Abstract

The word blood transfusion is a translation of "bloodtransfusion", namely from English. Then an Arabic doctor translated it as "blood transfer caused by a medical need". Then it was interpreted as "moving and then pouring blood" by Dr. Ahmad Sofyan. Then he formulated the definition of blood transfusion with the meaning, "transferring blood means putting blood through a blood vessel to another person who is being helped." The term euthanasia comes from the Greek, namely "eu" and "thanatos". The word "eu" means good, without suffering and thanatos means death, therefore when we say euthanasia the real meaning is not to cause death, but to reduce or alleviate the suffering of people who are facing death.

Abstract

Artificial insemination or IVF means a method to help fertile couples who experience difficulties in fertilizing a woman's egg cells by a man's sperm cells. To carry out artificial insemination (al-talqih al-Sina'iyah), a husband and wife who want to get pregnant are expected to always consult a doctor as to whether they can inseminate/be fertilized to produce offspring or not. Many people actually have sperm or ovum that is quite fertile, but cannot fertilize or be fertilized because there are abnormalities in their reproductive organs, for example the Fallopian Tubes are narrowed or the sperm emission is always weak, so this will hinder birth. If a case like this occurs, the doctor will try to take the woman's eggs (ovum) by means of aspiration of follicular fluid through the vagina, with a tool called "Transpajinal Transcular Ultra Sound" and sperm from the man, also taken and then combined. The cells are then stored in a culture dish for several days. This is what is called a "test tube baby", namely a baby that will be placed into a mother's womb using a device such as an injection.

Abstract

The organization of Hajj and Umrah is one of the important responsibilities of the Indonesian government in serving Muslims. With the number of pilgrims increasing every year, optimizing the management system is key in ensuring excellent service quality. The research method used is literature. The results show that the implementation of integrated information technology, standardization of operational procedures, increased officer competence, and a pilgrim-focused service approach are key factors in optimizing the management system. Efficiency is achieved through automation of administrative processes, better data management, and more effective inter-agency coordination. Meanwhile, service effectiveness is improved through the provision of comprehensive information, quality ritual guidance, adequate health services, and a responsive complaint handling system. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement in the Hajj and Umrah management system to face dynamic challenges. Recommendations for future research include comparative studies with other countries and analysis of the long-term impact of system optimization on pilgrim satisfaction and Indonesia's image internationally.

Abstract

Accounting for Marketing Decisions is an integrated approach that combines accounting principles with marketing strategies to optimise business decision-making. The concept involves using financial data and accounting metrics to plan, implement, and evaluate marketing communication strategies. The goal is to ensure that marketing decisions are not only effective in achieving communication objectives, but also in line with the company's financial goals. This approach enables companies to allocate marketing resources more efficiently, measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns more accurately, and make data-driven strategic decisions to improve overall business performance. The results show that this integrated approach can improve marketing campaign effectiveness, optimise resource allocation, and increase return on investment (ROI). However, its implementation requires organisational changes, including cross-departmental collaboration, the development of integrated information systems, and a change in corporate culture.

Abstract

This article explains the various important elements that shape and determine the success of an educational process. Education is understood as a system that involves dynamic interactions between educators, learners, educational objectives, learning materials, methods, infrastructure, and the environment as supporting factors. These elements are systematically interconnected to achieve the desired transformation of knowledge, skills, and values. Educators act as facilitators and motivators, while learners become active subjects in the learning process. Educational objectives provide clear direction for learning outcomes, while materials and methods are the operational means of achieving these objectives. The learning environment, both physical and social, provides a context that reinforces the effectiveness of the educational process. By understanding the interrelationship between each element, the educational process can be designed in a more systematic, efficient, and results-oriented manner.

Abstract

The assessment of literacy skills in multilingual contexts has become an important focus in the era of globalisation, where individuals increasingly interact in multiple languages. Multilingual literacy not only includes reading and writing skills, but also involves understanding culture and linguistic context. This paper reviews current approaches to multilingual literacy assessment, including the integration of computer-based technology and personalisation of assessment based on individual experience. Technology-based approaches allow for more in-depth analysis through big data and adaptation to participants' language abilities, while personalised approaches consider social, economic and educational factors. While these assessment approaches bring many benefits, they also face challenges in ensuring equity and inclusion for participants from different language backgrounds. This review emphasises the importance of using current approaches to support the development of more inclusive education policies to improve the literacy skills of multilingual communities globally.

Abstract

The era of smart technology has transformed the paradigm of educational communication through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital media, which has significantly enhanced academic communication literacy. This study examines this transformation through two main discussions: (1) the role of AI in personalising learning through educational chatbots, automated writing tools, and adaptive learning systems that provide real-time feedback to improve students’ writing and critical thinking skills; and (2) digital media strategies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), online discussion forums, and collaborative platforms that facilitate global interaction and the production of multimedia content. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this study identifies the synergy between AI and digital media in creating an adaptive and inclusive learning ecosystem, despite facing ethical challenges such as plagiarism, technological dependency, and the digital access gap. The findings confirm that a holistic approach integrating AI ethics regulation, digital literacy training, and equitable infrastructure is necessary to optimise this transformation. The conclusion offers recommendations for the development of technology literacy curricula and institutional collaboration to prepare graduates for the era of digital disruption. Overall, the integration of AI and digital media is not merely a technical innovation, but the foundation of sustainable higher education in the 21st century.

Abstract

Children are biological descendants (flesh and blood) of their parents or are not biological descendants, but because there are other factors that cause the relationship between children and their parents. Adoption, like the traditional practice in the Jahiliyah era, which gave adopted children the same status as biological children, is not permitted (forbidden) and is not recognized by Islam. The relationship between adopted children and their adoptive parents and family remains as before adoption, which does not affect inheritance and inheritance, whether the adopted child is taken from within one's own relatives, as in Java, where most of one's own nephews are taken as adopted children, or taken outside the circle of relatives. Likewise, adopted children should not have the same status as biological children, in all matters, such as guardianship, inheritance and other obligations. Islam even allows someone to marry their adopted child. Likewise, biological children and adopted children. Nursing children may become mahram (prayers are not invalidated). For example, say a woman takes a man's adopted child, the woman is adopted by him, so the woman's nurse child becomes the woman's mahram, from a legal perspective, it is haram to marry the woman's biological daughter, and also the woman. If a woman takes an adopted daughter, the woman breastfeeds it, it is unlawful for the woman's suckling child to marry the woman's biological male children, and it is unlawful to marry the woman's husband. But with certain conditions.
