Abstract

In the beginning, the tarekat was a form of worship practice that was taught specifically to certain people. For example, the Prophet taught wirid or remembrance that Ali ibn Abi Talib needed to practice. Then the emergence of the tarekat itself began with the classification between shari'a, tahriqat, haqiqat, and makrifat by the Sufis. It was only in the 5th century Hijriyah or 13 AD that the tarekat emerged as a continuation of the thoughts of the Sufis.

Abstract

This qualitative research study aimed to identify the best practices for principals with achievements in Indonesia. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, specifically through interviews with ten high-performing principals from different regions in Indonesia. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify common themes and patterns related to best practices. The findings of this study revealed that the best practices for principals with achievements in Indonesia were categorized into three main themes: instructional leadership, school climate and culture, and professional development. Instructional leadership involves setting high expectations for student achievement, providing adequate instructional support to teachers, and monitoring and evaluating student progress. School climate and culture focused on creating a positive and supportive school environment, promoting a sense of belonging, safety, and respect among all school community members. Professional development emphasizes continuous learning and growth for teachers and school leaders, supporting and investing in professional learning communities, providing access to high-quality resources and training, and creating a culture of innovation and risk-taking. The study also identified some unique practices specific to the Indonesian context, such as involving community stakeholders in decision-making processes, building strong relationships with local government officials, and promoting local culture and traditions in the school environment. The study highlights the importance of best practices in school leadership for improving school performance and outcomes in Indonesia. This study's findings can inform the development of policies and programs to improve school leadership practices and support high-performing principals in Indonesia. Further research is needed to explore the effectiveness of these practices in improving student achievement and well-being in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

This literature study explores the potential of digital-based Islamic education in strengthening the moral character of Muslim youth. Reviewing existing literature on the topic, this study highlights the benefits and challenges of incorporating digital technologies in Islamic education. It presents strategies for effectively utilizing these tools to promote moral development. The literature review results suggest that digital-based Islamic education can provide a flexible and accessible platform for students to engage with Islamic teachings and develop their moral reasoning. Digital technologies such as online modules, interactive simulations, and social media platforms can deliver Islamic education to a broader audience, including those unable to attend traditional Islamic schools or mosques. However, the study also identified several challenges in implementing digital-based Islamic education, such as the need for proper regulation and oversight, concerns about the quality of online content, and the potential for technology to promote superficial engagement with Islamic teachings. To overcome these challenges, the study recommends that educators and developers of digital Islamic education programs prioritize integrating interactive and reflective learning activities, provide opportunities for direct experiences and community engagement, and emphasize developing critical thinking and moral reasoning skills. Additionally, regulatory bodies and Islamic institutions should establish guidelines and standards for digital-based Islamic education to ensure the quality and accuracy of online content. Overall, this literature study suggests that digital-based Islamic education can be an effective tool for strengthening the moral character of Muslim youth. However, it requires careful planning and thoughtful implementation to realize its potential fully.

Abstract

Artificial insemination or IVF means a method to help fertile couples who experience difficulties in fertilizing a woman's egg cells by a man's sperm cells. To carry out artificial insemination (al-talqih al-Sina'iyah), a husband and wife who want to get pregnant are expected to always consult a doctor as to whether they can inseminate/be fertilized to produce offspring or not. Many people actually have sperm or ovum that is quite fertile, but cannot fertilize or be fertilized because there are abnormalities in their reproductive organs, for example the Fallopian Tubes are narrowed or the sperm emission is always weak, so this will hinder birth. If a case like this occurs, the doctor will try to take the woman's eggs (ovum) by means of aspiration of follicular fluid through the vagina, with a tool called "Transpajinal Transcular Ultra Sound" and sperm from the man, also taken and then combined. The cells are then stored in a culture dish for several days. This is what is called a "test tube baby", namely a baby that will be placed into a mother's womb using a device such as an injection.

Abstract

Product strategy is one of the important aspects of marketing which is related to the development, management and marketing of products or services. This article discusses product strategy in three main dimensions: individual product strategy, product line, and product mix. Individual product strategy is concerned with the development, planning, and marketing of a single product. In this context, companies must consider aspects such as pricing, product positioning in the market, design, branding and marketing communications. The success of these individual products is critical to the company's overall product portfolio. In addition, a product line is a collection of products offered by a company in a particular category or market. Product line strategy involves managing a product portfolio to cover various market segments and maximize company profits. This includes developing new products, discontinuing less successful products, and adjusting prices and product attributes. Product mix, on the other hand, includes all the elements that influence customer perception of the product, such as design, quality, brand, and price. Companies must consider how to best integrate these elements to create added value for customers and differentiate their products from competitors. In an era of increasing competition, a good understanding of individual product strategies, product lines and product mix is essential. Companies need to continuously monitor the market, consumer trends, and competitor behavior to develop effective product strategies. By combining these elements well, companies can maximize market share, increase profits, and better meet customer needs.
