Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management aspects of education in: (1) personnel and student management, (2) curriculum management, and (3) infrastructure management in Lima Kaum 1 SLB. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview Method and Documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) in staffing and student management, it was found that the implementation of management had been carried out in terms of routine activities, but there were still a number of things that had to be corrected namely in terms of organization, function of school leaders and businessmanship , it was found that the school had made every effort in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, but still needed proper and accurate management in its implementation at school and the development of a typical school curriculum so as to improve school quality, (3) in the management of facilities and infrastructure found that administrative management in the procurement of infrastructure facilities it is good, but still needs improvement in terms of planning procurement of facilities that are right on target and management of existing infrastructure.

The aims of state to smarten up nation life will be reached along with be reached intent schooled and student individual which is get education and up to achievement which at the farthest. Abstract

SPS-BI May 2010 period points out that Sharia banking service marketing has developed very rapidly. It is noted that there are ten Sharia banks operating throughout Indonesia. Principles of marketing – profit sharing- as applied by these banks is suitable with principles of Islamic teaching since there are no interests as practiced by conventional banks.  Furthermore, Sharia banking service offers should be based on the customer’s needs. Consequently, Sharia banking management should learn and understand how the customers behave toward the bank itself. This means that particular strategies are needed in promoting the products and factors influencing the customer’s consideration in choosing the bank. Good ”service delivery system” should meet the following indicators: available, convenient and attractive. Some strategies are also needed for the marketing: segmenting, targeting, dan positioning

Abstract

One’s successes in deed are more dominantly determined by his ability to manage himself and others (soft skill). Soft skills including entrepreneurship encourage people to gain great success and even take over world’s economy and business. In addition, soft skill can reduce ‘sanglaritis’ a mental condition of a labor who keeps seeking for the opportunity to become civil servant or company’s officer which in turn makes them unable and has no desires to create their own business. It is entrepreneurship development which is believed to be able to promote sense of competition among those people through formal and informal trainings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product, price, place, promotion, service had on purchasing decisions. Using quantitative methods with the t test and f test. The results of the research partially show that there is a significant influence between the product and the purchase decision, there is a significant influence between the price and the purchase decision, there is a significant influence between the place and the purchase decision, there is a significant influence between promotion and purchasing decisions and there is a significant influence between service and purchasing decisions. . Simultaneously, product, price, place, promotion and service have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product variables, price, place, promotion and service simultaneously or simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that all the variables tested, namely product, price, place, promotion, and service greatly influence the purchasing decision of the sogke woven product in pandai sikek.

Abstract

BMT Al-Furqon Padang Sibusuk yang dalam tahap perkembangan dalam hal manajemen sumber daya insani merupakan masalah pokok dalam penilitian ini. Menemukan problematika manajemen sumber daya insani di BMT Al-Furqon Padang Sibusuk dan berbagai faktor penyebabnya dengan menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada BMT Al-Furqon Padang Sibusuk, problematika manajemen sumber daya insani terdiri dari problematika perencanaan SDI, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja SDI serta problematika kompensasi. Kemudian faktor penyebab problematika tersebut yaitu dari sisi perencanaan SDI adalah perubahan lingkungan eksternal seperti sosial ekonomi dan pandemi Covid-19. Dari sisi rekrutmen dan seleksi yaitu masalah biaya pelaksanaan. Dari sisi pelatihan dan pengembangan yaitu BMT masih dikategorikan sebagai LKM yang harus berbadan hukum koperasi. Dari sisi penilaian kinerja SDI yaitu kurangnya monitor dari kepala yayasan BMT Al-Furqon Padang Sibusuk. Dari sisi kompensasi yaitu kurangnya tanggung jawab kerja, kehadiran dan kedisiplinan karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil Analytic Network Process (ANP), diperoleh masalah prioritas adalah masalah kompensasi dengan angka kesepakatan sebesar 0,244. Kemudian solusi prioritas yaitu solusi kompensasi dengan angka kesepakatan 0,246. Selanjutnya strategi prioritas yaitu strategi peningkatan kompensasi dengan nilai 0,391.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kinerja keuangan Panin Dubai Syariah Bank sebelum dan sesudah IPO yang diukur dengan rasio profitabilitas. pada Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Beban Operasional / Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hasil perbandingan kinerja Panin Dubai Syariah Bank sebelum dan sesudah IPO. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa IPO merupakan pengembangan usaha yang menyeluruh dengan memperoleh modal melalui kepemilikan saham sehingga memberikan peluang sekaligus tantangan untuk bersaing secara sehat, dan sebagai bentuk upaya mempertahankan modal jangka panjang.

Abstract

Every family member has different needs from one another. Children are the most important members of the family, especially in completing their needs. Each child has different basic needs. In the case of gender, sometimes boys are often prioritized over girls. But on the other hand girls also have many needs related to their nature as women. This various cases cause different need compliance that requires parents’ consideration. Therefore, parents need to accommodate their children needs which have gender diversity. In managing these children's needs, parents' creativity and understanding of their children are needed.

Abstract

Koperasi syariah merupakan salah satu bagian dari lembaga keuangan syariah yang berlandaskan pada prinsip syariah untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Koperasi Merapi Singgalang merupakan salah satu koperasi yang ada di Kelurahan Ganting Kota Padang Panjang yang saat ini sedang melakukan peralihan system pelaksanaan dari sistem konvensional ke sistem syariah. Namun pada saat ini dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan masih terdapat unsur riba karena minimnya pengetahuan anggota maupun masyarakat disekitar terkait hal itu. Dengan demikian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan serta ilmu pengetahuan agar bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik terhadap pelaksanaan koperasi ini kedepannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Tim pengabdian saling bekerja sama dengan anggotakoperasi  untuk mempersiapkan acara agar berjalan dengan lancar. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan menjadikan koperasi syariah sebagai roda perekonomian masyarakat yang bebas riba dan bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitarnya.
