Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Service of Tanah Datar Regency which is mediated by organizational culture variables. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 33 respondents with total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Path analysis. The results showed that motivation and leadership had no effect on organizational culture but discipline had an effect on organizational culture. Motivation has no effect on employee performance while discipline, leadership and organizational culture affect employee performance. Motivation, discipline and leadership have no effect on employee performance through organizational culture. Organizational culture as an intervening variable is not able to mediate the variables of motivation, discipline and leadership so that these three variables have a direct influence on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Office of Tanah Datar Regency..

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the consistency of variables relationship that influences Bank Syariah Mandiri's (BSM) consumer' behavior. According to theories and review of previous studies, customers' internal and external factors and marketing strategies of Islamic banks which are considered or perceived by the customers influence their decision to become customers of the Islamic banks. However, previous researches have shown inconsistent results in which some claimed that religion factor became themain reason to deal with Islamic banks, while others said it was not. This study specifically analyzes the variables of personality, social class, culture, and marketing strategies in influencing decision to become BSM's customers. The population in this study is all clients or customers of BSM in West Sumatra in 2010. The research sample is 383 customers. The sampling was done by using purposive sampling and the analysis was conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as an analysis tool. The results show that: (1) Traits of the customers' personality do not impose power over their decisions to become customers of BSM. (2) The higher position of customers' social class can encourage their decision to become customers of BSM. (3) The stronger the customers' culture, the stronger their decision to become customers of BSM. (4)The better the marketing strategies of Islamic banks are considered and perceived by customers, the more encouraged and stronger their decisions to become customers of BSM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) terhadap kinerja sumber daya insani (SDI) di Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih adanya perbedaan perilaku kerja dan tingkat kedisiplinan di antara tenaga kependidikan, meskipun mereka memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dan nilai keagamaan yang relatif tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis deskriptif-verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga kecerdasan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja SDI, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Namun, kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual memberikan kontribusi yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kecerdasan intelektual. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara IQ, EQ, dan SQ dalam membangun kinerja unggul yang berorientasi nilai-nilai insani dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perlunya strategi pengembangan SDI berbasis keseimbangan tiga kecerdasan di lingkungan kerja non-profit, khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the growing awareness of environmental issues have significantly influenced brand development strategies in the era of Industry 5.0. This study aims to analyze the integration of digital transformation and green marketing strategies in achieving sustainable branding. A qualitative descriptive literature review method was used, focusing on publications from 2015 to 2025, complemented by content analysis to explore the interrelation between these two strategic approaches. The study is grounded in the theoretical frameworks of the Triple Bottom Line and Resource-Based View to understand the dimensions of sustainability and competitive advantage. The analysis reveals that digital transformation enhances operational efficiency, transparency, and business innovation, while green marketing strengthens brand image and increases consumer loyalty. Their integration results in the emergence of an eco-digital branding model, which combines digital technologies such as big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain with environmentally friendly practices in product innovation, communication strategies, and supply chain management. The study concludes that the synergy between digital transformation and green marketing not only reinforces brand sustainability but also fosters a new paradigm in brand management that simultaneously contributes to social and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

Kabupaten Agam di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dekat dengan kota wisata Bukittinggi. Oleh karena itu, tidaklah mengejutkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakatnya memiliki usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) masing-masing. Kegiatan Konsorsium Ilmu Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar bekerja sama dengan para pebisnis kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Agam. Satu dari maksud kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Agam. Teknis pengimplementasian kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan seminar,pertukaran ide melalui pembicaraan dan sesi tanya jawab. Banyak UMKM yang memiliki potensi tetapi masih menghadapi masalah dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Capaian yang didapatkan dari aktivitas Konsorsium Ilmu Manajemen  ini menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan peduli dengan pertumbuhan bisnis mereka di era modern.

Abstract

Koperasi syariah merupakan salah satu bagian dari lembaga keuangan syariah yang berlandaskan pada prinsip syariah untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Koperasi Merapi Singgalang merupakan salah satu koperasi yang ada di Kelurahan Ganting Kota Padang Panjang yang saat ini sedang melakukan peralihan system pelaksanaan dari sistem konvensional ke sistem syariah. Namun pada saat ini dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan masih terdapat unsur riba karena minimnya pengetahuan anggota maupun masyarakat disekitar terkait hal itu. Dengan demikian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan serta ilmu pengetahuan agar bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik terhadap pelaksanaan koperasi ini kedepannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Tim pengabdian saling bekerja sama dengan anggotakoperasi  untuk mempersiapkan acara agar berjalan dengan lancar. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan menjadikan koperasi syariah sebagai roda perekonomian masyarakat yang bebas riba dan bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitarnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge on the preparation and position of each item contained in the transaction report on sources and uses of qardhul hasan fund and financial report on sources and zakat fund. The research method in this article is descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the two types of financial statement in islamic financial institution. The result in this study are the source and us of qardhul hasan fund in islamic financial institution sourced from infaq fund, alms, and result from the management of waqf fund and non halal income fund. Meanwile in the financial statement, the sources and uses of zakat fund come from zakat fund obtained from internal parties of islamic financial institution and external parties, namely people who are not customer of islamic financial instutions.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the potential of sharia banking in Indonesia in terms of basic management patterns and third party funds. The method used in this research is the library research. The research results explain that  sharia bank management is reflected in the annual financial report published by the OJK and contains the Third Party Funds of the sharia bank concerned. The potential for sharia banking in Indonesia shows a positive value, this is reflected in the total assets as of January 2023 owned by Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units  reaching IDR 765.36 trillion. This is also supported by an increase in Third Party Funds by 12% which is able to make BSI one of the largest sharia banks in Indonesia in the position of the sixth largest bank in Indonesia and the fourteenth position of the largest sharia bank in the world with Third Party Funds of 261. 49 Trillion

Abstract

The study aims to describe the strategy and marketing mix of education services in Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP-IT). The researcher used qualitative research to describe the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that: 1) the marketing strategy in SMP-IT is to strengthen the IT and Public Relations (Humas) team in the school. 2) The marketing strategy of education services in SMP-IT is by implementing a marketing mix of products, prices, places, promotions, human resources, physical evidence and processes. The superior marketed products are tahfiz programs, language programs, Birrul Walidain and academic extracurriculars, as well as providing scholarship for excellent students. Promotion strategies are carried out through Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, websites, and newspapers..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the sources of funding and their effect on the liquidity of PT. Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk in 2022–2023. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the population is PT. Akbar Makmur Stimec Tbk for the period 2022-2023, with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. There is no comparison or correlation between these variables and other factors. The results of the study show that by looking at the sources and uses of cash to measure liquidity, businesses can earn 16.53% in 2022 and 0.27% in 2023. Findings from examining the sources and uses of cash reports indicate that the level of liquidity of PT. Akbar Makmur Stimec Tbk increases when cash increases, and decreases when cash decreases.
