geographical and economic challenges that affect the quality of learning. This study aims to identify learning strategies used by teachers to build students' self-confidence and improve their learning achievement. The method used is a qualitative approach through literature studies and interviews with three informants: two elementary school teachers who actively teach and open free tutoring, and one local resident as a direct observer. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PAKEM model has a significant impact on increasing students' self-confidence through active, contextual, and fun learning activities. Teachers who are pedagogically sensitive are able to create an inclusive and supportive learning space, so that students feel valued and dare to express themselves. Despite obstacles such as time constraints, variations in student character, and a less than ideal teacher-student ratio, the PAKEM model still provides positive results in building learning motivation and restoring students' self-image. In conclusion, PAKEM is not just a learning method, but a transformative approach that is able to overcome students' psychological barriers and create a strong foundation of self-confidence to support children's academic success and character.
