Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence planning has on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influencers teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influence planning and organization have on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is categorized as field research, namely research carried out in the arena or field where symptoms occur. The results of this study were planning on teacher performance of 0.245 or 24.5%. These results indicate that the planning variable has a low influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District Deli Serdang Regency by 0.245 or 24.5%. Organization of 0.712 or 71.2%. These results indicate that the organizing variable has a strong influence on teacher performance of 0.712 or 71.2%. Planning and organizing on teacher performance is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that we can conclude from the third hypothesis that it is proven that there is a strong influence between the two independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat memberikan perubahan yang begitu cepat pula dalam kehidupan manusia. Dimana perkembangan teknologi member dampak negative yaitu munculnya berbagai jenis pelanggaran dan bahhan kejahatan. Kejahatan dalam dalam kehidupan manusia merupakan gejala sosial yang akan dihadapi manusia, masyarakat atau negara. Faktanya pelanggaran ataupun kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia sangat sulituntuk dihilangkan secara menyeluruh, yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menimalisir ataupun mencegah agar pelanggaran atau kejahatan itu tidak terjadi. Maka untuk itu sebuah Negara memberikan reaksi berupa larangan perbuatan melawan hokum serta memberikan sanksi bagi pelanggarnya. Terkait dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini perbuatan yang menyita perhatian publik yaitu penghinaan (Belediging). Penghinaan (Belediging) merupakan tindakan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh seorang individu atau kelompok dalam bentuk provokasi, penghinaan atau cacian kepada individu atau kelompok lain dalam berbagai aspek seperti suku, agama, ras, jenis kelamin, kewarganegaraan, cacat fisik dan lainnya. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan. metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab tentang Penerapan Tindak Pidana Penghinaan Menurut Undang-Undang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) Dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan. Acara sosialisasi ini melibatkan seluruh mahasiswa di lingkungan Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan untuk lebih memahami Penerapan Tindak Pidana Penghinaan Menurut Undang-Undang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) Dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan. Adapun hasil diskusi dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi tentang Akibat Hukum Terhadap Pembatalan Sertifikat Hak Milik Atas Perintah Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nomor: 482/Pdt.G/2016/Pn.Mdn Di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Semua peserta terlihat antusias dan merasakan manfaatnya. Keberhasilan ini ditunjukkan antara lain: (1) Adanya kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan para guru untuk memahami tentang Penerapan Tindak Pidana Penghinaan Menurut Undang-Undang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) Dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan. (2) Adanya respon yang positif dari peserta yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya diskusi yang cukup hangat dalam rangka implementasi Penerapan Tindak Pidana Penghinaan Menurut Undang-Undang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) Dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) Di Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia (UPMI) Medan.

Abstract

Kementerian Investasi/BKPM RI tahun 2021 mengatakan OSS telah melalui banyak proses pengembangan hingga kini bisa melayani penerbitan Perizinan Berbasis Risiko. Perbedaan sistem ini dengan sistem sebelumnya cukup sederhana, Upaya pemerintah kota medan untuk mensosialisasikan Sistem Aplikasi SIMDAKOP UMKM Kota Medan, untuk mendorong pelaku UMKM mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha agar memiliki bukti legalitas bagi untuk mengurus pinjaman kredit usaha rakyat (KUR). Perlu dimanfaatkan Online Single Submission (OSS) dalam kegiatan UMKM di Kota Medan Berbasis Maqashid Syariah, Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode PAR/CBPR (participatory action research/community based participatory research). Dengan adanya aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS) yang dapat di akses melalu website https://oss.go.id/ yang memberikan kemudahan bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kota Medan didalam mendaftarkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) Untuk mewujudkan UMKM di Kota Medan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah perlu keterlibatan pemerintah untuk membuat regulasi terkait tekhnis dan pelaksanaan dari UMKM di Kota Medan. Adapun standar UMKM syari’ah adalah UMKM yang telah melakukan prinsip-prinsp syari’ah. ada lima aspek yang harus dijaga oleh manusia, yaitu Agama, Jiwa, Akal, Keturunan dan Harta.

Abstract

The aim of this research, in essence, is to find out how significant the influence of Ability and Attitude is on Employee Performance. The method used is the analytical descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 31 people and the sample was 30 people and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that ability has a significant influence of 0.530 or 53.0% on the performance of employees of the Department of Education and Culture of Padan Lawas Regency, the influence is in the medium category. Where the skills are better, employee performance will also be higher. Attitude has a significant influence of 0.589 or 58.9% on the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Department of Padan Lawas Regency, the influence is in the medium category. There is a positive influence where the better the attitude, the higher the employee's performance. Simultaneously, the ability and attitude variables have a significant influence of 0.509 or 50.9% on the performance of employees of the Padan Lawas Regency Education and Culture Department in the moderate category, with the remaining 20.6% explained by other factors.

Abstract

The 2020 Padang Lawas Regency Education and Culture Service Financial Report was prepared to provide relevant information regarding the financial position and all transactions carried out by the reporting entity during 1 (one) reporting period. Financial reports are mainly used to compare the realization of income, expenditure, transfers and financing with the established budget, assess the condition of the financial balance, assess the effectiveness and efficiency of a reporting entity and help determine its compliance with statutory regulations. This research is a correlational descriptive research. The research samples in this study were employees of the Padang Lawas Regency Education and Culture Service, totaling 30 employees out of 31 employees. Research instrument by distributing questionnaires. Data collection techniques using literature study, documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Validity and Reliability Test. The classic assumptions in this research consist of normality of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test data. Data Analysis Techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence on the use of information technology from the Padang Lawas Regency Education and Culture Service of 0.767 or 76.7% in the strong category. This means that the better the use of information technology, the higher the quality of the financial reports. This can be seen from the assessment of each indicator, namely speed, consistency, precision and reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competency development and performance on the professionalism of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Padang Lawas Regency Government both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consists of all ASN employees in the Padang Lawas Regency Government, with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis method is quantitative, using SPSS Version 23. The results of the study are as follows: 1). Based on the hypothesis test, it can be explained that competency development has a significant effect on employee professionalism in the Padang Lawas Regency Government. The influence of competency development on employee professionalism is 40.6%, indicating a significant effect. 2). Based on the hypothesis test, it can be explained that performance significantly affects employee professionalism in the Padang Lawas Regency Government, with the influence of performance on employee professionalism at 42.7%. 3). Based on the hypothesis test, the combination of competency development and performance together significantly affects employee professionalism in the Padang Lawas Regency Government by 57.1%. The remaining 42.9% is influenced by other factors or variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of community participation and organizational culture on tourism development in Padang Lawas Regency. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample size of 80 people. Data collection methods include literature review, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses using correlation analysis with SPSS. The results of the study show that the community participation factors examined, including as a goal (objective), as a legally valid action (authoritative choice), and as a hypothesis, have a positive and significant effect on tourism development in Padang Lawas Regency. The analysis shows that community participation influences tourism development by 0.406 with significance at the 0.000 level, indicating a positive and significant contribution of community participation to tourism development. Therefore, the hypothesis stating that the influence of community participation on tourism development is determined by dimensions of community participation, which include decision-making, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and the utilization of results, is proven to have a positive and significant effect on tourism development, contributing 40.6%. Similarly, organizational culture, which encompasses academic culture, socio-cultural aspects, and democratic practices, also shows a positive and significant contribution to tourism development with a beta value of 0.427. This indicates a positive and significant contribution of organizational culture to tourism development. Overall, community participation and organizational culture contribute positively and significantly by 58.2% to tourism development, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of service quality and school facilities on teacher performance in elementary schools in the Huta Raja Tinggi Subdistrict, Padang Lawas Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of 317 individuals, with a sample size of 63 teachers. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis with the SPSS 25 application. The research findings show that the influence of service quality on teacher performance is significantly 65.3%. This indicates that the better the service quality, the higher the teacher performance. Meanwhile, the influence of school facilities on teacher performance is significantly 31.8%. The research findings imply that the better the school facilities, reflected in work tools, work equipment, and social facilities, the better the teacher performance. Additionally, the combined influence of service quality and school facilities on teacher performance is 89.8%, while the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

Teacher performance is essentially the ability of teachers to transfer knowledge and societal values to students through the learning process. Teacher performance is reflected in how teachers plan, implement, and assess the teaching and learning process, which is influenced by their work ethic and professional discipline in the learning process. The research method used is quantitative with a correlation descriptive approach. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The results show that motivation significantly affects teacher performance in public elementary schools in the Barumun Selatan Subdistrict, Padang Lawas Regency, with a t-value for the motivation variable of 6.855 > 1.035 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a correlation coefficient of 0.545 (54.50%). The better the work motivation, the higher the teacher performance will be. Work discipline also significantly affects teacher performance in public elementary schools in Barumun Selatan Subdistrict, with a t-value for the work discipline variable of 5.236 > 1.989 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, with a correlation coefficient of 0.417 (41.70%). The higher the work discipline, the better the teacher performance will be. Motivation and work discipline, simultaneously, have a significant influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Barumun Selatan Subdistrict, with an F-value of 262.625 > the F-table value of 3.105. 85.90% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by motivation and work discipline together, while the remaining 14.10% is explained by other factors, such as personality competence and social competence variables.

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM ini, utamanya sumber daya manusia instansi perlu dilakukan secara baik, terarah, dan terencana, sehingga instansi pun dapat bersaing secara sehat dengan instansi lain, mengingat ke depan persaingan antara instansi akan semakin ketat. SDM yang dapat mampu bersaing dengan pesaing ataupun dengan mitra bisnisnya hanyalah instansi yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan pengawasan terhadap kemampuan kerja Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Sampel diambil dengan teknik aksidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kerja sebesar 0,687 atau 68,7% dengan kategori kuat. (2) Pengawasan berpengaruh berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kerrja sebesar 0,747 atau 74,7 dengan kategori kuat. (3) Disiplin Dan Pengawasan berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan kerja Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Padang Lawas sebesar 0,878atau 87,8% dengan kategori sangat kuat dan sisanya sebesar 17,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan.
