Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of the Bandar Lampung Convection Dezainla business through its market and marketing aspects. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that from the market aspect, it has good market potential and market share, marked by sales growth in 2021-2022, increasing by 74.9%. In the marketing aspect the products produced are of good quality, prices that can compete with other competitors, the distribution channels used have utilized sales through resellers, and implemented promotions using a multi-channel marketing strategy by utilizing various available social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube , Website, Facebook, Tiktok, and WhatsApp. Thus, from the market and marketing aspects that have been studied by researchers, the Dezainla convection is already good so that the Dezainla convection can be declared feasible to run from the market and marketing aspects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to learn the potential development of "kampoeng Vietnam lampung" tourism through tourist attraction. As for the research used on this study using qualitative research methods with qualitative descriptive. Using data-collection techniques in between observation, interview, and documentation. The study has resulted in an image of the potential for natural tourism and a special interest that attracts attraction. The development of a tourist attraction is 4a attractions, shown by a type of live musical attraction (karokean), a coffee band, and an old band with varying attractions provided by the tourist management to make increased tourist visitations. Access (accessibility) with results shows access to social media information, road conditions, the clipboard. Facilities with results indicate they are quite well and complete (mushola, restaurant, gazebo or saung, children's playground, photo spot, and toilet). Additional services that the ancillary service with results showed that there were (pharmacies, hospitals, inns, gas stations, community centers, and ATM machines) complete and close to the Vietnam popoeng tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of leadership on work productivity of Bank Bukopin KCULampung employees , to find out the effect of work environment on work productivity of Bank BukopinKCU Lampung enployees, and also to know the effect of leadership and work environment on workproductivity of Bank Bukopin KCU Lampung employees. Also, this study applied quantitative research.Furthermore, this study was conducted from January to April 2023. The population and sample of studyare 47 Bank Bukopin KCU Lampung employees. Moreover, primary and secondary data were used inthis study. The data were collected by distributing the questionnaire to the employees. Then, it wasanalyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research, it can beconcluded that leadership and work environment have positive and significant impacts on employees’work productivity by 54,0% and it was impacted by other factors not examined in this study such asmotivation, discipline, competence, and others.

Abstract

Tourism destinations managed by each Tourism Department in Indonesia really need to be promoted by utilizing digital media in order to attract more consumers and increase the number of visits. Promotion plays an important role in tourism marketing which will have an impact on the national economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital media in tourism promotion by the Indonesian government. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Based on the source, the type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely the official websites of 34 Provincial Tourism Department in Indonesia. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely non-participant observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the sequence of digital media most used by the Provincial Tourism Department in tourism promotion is website, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok. Then there are several forms of promotion through digital media carried out by the Provincial Tourism Departments in Indonesia, namely optimizing website content and social media; compiling e-book and calendar of events; promotions through talk shows, podcasts, web series or films; as well as offering tour packages. It is hoped that the Provincial Tourism Department can strengthen synergy with the community and business actors in tourism development, especially in tourism promotion by utilizing digital media so that it can reach more potential visitors.

Abstract

This research describes the profile of customer jobs, profile customer pains, and profile customer gains in a coffee shop in Bandar Lampung with a focus on taking two places, namely Robusta Coffee Flower Coffee House and In Air Cafe. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews with consumers, owners, and employees at Robusta Coffee Bunga Coffee House and In Air Cafe. Sampling was carried out by snowball sampling technique and the validity of the data was proved by triangulation of the source. The results of research and data analysis showed that customer profile jobs in both coffee shop is gathering with friends and doing tasks. In the customer profile pains found complaints from consumers such as a less varied food menu and interior that is less spoiling consumers. While in profile customer gains, consumers expect innovation in food and beverage menus, interior and exterior improvements, and expansion of parking lots. Until the end of the analysis found that the customer profile is more dominant jobs, because consumers come to the coffee shop is more driven for the purpose of gathering with friends. Abstract

The purposes of this study were to describe the knowledge transfer process between banana chip SMEs in Bandarlampung as the recipient of knowledge with the government and large companies as knowledge providers, identify and analyze problems in the knowledge transfer process in the banana chip SME business in Bandarlampung and its impact on the ecosystem banana chip SME business in Bandarlampung, and produce the desired and feasible action suggestions to solve problems in the process of knowledge transfer in the banana chips SME business ecosystem in Bandarlampung. The type of research used was action research with a qualitative paradigm approach. The informants in this study came from Dinas Koperasi dan UKM in Lampung Province and Bandarlampung, PTPN VII Bandarlampung, and banana chips SMEs entrepreneurs in Bandarlampung. Data collection techniques applied in this research were observations, literature study, in-depth interviews and documentations. The data analysis used was the data analysis stage technique which was adapted from the Soft Systems Methodology approach. The data validity technique was applied using the recoverability method. The results of this study indicated that the government and large companies had been providing a knowledge based on Knowledge-Based Marketing with lecture and vocational methods for the implementation of SME development and coaching programs. Systemic problems arose in the learning process of banana chips SMEs entrepreneurs in Bandarlampung that are not yet optimal, creating a business behavior that tends to be stagnant even though they have received an SMEs development and coaching program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the application of the technology acceptance model (TAM) on the use of social media by tourism stakeholders of Kopi Rigis Lampung Barat with critical mass variables, capability to use social media perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavior to use, and actual system usage conditions. This type of research is explanatory research, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using the application of the technology acceptance model (TAM) and structural equation test based on variance Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS test. The results showed that critical mass had no significant effect on perceived ease of use, critical mass had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, capability to use social media had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, capability to use social media had a significant effect on perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavior to use, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on the real conditions of using the system, perceived usefulness had no significant effect on behavior to use, perceived usefulness had a significant effect on real conditions of using the system, and behavior to use had a significant effect on real conditions of using the system. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan Insidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 100 responden karyawan swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan menggunakan skala semantik differensial. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job characteristics and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with 100 private sector employees working in Bandar Lampung City as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed using a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 26. The findings indicate that job characteristics and job satisfaction collectively have a significant influence on employee loyalty in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Program Magang, Studi Independen, dan Wirausaha Merdeka Terhadap Kesiapan Karier Mahasiswa yang mengikuti Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Lampung. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan explanatori research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Magang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan karier mahasiswa, sementara Studi Independen juga berdampak signifikan. Namun, Program Wirausaha Merdeka tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan karier mahasiswa. Implikasi dari temuan ini disajikan sebagai landasan bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program-program MBKM untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan karier di masa depan.
