Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to develop self-management skills for orphans and underprivileged children at Al-Amien Orphanage and Dhuafa House in Ciater, South Tangerang. The program implementation method includes 3 days of training covering self-awareness, time management, effective communication, and basic skills such as sewing, cooking, and gardening. The training results show improvements in aspects of self-understanding and self-confidence, time management abilities, communication skills, and mastery of basic skills. This program has successfully made a positive impact on participants' personal development and skills, and can serve as a model for similar program development elsewhere.

Abstract

Devotion to the community was an integral part of tri dharma higher education institutes which in its implementation cannot be separated from two dharma a dream and the other , as well as involving he utterly destroyed all the sivitas its products: he got from his lecturers , what the students are , of teaching staff as well as alumni .Through pkm academic sivitas can attend in tengah- heart of communities . See the campus that does away with the location Posyantek Setu , Tangerang Selatan, and so are mandatory for pamulang university ( Unpam ) to participate in help various problems that are faced by the good close or far away. The science of financial growth management especially financial management about the way find out about the management of the funds systematically, so that financial management is not only mastery of a collection of knowledge but also by is the process of discovery. What problems arose that is they did not the media that is adequate to explain a concept, Learning that effective. But most schools is still feeling a lack of facilities and infrastructures are. There are still quite information is. This will make it tougher for masyrakat in understanding the concept of, so to be an instructor should look to be creative and innovative. The result of the activities of its service is the citizen as well as the caretaker posyantek financial management that the problem is very important and is far from expected. The caretaker posyantek also find as much financial problems must be improved especially about how to get funds and also the most difficult too how to use the funds that there could be used effectively and efficiently. The obstacles faced on both posyantek managers and residents are unable to exploit existing conditions to use the funds available and have no further a partner of funding to run a business which is run wheels.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas dalam era kompetitif dewasa ini harus diimbangi dengan terciptanya wirausahawan yang berkualitas, sehingga dengan semakin banyaknya jumlah wirausahawan yang berkualitas, maka jumlah lapangan kerja dan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat pun ikut meningkat dan dengan sendirinya berdampak pada menurunnya jumlah pengangguran. Pelatihan penguatan wirausaha pada rumah yatim piatu ditujukan agar anak panti asuhan dan seluruh pengelola dapat memiliki kemampuan manajemen keuangan yang baik dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Hal tersebut disiapkan sejak dini dari awal dimulainya kegiatan wirausaha agar kedepannya kemampuan ini dapat mendukung proses berwirausaha dengan sangat maksimal dan tepat perhitungan sehingga usaha yang ditekuni dapat berkembang terus menerus dari waktu ke waktu. Berdasarkan pada hal tersebut diatas maka akan dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Rumah yatim piatu Al-Amien, Ciater Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dimana saat ini anak - anak panti asuhan Al - Amien sudah memulai merintis usaha secara bersama - sama guna mengajarkan dan mendidik kemandirian. Usaha yang saat ini mulai dirintis bergerak dibidang makanan yakni kantin. Rintisan usaha tersebut masih dikelola secara sederhana oleh anak – anak panti asuhan dengan manjemen pengelolaan yang belum baik dan masih bersifat rutinitas, terutama mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh zeolit di lahan suboptimal terhadap kemampuan menahan lengas tanah dan hasil dua varietas bawang merah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kebun Sempu, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Oktober Desember 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor 1 sebagai main plot adalah varietas bawang merah (B) yang terdiri : Crok kuning (B1) dan Bima Brebes (B2). Faktor 2 sebagai sub plot adalah Takaran Zeolit ( Z ) yang terdiri : 0 ton.ha-1 (Z0), 5 ton.ha-1 (Z1), 10 ton.ha-1 (Z2), 15 ton.ha-1 (Z3) dan 20 ton.ha-1 (Z4). Faktor 3 sebagai Sub sub plot adalah ukuran Zeolit (P), yang terdiri : 10 mesh (P1), 20 mesh (P2), dan 40 mesh (P3), Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar lengas (titik layu permanen, kapasitas lapangan, kemampuan menahan lengas tanah), tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi per rumpun, bobot segar umbi dan daun per hektar, bobot kering jemur matahari per hektar, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun. Data tanah dianalisis deskriptif dan data tanaman dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan DMRT 5 %.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan takaran Zeolit secara deskriptif mampu meningkatkan kadar lengas (titik layu permanen, kapasitas lapang dan kemampuan menahan lengas tanah). Perlakuan takaran zeolit nyata berinteraksi dengan varietas. Peningkatan takaran zeolit terhadap varietas nyata berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar umbi dan daun per hektar, bobot kering jemur matahari per hektar, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun.

Abstract

The research is quantitative and the objective is to determine the internal (Loan Quality, Third Party Fund, Managerial Efficiency) and external (BI Rate, Inflation) variables that determine Bank profitability, and the impact of this profitability on company value by moderating the Bank's stock dividend policy. The method used is panel data regression and moderated regression analysis using Eviews 10. The data used is secondary data with a sample of 10 Book 4 banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period. The results obtained are first Loan Quality, Third Party Funds, Managerial Efficiency, Bank Indonesia Interest Rates and Inflation Rates simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on Banking Profitability, second Banking Profitability partially has a significant and positive effect on Company Value and third Banking Profitability which is moderated by Dividend Policy partially has a significant and positive effect on Company Value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat partisipasi dalam model pembelajaran Project-based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis anggota Tim Garuda UNY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif ex pot facto, yang dilaksanakan  di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa anggota Tim Garuda UNY dan alumninya yang berjumlah 243 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode survei dengan angket, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel 75 orang dan  menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Project-based Learning Tim Garuda UNY sesuai dengan indikator dan langkah model pembelajaran Project-based Learning. (2) Tingkat partisipasi anggota dalam mengikuti model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di Tim Garuda UNY berpengaruh  terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis anggota yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji T pada nilai signifikan 0,000 Ë‚ 0,05 dan t hitung 10,110 ˃ t tabel 1,993 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang didapatkan sebesar 58,3%.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Project-based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

The piston is an essential component in the internal combustion system. Unfortunately, most piston products on the market are of low quality, which is detrimental to consumers. Most pistons sold in spare parts shops in Medan City have varying prices and different quality. The study compares four manufacturers' chemical composition, microstructure and hardness of the pistons of 4-stroke motorcycles. The four types of pistons were purchased at an automotive component sales shop in Medan city. The pistons were cut by machine and then analyzed for chemical composition, microstructure and hardness. The research results show that the chemical composition of the four-piston manufacturers is almost similar, where the silicon content ranges from 2-3%, which is a hypoeutectic Al-Si aluminium alloy. Interestingly, the hardness values and microstructure of pistons are different. The hardness value for brand X is the highest compared to other products, at 41.16 VHN. Microstructural observations show that the microstructures of manufacturers W, X and Y are similar, where the Si particles are evenly distributed with almost uniform sizes. Meanwhile, the Z manufacturer shows a microstructure with fibrous Si particles with a coarse SDAS size.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset dan Debt to Total Asset Ratio terhadap Earning Per Share pada PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Metode menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif.Hasil Pengujian dan analisisnya adalah sebagai berikut:Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara ROA terhadap EPS dengan korelasi 0,339, kontribusi pengaruh 11,5%. Uji hipotesis ρ value 0,308 > 0,05.Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara DAR terhadap EPS dengan korelasi positif 0,738, kontribusi pengaruh 54,5%. Uji hipotesis  ρ value 0,010 < 0,05.Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara ROA dan DAR secara simultan terhadap Earning Per Share dengan korelasi positif 0,868 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 75,3%. Uji hipotesis  ρ value 0,004 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Return on Asset, Debt to Total Asset Ratio dan Earning Per Share.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Assets Ratio terhadap return on assets pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk periode 2009-2019. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun populasi yang dipergunakan berupa data laporan keuangan dari PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia dari tahun 2009-2019, sedangkan analisis data yang dipergunakan meliputi rasio keuangan dengan current ratio,  debt to assets ratio dan return on assets, uji deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Adapun Hasil uji t (parsial) diperoleh current ratio  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on assets, sedangkan debt to assets  ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return on assets. Hasil uji F (simultan), current ratio dan debt to assets ratio berpengaruh terhadap return on assets dengan konstribusi sebesar 48%. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan hasil nilai Fhitung (4,522) > Ftabel (4,460) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,532. Kata kunci: Current Ratio; Debt to Assets Ratio; Return on Assests
