Abstract

Pentingnya kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam menunjang efektivitas organisasi pemerintah merupakan penentu suatu organisasi dalam menjalankan ritme kerjanya. Faktor kepemimpinan, komunikasi, serta disiplin kerja diyakini berperan besar dalam menentukan tingkat kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (4) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja, sementara variabel dependen adalah kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 responden yang merupakan pegawai pada kantor tersebut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Selain itu, hasil uji simultan dengan uji F memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa peran kepemimpinan yang efektif, komunikasi yang jelas, serta disiplin kerja yang baik merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di sektor publik. Pimpinan yang mampu memberikan arahan, membangun komunikasi yang terbuka, serta menegakkan disiplin, akan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi instansi pemerintah dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product and price on purchasing interest in Shopee Online stores in Mamuju City. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The research subjects used were individuals who had bought at the Shopee Online store, amounting to 90 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. To get the test results in this study, a classic assumption test was carried out, namely the normality test, the heteroscedaticity test, and the multicorrelation test. Then hypothesis testing is performed. In this study the results of the Determination Test (R 2 ) variable Service Quality, Products and Prices affect the purchase interest of 0.758 or by 75%, the rest is influenced by other variables by 25%. Simultaneously or together the variables Service Quality, Products and Prices have a positive effect on the variable Purchase Interest. While partially (t test) the variables quality of service, product and price have a positive effect on purchasing interest in Shopee Online Store

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income generated from Eucheuma cottonii seaweed farming by identifying the total production costs, gross income, and net income obtained by seaweed farmers. The research was conducted in Mamuju Regency, where the population comprised 156 seaweed farmers. A purposive sampling technique was employed, selecting 15% of the population, resulting in a sample of 23 respondents. The study took place from July to August 2022 and utilized both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected from primary sources through direct interviews and questionnaires, as well as from secondary sources such as official reports and related literature. The findings indicate that Eucheuma cottonii farmers actively attempt to minimize production costs to maximize profitability. The analysis shows that the average production cost incurred per farming cycle was IDR 5,904,706. In contrast, the average gross income reached IDR 10,496,739, leading to an average net income of IDR 4,595,294. These results suggest that Eucheuma cottonii seaweed farming contributes significantly to the economic well-being of coastal communities. The relatively high net income reflects the potential of seaweed cultivation as a sustainable livelihood option in marine-based economies. Overall, the study highlights the economic viability of Eucheuma cottonii cultivation and supports its development as an income-generating activity for small-scale farmers in coastal regions.
