Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia kini tengah mengalami perubahan yang cukup besar dikarenakan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang terpaksa dilaksanakan secara daring sebagai imbas dari munculnya pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). Seluruh siswa dan tenaga kependidikan memerlukan waktu untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan sistem pembelajaran yang selama ini dilaksanakan melalui kelas tatap muka. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor yang menjadikan pembelajaran daring berjalan kurang efektif. Masalah tersebut juga ditemukan di Dusun Butuh, Desa Senden, Kecamatan Mungkid, Kabupaten Magelang. Di MI Muhammadiyah Butuh yang terletak di Dusun Butuh kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan sistem daring, tatap muka, dan guru berkeliling. Di sekolah tersebut ditemukan bahwa terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran daring secara efektif, mulai dari terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, terbatasnya kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran, hingga rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran. Diadakannya program pelatihan pembelajaran daring akan dapat membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Program yang diberi nama "Mabar" (Main dan Belajar) yang dijalankan sebagai kegiatan KKN Tematik di Dusun Butuh dirancang untuk mengajak pihak sekolah/tenaga kependidikan bersama-sama mempelajari pemanfaatan dan penggunaan teknologi pendidikan serta aplikasi pembelajaran agar pembelajaran daring dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan mengginakan metode demonstrasi dan metode latihan keterampilan yang memungkinkan peserta memahami penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan menggunakan contoh/peragaan. Peserta juga dapat belajar dengan membuat, merancang, atau memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran dan teknologi pendidikan secara mandiri. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini pendidik dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi pembelajaran. Anak-anak di Dusun Butuh yang merupakan siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6 sekolah dasar dapat lebih mengenal dan meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran daring dan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan. Melalui pelaksanaan program "Mabar" ini baik peserta didik maupun pendidik dapat menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, Zoom Meeting, Google Form, dan Google Classroom yang telah diajarkan pada kegiatan pelatihan tersebut.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan sosialisasi pelayanan  administrasi  berbasis  daring  di  Desa  Paremono  dilakukan dengan melibatkan perangkat dan kasi desa mengunakan metode Participatory Learning And Action atau metode belajar sambil bekerja. Rumusan masalah dan fokus dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana sosialisasi dan dan pelatihan administrasi pemerintahan desa khususnya dalam bidang  surat-menyurat  dapat  terlaksana  dengan  baik  sehingga  kesulitan  administratif  selama pandemi Covid-19 dapat teratasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah   a)Memberdayakan aparatur dan kasi desa agar lebih tetap produktif selama pandemi,b) Meningkatkan pengetahuan aparatur dan kasi desa serta masyarakat,c)Mendorong tertib administrasi selama pandemi Covid-19. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu, 1)persiapan meliputi perizinan,wawancara dan diskusi, 2) yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan, Tim KKN melakukan sosialisasi dengan   cara   mengakses   dan   menggunakan   pelayanan   administrasi   desa   berbasis   online menggunakan media aplikasi online berupa Linktree, Google Form, dan Whatsapp dan 3) evaluasi yang melibatkan kepala desa dan perangkat desa yang bersangkutan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek pemahaman perangkat desa adalah 65%, sikap  aparatur dan kasi pemerintahan 80% serta kemampuan ketrampilan perangkat desa adalah 78% dan diperoleh rata- rata 74% dari hasil keseluruhan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 13 Magelang selama ini belum menerapkan pembelajaran bervisi konservasi dengan pendekatan scientific skill. Pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga kurang aplikatif dan kurang memotivasi siswa dalam belajar Hal ini menyebabkan karakter konservasi siswa belum berkembang dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu perlu dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran biologi bervisi konservasi dengan pendekatan scientific skill melalui pengolahan sampah organik di sekolah dan menguji efektifitas serta kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai konservasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan menganalisis kebutuhan kemudian mengembangkan produk dan diuji validitas, efektivitas, dan kepraktisanya hingga diperoleh produk final. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah perangkat pembelajaran bervisi konservasi  dengan pendekatan scientific skill yang  meliputi silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), bahan ajar, lembar diskusi siswa (LDS), dan lembar penilaian scientific skill. Hasil penelitian berupa perangkat pembelajaran IPA materi lingkungan hidup bervisi konservasi dengan pendekatan scientific skill pada pengolahan sampah organik di sekolah cukup valid, praktis dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan rata-rata respon siswa 97,57% atau sangat baik,  rata-rata nilai  scientific skills siswa  3,53 atau baik, hasil  t-test menunjukkan sig = 0,001 = 0,1% 5 % dan nilai rata-rata  konservasi siswa sebesar 89,43 berada dalam kategori sangat baik.   Science teaching learning at Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri  13 Magelang at present has not applied yet the conservation  vision, using scientific skill approaches. Teaching learning process still uses lecturing methods, consequently it is not applicative and motivating students. It also makes student conservation character is not developed yet. Because of the needs, this study was aimed at developing science teaching tools grounded in conservation using scientific skill approaches through student activity ‘making compost’ at schools, and  testing its effectiveness and practicability, in terms of  student conservation values.  The method used is research and development by analyzing needs and then develop products and test their validity, effectiveness, and convenience to the final product obtained. products developed are learning devices visionary approach to conservation with scientific skills include syllabi, lesson plans, teaching materials, sheet student discussions, and scientific skills assessment sheet. The results of the research are: the science learning device of living space in conservational vision using scientific skill approach is valid, practice and effective to apply in teaching learning process. The result of the experiment shows the average of students responses 97. 57% (very good), the average of students scientific skill values 3.53 (good), The result of T-test shows sig = 0.001 = 0.1% 5% and The average of students conservation values 89.43 in very good category.

Abstract

Electric Bus is the EV (Electric Vehicle) product which supporting the green energy program. EV buses have short life cycle and suitable for city mass rapid transport. This research used Integrated Methodology into Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide PSS on EV bus products. This business model has been translated to customer and company needs. This research was developed by modifying the input data information using Multi-layer Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and AHP method, which integrates customer and company needs. The result are 3 (three) business models of PSS, which represent business models M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, and M3-Result Oriented. There is business model M3-Result Oriented (Availability sarana/Buy the service) which recommended to be applied to the company. This model looks attractive for the customer because they don’t need to invest the product and it can optimize the operational cost. By this business model the company has more potential projects and repetitive revenue that the company can be achieved. Bus Listrik merupakan salah satu segmen produk EV (Electric Vehicle) yang mendukung program green energy pemerintah. Bus Listrik memiliki usia peremajaan yang relative singkat, serta sangat cocok digunakan untuk tranportasi masal perkotaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Integrated methodology dalam perancangan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) untuk mendapatkan model bisnis PSS untuk segmen produk bus listrik. Pada model bisnis ini telah diterjemahkan tidak hanya kebutuhan pelanggan tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan melakukan modifikasi pada input informasi data awal dengan mengunakan Multi layer  Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan AHP yang diintegrasikan antara kebutuhan pelanggana dan perusahaan.  Dari Hasil penelitian didipatkan 3 (tiga) model bisnis PSS yang mewakili bentuk bisnis model M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, dan M3-Result Oriented terdapat 1 (satu) model yang paling direkomendasikan untuk diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan yaitu model bisnis 3 (tiga) (Availibilty sarana/Buy the service). Model ini dipandang attractive bagi pelanggan karena pelanggan tidak perlu berinvestasi atas sarana serta dapat mengoptimalisasikan biaya operasi. Dengan model bisnis ini perusahaan memiliki potensi proyek dan pendapatan yang lebih banyak dan repetitif yang dapat diterima oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Firms are increasingly integrating digital technology into their supply network systems for the purpose of attain global competitiveness. The utilization of digital technology has resulted in the Rise of a new supply chain management system known as the digital supply chain. Many parties believe that digital supply chain has several opportunities for companies, however, a number of researchers argues that the dependence on digital technology in the worldwide supply chain is accompanied by substantial obstacles. Therefore, this study intends to understand the opportunities and difficulties of digital supply chain and identify the future research agenda in this research area to develop better digital supply chain concepts and implementations. This research conducted systematic literature review through content analysis based on five dimensions in the SCOR model, which is plan, source, make, deliver, and return dimension. The analysis in this research finds that digital supply chain can enhances demand forecasting and product development in plan dimension, enables supplier selection and procurement automation in source dimension, facilitates smart and additive manufacturing in make dimension, optimizes inventory management, order management, transportation and logistics management in deliver dimension, as well as supports closed loop supply chain or circular economy in return dimension. However, the lack of infrastructure, policy, and coordination, along with financial, technical, and technological barrier, has become the common challenges of digital supply chain. Cybersecurity issue is also another main issue of the digital supply network. Through this analysis, the future research agenda can finally be taken in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LIDOMAGU online digital learning media and find out the implementation of LIDOMAGU in supporting MBKM in the PBSI Untidar. This research uses mixed-method research with research and development (R & D) design and qualitative data analysis. The research phase uses the Romiszowski (1996) design with the name ADDIE development model with the steps (1) analysis (2) design (3) development (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. The product is developed using an application maker application, namely appsgeyser which can be downloaded via an android device at the address https://appsgeyser.com and a display design using the Canva application. The product is validated with 3 validation tests, namely content validation, learning design validation and media validation. The average score obtained is 88 which is in the valid category.

Abstract

Literature is a form of creative activity in which there are cultural elements. Literature can be divided into written literature or oral literature. Meanwhile, culture is a way of life or living habits that develop in society and are passed down from generation to generation. Culture is formed from complex elements, namely religious systems, politics, customs, practices, language, buildings, clothing and works of art. A short story is a literary work written briefly that tells a conflict or event. This research aims to analyze Javanese culture contained in the short story entitled "Mencicip Semesta" by Riska Dyah Oktaviani. In conducting this research, researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. The subject of this research is the short story "Mencicip Semesta" by Riska Dyah Oktaviani. This research focuses on Javanese culture contained in the short story "Mencicip Semesta" by Riska Dyah Oktaviani. The data source in this research is the short story "Mencicip Semesta" by Riska Dyah Oktaviani. Data collection is done using reading and note-taking techniques. The results of the research show that (1) The short story "Mencicip Semesta" contains Javanese culture, especially Solo and Yogyakarta. (2) The culture contained is the culture of kissing hands, traditional houses in the form of Rumah Joglo, traditional food in the form of Selat Solo and Gudeg, traditional performances and the use of Javanese.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of moral values ​​contained in the collection of short stories of Men in the City of Gawai and the phenomenon of adolescent moral decline in Indonesia. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the moral values ​​in a collection of short stories for men in the city of Gawai. (2) Produce teaching materials for learning literature in junior high schools that are developed from moral values ​​in the collection of short stories for Men in the City of Gawai. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is the moral value of a collection of short stories entitled Men in the City of Gawai by Kholis Kurnia wati et al. The data used are excerpts of sentences and paragraphs containing moral values ​​in a collection of short stories, while the source of data is obtained from a collection of short stories by Kholis Kurnia Wati et al entitled Men in the City of Gawai. Methods and techniques of data collection in this study is the method of reading with a note-taking technique. The method and analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method. The results of this research collection of short stories of Men in Gawai City contain the moral value of human relations with God, human relations with themselves, human relations with fellow humans. The moral value of a collection of short stories for Men in the City of Gawai can be formulated as teaching materials in the form of handouts of review texts for class VIII in junior high school at KD 3.11 and KD 4.11.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the personality of the main character in the novel Pulang ke Rinjani by Reza Nufa based on the id, ego, and superego. This research uses Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic study. The analytical methods and techniques used are qualitative descriptions using content analysis techniques. The results of this study are to show the personality of the main character in the novel Pulang ke Rinjani by Reza Nufa. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there are three personality structures in Reza Nufa's Pulang ke Rinjani Novel, including (1) Reza's personality from the id perspective is more inclined to self-fulfillment to keep achieving the desire for pleasure so that he refuses things that make him feel anxious, one of which is depression. (2) Reza's personality from an ego perspective is more inclined to adjust to the environment that he has never felt before. (3) Reza's personality from the perspective of the superego is more inclined to describe his identity which is in line with the principle of morality based on his conscience. So the superego that happened to Reza was able to grow himself in the order that was formed on the values ​​and norms that prevailed in society. For readers and further researchers in the novel Pulang ke Rinjani by Reza Nufa, there are other aspects that can be studied using theory from a different point of view.

Abstract

This article raises the theme of Zakat as the Main Pillar of Meaning of Social Justice using descriptive qualitative research methods. This research describes the concept of zakat in Islam, social justice in Islam, and the role of zakat as a tool for interpreting social justice. Research findings show that social justice is the main foundation in various legal and economic systems in many countries. The principle of zakat in Islam appears as a key element to achieve this goal. Zakat, as an obligation of Muslims, is not only a social charity, but is also integral to the Islamic economic system to create a fairer distribution of wealth. The importance of zakat is not limited to Muslim communities, but has universal relevance. Concepts such as social solidarity and collective responsibility for the common welfare that underlie zakat can be an inspiration for achieving social justice in various communities and nations. Involving the community in the principles of zakat is expected to create an environment where wealth and resources are distributed more evenly, giving all individuals better access to reach their full potential. Thus, zakat is not only a religious obligation, but also an important instrument for achieving common goals in realizing social justice throughout the world.
