This article aims to reveal the role of Asbabunnuzul's knowledge on learning lessons in an Islamic school. This knowledge of asbabunnuzul was increasingly emphasized after the public discovery of subject matter which allegedly contained elements of a call to action on radicalism. Finally, at the end of 2019, the Ministry of Religion decided to overhaul the entire syllabus of PAI (Education of Islamic Religion) and Arabic learning materials from the MI (Islamic Elementary School) to the Madrasah Aliyah. Knowledge of asbabunnuzul a verse will make the Koran and the Prophet's hadiths have a relevant interpretation of their time as well as being able to capture divine messages in response to developments in social problems that exist in the contemporary era. It is from here that the material of the Qur'an hadith in Madrasah Aliyah and Tsanawiyah can develop not only to adhere to classical exegesion but to a more dynamic direction and to respond to the times.

This article discusses the relationship between religion, media and students at UIN Tulungagung. In the last decade, the relationship between religion and the media has strengthened. Religion grows and develops in the media as more and more religious figures use the media to convey their preaching messages. At the same time, many young people need religious information and seek it through social media. Using qualitative research methods, this research aims to determine the motivations of young people to follow religious figures on social media, what characteristics of religious figures they like and what implications this has for their understanding. The results show that students follow religious figures to increase their religious insight and as a source of inspiration. Second, students tend to like religious figures who are humorous. The three religious figures have positive implications for students' understanding and religious behavior.

The results show that students follow religious figures to increase their religious insight and as a source of inspiration. Second, students tend to like religious figures who are humorous. The three religious figures have positive implications for students' understanding and religious behavior.

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan semakin penting untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menguji fungsionalitas aplikasi monitoring pembelajaran berbasis Project-Based Learning (PjBL) menggunakan metode blackbox testing dengan teknik equivalence partitioning. Metode ini membagi data masukan ke dalam partisi setara untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kesalahan tanpa memeriksa kode sumber. Pengujian dilakukan pada fitur utama seperti sistem login, pengelolaan proyek, dan pelaporan hasil. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pengujian sebesar 85%, dengan beberapa fitur memerlukan perbaikan. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pengujian perangkat lunak yang komprehensif untuk memastikan keandalan aplikasi pendidikan dan mendukung implementasi PjBL secara optimal.

Performance assessment of educational human resources (HR) is a crucial component in improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism, especially in Islamic social schools such as SMP YPPI Arrahmah. This study aims to examine the implementation of the performance assessment system at SMP YPPI Arrahmah, analyze its effectiveness, and identify the challenges faced during its implementation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation and semi-structured interviews with the principal, vice principal, and teachers. The results showed that the performance assessment system at this school is structured, participatory, and emphasizes strengthening Islamic character. Feedback is provided regularly and in a humanistic manner, encouraging increased motivation and teacher performance. However, a high administrative burden remains the main challenge that may disrupt teachers' focus on teaching activities. This study recommends system digitalization and strengthening coaching forums as strategic steps to support teachers' psychological well-being and performance effectiveness

Islamic Religious Education learning achievement in high school is still low because students are less enthusiastic, often postpone assignments, and teachers are less able to motivate students and prepare learning. Access to PAI material on the internet is still limited, and conventional learning methods make students passive, causing low learning outcomes. One solution to overcome this problem is to implement interactive e-modules based on live worksheets. This research aims to analyze planning, implementation, supporting factors,solutions, effectiveness of Implementing for the implementation of live worksheet-based interactive e-modules in Islamic religious education learning. This research uses an analytical narrative method with a qualitative approach. As for Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The findings show that the implementation of Liveworksheet-Based Interactive E-Modules in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Cidahu requires steps including preparation, introducing the module to students, using the module in learning, evaluating student progress, and joint reflection for improvement. Different approaches are used to create an inclusive and effective learning environment. Full support from school leaders and teacher training supports implementation, while the obstacles are limited technological infrastructure and variations in teacher skills. To overcome these obstacles, support and collaboration between teachers is the key to overcoming these obstacles, and outreach to students is also part of the solution to increase their understanding.

Perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) yang berada di pasaran sekarang memiliki aplikasinya masing-masing dan untuk mengoperasikan perangkat dari merek yang berbeda pengguna perlu membuka berbagai aplikasi. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah platform yang bisa mengoperasikan semua perangkat IoT ke dalam satu dashboard. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan platform Home Assistant untuk keperluan tersebut. Home Assistant juga bisa digunakan sebagai server untuk Smart Home karena telah mencakup sebagai Server, Dashboard, dan Otomatisasi yang bisa di atur langsung di dalam aplikasi Home Assistant. Penelitian menggunakan add-ons ESPHome untuk menghubungkan dan memprogram NodeMCU sebagai pendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban. selain menghubungkan NodeMCU, digunakan NFC Tag dan Phillips Smart Lamp. Dari hasil percobaan menunjukan bahwa Home Asssitant bisa mengoperasikan berbagai device IoT ke dalam satu aplikasi.

This research aims to invigorate the discourse on the educational thought of Al-Nahlawi, a figure frequently referenced yet seldom critically examined in Indonesia. Specifically, this study aims to: (1) Analyze the major ideas and ideological underpinnings of Al-Nahlawi's thoughts; (2) Trace the influence of the socio-political context of Syria on his work; and (3) Reveal the dichotomization of Western vs. Islamic education in his discourse. To achieve these objectives, this study employs the method of hermeneutic analysis to examine his major ideas and critical discourse analysis based on Fowler's model to investigate the diction and underlying ideology of his language. The research concludes that: Al-Naḥlāwī's thinking was significantly influenced by Syria's political dynamics and his concerns about the Islamic revival, which led him to adopt a stance of resistance against the West. His central idea focuses on returning humanity to its innate nature (fitrah) through the application of ideal Islamic educational principles, covering objectives, subject matter, curriculum, and methods. The primary conclusion of this study is that Al-Naḥlāwī's critique of Western education—which he describes with vocabulary such as "calamity," "disbelief" (kufr), and "non-integral"—not only constructs a sharp dichotomy but also affirms that his work is a form of ideological resistance, clearly represented in all its elements. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramaikan diskursus tentang pemikiran pendidikan Al-Nahlawi, seorang tokoh Pendidikan Islam yang sering dirujuk namun jarang dikritisi secara mendalam di Indonesia. Secara spesifik, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menganalisis gagasan besar dan relasi ideologi dalam pemikiran Al-Nahlawi; (2) Menelusuri pengaruh konteks sosio-politik Suriah terhadap karyanya; dan (3) Mengungkap dikotomi pendidikan Barat vs. Islam dalamwacananya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis hermeneutika untuk mengulas gagasan besarnya dan analisiswacanakritis model Fowler menginvestigasi diksi serta ideologi yang mendasari bahasanya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran Al-Naḥlāwī sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika politik Suriah dan kegundahannyaakankebangkitan Islam, yang mendorongnya pada posisi perlawanan terhadap Barat. Gagasan inti ini berfokus pada pengembalian umat manusia kepada fitrah penerapan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Islam yang ideal, mencakuptujuan, materi, kurikulum, hingga metode.
