Abstract

Fast, accurate and accurate information needs to be one of the basic development of information and communication technology. The type of service and support in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) on governance is a strategic part in ensuring the improvement of service quality and support in applying e-Government to Village Governance.Village Governance and clean, transparent public services are challenges that the village government must answer in performing its functions as a public servant. With infrastructure facilities in the field of ICT already available in the village and administrative issues that need to get serious attention, thereby encouraging Researchers to utilize existing ICT infrastructure by analyzing and designing e-government applications that suit the needs of the village and in accordance with the Village Law article 4 letter f which reads to improve public services for the villagers to accelerate the realization of general welfare, and article 7 paragraph 3 letter c which reads accelerate the improvement of public service quality.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of a 3D animation production pipeline in promotional media, utilizing a variety of information technology tools to optimize processes and enhance visual effectiveness. The use of Agile project management software facilitates efficient team collaboration and rapid adaptation to changes, increasing productivity and design iteration quality. In the modeling and rendering processes, Blender and Autodesk Maya are employed to create complex 3D models and detailed visuals, supported by GPU processing to accelerate rendering and allow greater creative exploration. Unity is integrated to develop interactive simulations, adding game elements to the animations that enhance user engagement. Machine learning is applied in character rigging to automate and correct poses, reducing production time and improving visual expression. Procedural generation techniques are used to automate the creation of textures and environmental elements, is applied in the final presentation phase to deliver promotional content more immersively. This research reveals the significant potential of integrating information technology in speeding up 3D animation production and enhancing the visual and interactive user experience.

Abstract

The teaching campus provides collaboration between students and teachers in the development of learning which has an impact on strengthening literacy and numeracy. Results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) and Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) in 2015 Indonesia obtained a literacy score of 397 and a numeration of 386 ranked 62 out of 72 countries while in 2018 Indonesia obtained a literacy score of 371 and a numeration of 379 ranked 74 out of 79 countries. In Indonesia, parents pay little attention to their children's literacy and numeracy skills, so that the literacy and numeracy skills of students in Indonesia are relatively low. With the presence of teaching campus students it is hoped that they can become partners of teachers in developing literacy and numeracy learning models. To see the results of the success rate of teaching campus students in applying literacy and numeracy learning models, an analysis using the classification method is needed. Therefore, the authors make an analysis of the literacy and numeracy success of elementary school students in the class 5 teaching campus program using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. Data classification techniques were carried out manually and by using the Rapidminer software, data classification was carried out by dividing into two categories in the form of literacy and numeracy results. The results of testing the training data and data testing for literacy get an accuracy value of 95.71%, 97.92% precision, 95.92% recall while for numeration get an accuracy value of 95.71%, 93.75% precision, 96.77% recall.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward the government on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm optimized with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE). Data were collected through keyword-based scraping of posts containing the word “pemerintah” (government) and processed using standard NLP pre-processing techniques. Results show that SVM combined with SMOTE significantly improves classification accuracy from 61% to 76% on TikTok, and from 74% to 86% on X. Word cloud analysis confirms these findings: TikTok content tends to reflect neutral and positive sentiments, while X contains predominantly negative expressions. These differences highlight platform-specific public discourse characteristics. The findings suggest that public communication strategies should be tailored accordingly: TikTok for positive narrative and outreach, X for monitoring feedback and criticism. This approach demonstrates the effectiveness of machine learning-based sentiment analysis in supporting data-driven public policy communication.
