Abstract

Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator of the company's ability to generate profits from total assets owned. Cash turnover shows how efficiently the company manages cash flow in its operations, while receivables turnover shows the company's ability to collect receivables from customers.This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. Data were obtained from annual financial reports published by pharmaceutical companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-tests for partial testing, and F-tests for simultaneous testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that cash turnover has a significant effect on profitability, and receivables turnover has a significant effect. Simultaneously, cash turnover and receivables turnover have a significant effect on profitability. This finding confirms the importance of efficient cash and receivables management in supporting the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of companies in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2024. Profitability in this study was proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while corporate social responsibility was measured using the Corporate Social Disclosure Index (CSDI). This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements and annual reports. The research sample consisted of 20 state-owned companies selected through purposive sampling techniques. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05 and data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis showed that the value of the determination coefficient (R²) was 40.3%, which means that the variables of profitability and corporate social responsibility were able to explain the variation in company value by 40.3%, while the rest was explained by other variables outside the research model. The results of partial hypothesis testing showed that profitability had a significant effect on company value and corporate social responsibility also had a significant effect on company value. In addition, the results of simultaneous testing showed that profitability and corporate social responsibility together had a significant effect on the corporate value of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which was indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05.

Abstract

Saat ini, media sosial memegang peran kunci sebagai sumber informasi utama bagi masyarakat modern karena menawarkan akses berita yang cepat dan praktis. Namun, kemudahan akses ini memiliki sisi gelap, di mana platform digital memfasilitasi penyebaran berita palsu dalam skala besar tanpa proses verifikasi yang memadai. Fenomena ini seringkali didorong oleh kesengajaan untuk menipu, yang menimbulkan dampak negatif serius pada stabilitas sosial dan politik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pendekatan Natural Language Processing (NLP) berbasis deep learning dikembangkan sebagai solusi deteksi otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan arsitektur Decoding-enhanced BERT with Disentangled Attention (DeBERTa) yang dikombinasikan dengan Bayesian Optimization. Teknik optimasi ini digunakan untuk menentukan konfigurasi hyperparameter terbaik secara otomatis dan menghindari penyetelan secara manual. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan metode 5-Fold Cross Validation dengan membandingkan hasil optimasi terhadap model baseline yang menggunakan hyperparameter default. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Bayesian Optimization berhasil meningkatkan performa model secara signifikan. Model yang diusulkan mencapai rata-rata accuracy sebesar 98,06%, mengungguli model baseline yang hanya mencatatkan accuracy 97,52%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi DeBERTa dengan optimasi hyperparameter dinamis lebih efektif dan stabil dalam mendeteksi berita palsu dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional.

Abstract

Bidang pariwisata merupakan salah satu bidang industri terbesar di dunia dan telah memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar terhadap ekonomi global, termasuk di Indonesia. Karawang merupakan sebuah kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang berdasarkan RKPD Kabupaten karawang 2023 mendeskripsikan bahwa terdapat permasalahan yang di alami Kab. Karawang yaitu salah satunya sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan sampah maupun dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang belum memadai. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang di alami Kab. Karawang, maka program PKM dibuat untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan optimalisasi potensi eco travel dan pengembangan produk zero waste sehingga mampu meningkatkan potensi pariwisata dan bisa mengurangi jumlah limbah yang ada di Kab Karawang. Hal tersebut didukung juga oleh Indikator Kinerja Utama Kabupaten Karawang yaitu meningkatnya kontribusi sektor pariwisata dan indeks kualitas lingkungan hidup yang memadai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu mitra dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berwirausaha di sektor sustainable development dan memberi pemahaman tentang eco travel dan penguasaan limbah pada pengelolaan wisata. Kegiatan ini mendukung transformasi pendidikan tinggi melalui indikator kinerja utama (IKU), adapun IKU yang akan di capai oleh pengabdian saat ini adalah dosen berkegiatan di luar kampus dan mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman di luar kampus.

Abstract

This research focuses on the utilization of image processing techniques—the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Extreme Learning Machine (ELMs)—to classify the characters of Wayang Kulit automatically. The Pandava characters or casts are classified in accordance with the characters from traditional Indonesian puppets, commonly known as shadow puppets. The focus is to introduce such rich cultural heritage to younger generations by using technology. Prior research has utilized classification of characters using Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs), Extreme Learnings Machines(ELMs), and Support Vector Machines(SVMs), which led to varied accuracy levels. In our subsequent experiments, three proposed models, with varying underlying model assumptions, were evaluated. The proposed models generated moderate accuracies ranging from 39 to 52%. The results suggest that our models have room for further development to enhance their performance. Strategies from parameter tuning to the in-depth analysis of the confusion matrix are discussed. Above all, the research is geared towards ensuring the appreciation and preservation of traditional cultural heritage in this digital era.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting bagi ekonomi Indonesia yang menyumbang devisa negara terbanyak ke-4. Hampir setiap daerah memiliki pariwisata, termasuk di Kabupaten Kudus. Berdasarkan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan, terdapat 6 objek wisata utama di Kabupaten Kudus, yaitu Menara Kudus, Tugu Identitas, Taman Krida Wisata, Colo,Museum Kretek, Situs Purbakala Pati Ayam dan Disamping wisata utama, terdapat berberapa wisata lain, baik, alam,Sejarah, maupun budaya. Daya Tarik berberapa wisata masih rendah khususnya dalam penyampaian promosi yang kurang variatif dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan inovasi promosi pariwisata menggunakan web berbasis spasial atau WebGIS yang disebut storyMap. Inovasi ini diberi nama Kudtour yang berisi tentang promosi dan informasi pariwisata di Kabupaten kudus secara lengkap. Tujuan dalam penelitina ini adalah 1). Mengetahui informasi objek wisata di Kabupaten Kudus 2). Mengetahui penyajian informasi dan promosi pariwisata dengan WebGIS StoryMap Kudtour 3). Mengetahui implementasi WebGIS StoryMap Kudtour pada tempat wisata di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (RnD) dengan 3 tahapan, meliputi pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1.) terdapat 7 Objek wisata yang ditampilkan dalam WebGIS StoryMap Kudtour. (2.) WebGIS StoryMap Kudtour memiliki tampilan desain yang menarik dengan fitur utama yaitu tour peta untuk menggambarkan lokasi tempat wisata secara detail. Validasi WebGIS StoryMap Kudtour menunjukkan hasil yang layak dengan mplementasi yang dilakukan melalui brosur yang terintegrasi dengan barcode link kepada pengunjung dan pengelola tempat wisata.

Abstract

Purpose: This study is motivated by the increase in internet users in Indonesia. The research examines the impact of services on customer satisfaction at PT. Citra Jelajah Informatika. Methodology/approach: The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. In this research, the unit of analysis used is the individual unit, encompassing all complaints from clients of PT. Citra Jelajah Informatika. Results/findings: The company is facing evaluation issues for progress, especially concerning service quality and slow complaint handling. The high number of customer complaints is attributed to the limited Human Resources. Limitations: This research is planned to involve all employees of PT. Citra Jelajah Informatika and its clients. Contribution: The author found several alternative solutions to problems related to customer complaints, including improving service quality and customer service responsiveness. The proposed solution involves training for the customer service team, regular communication between customer service and NOC, implementation of complaint SOPs, additional human resources in customer service and NOC support, notification of complaints during disruptions, ensuring network stability, early notification from customer service about service disruptions , and special activities (Customer Relations) to obtain regular customer.
