Abstract

This study aims to examine the influences of the factors contained in the UTAUT theory to the interest in using e-wallets for the millennials. This study used the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The sample used is 100 millennials respondent in Kota Bengkulu. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The purposive sampling is used because this study requires certain criteria such as the age of the respondents in the birth range 1981-2000, using an e-wallet and live in Kota Bengkulu. The data collection technique used google form questionnaire and shared to millennials through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. The results of this study indicate that three of the factors in the UTAUT tested consisting of business expectations, social influences, and facility conditions have a positive and significant influences to the interest of the millennials to use e-wallets in Kota Bengkulu, while the performance expectation factor does not have a positive and Significant influences to millennials interest in using e-wallets in the Bengkulu City

Abstract

This study aims to find out how zakat funds are distributed and the effectiveness of zakat fund distribution at the  Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI )Perwakilan Bengkulu. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods were carried out by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation/description, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained are first: The distribution of zakat funds at IZI Perwakilan Bengkulu Representative is distributed to all mustahik groups except slaves. The IZI  Perwakilan Bengkulu Representative Program is: education, health, humanity, da'wah and economic sector programs. Second, the effectiveness of distributing zakat funds at the IZI Perwakilan Bengkulu using the Zakat Core Principle (ZCP) is in two categories, namely by calculating the Disbursement Collection Ratio (DCR) and Time Speed. The calculation according to the DCR in 2021 is 64%, in 2022 it is 81%, and in 2023 it is 68% so it is in the effective DCR category. This means that the IZI Perwakilan Bengkulu Representative has distributed effectively both in terms of the DCR ratio and the speed of distribution time which is in the fast category

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge about zakatalerts maal to the perception of economic development based on zakat funds. This research uses simple regression analysis. The study was tested on 30 respondents in the city of Bengkulu using two questionnaire models. Namely tests for knowledge and scale 1-5 for perception. From the results of the analysis note that the variables are positively related. The regression equation of X to Y is Y = 60.489 + 1,176X1.The implication of the results of this study is the importance of continuing BAZNAS socialization to increase public knowledge and understanding of zakat alerts and the need for concrete efforts from the government and related parties in improving the performance of the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) to foster public trust in zakat management by institutions BAZNAS so that his perception of economic development based on zakat funds is getting better and optimistic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) pola konsumsi hajiyyah dan tahsiniyyah, 2) faktor-fakor yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi hajiyyah dan tahsiniyyah, 3) penerapan pola konsumsi hajiyyah dan tahsiniyyah pada civitas akademika Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah tenaga pendidik (Dosen) sebanyak 20 orang yang ada di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan tahapan Miles dan Hubarman yaitu: data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), data verification (verifikasi data). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pola konsumsi yang dilakukan pada civitas akademika Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu menerapkan pola konsumsi Hajiiyah; 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi tersebut adalah faktor kekayaan (pendapatan), sikap hemat dan keadaan perekonomian. Penerapan pola konsumsinya sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip konsumsi dalam Islam.

Abstract

The transfer of the status of Islamic religious universities has the aim that Islamic education has breadth in developing general science based on Islamic science. Among practitioners and activists, this is known as scientific integration. In addition, transformation (alih status) has a very significant impact on all sides. Especially human resources, the main thing is lecturers. This study analyzed the readiness of lecturers' human resources at I.A.I.N. Bengkulu. This study used primary and secondary data—mapping and analyzing the real data of lecturers both in quantity and quality. The results showed that I.A.I.N. Bengkulu has lecturers who are lacking in quantity and low in quality. To solve this problem, UIN FAS Bengkulu must have a roadmap for developing lecturer competencies. The roadmap is structured correctly and done consistently. During the first five years, I.A.I.N. Bengkulu became UIN FAS Bengkulu was strongly encouraged to focus on the development of lecturers and returned to be carried out consistently for the next five years. If it is not done, it will have an impact on the development of the institution in the next ten years.

Abstract

Attitudes are important and often affect a person's behavior. Therefore understanding one's attitude can help understand and predict their behavior in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the attitude of muzakki towards the management of zakat by the BAZNAS. This is because knowing the attitude of muzakki in paying zakat is very important to make efforts so that the community will increasingly care for BAZ and want to use it in distributing their zakat. Based on the results of the study using proportion tests showed that the majority of muzakki in Bengkulu City were negative towards the management of zakat by the Baznas.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effect of profitability ratio (ROA,ROE) and market value ratio (EPS) on sharia stock price at companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research was applied research which is assosiative quantitative. The population of this research was all of companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2011-2013 period. In selecting the sample was done by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples were 24 companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) within 3 years a row. This research used multiple regression linier techniques in hypothesis testing. Research result showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously have a possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While, the effect was partially different, Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) had not possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While Earning Per Share (EPS) has possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price.Key Words:  Sharia Stock, Sharia Stock Price, ROA, ROE, EPS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that shape the behavior of millennial investors in stock transactions in the Capital Market. This type of research is quantitative using an exploratory quantitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study used exploratory factor analysis using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) application. The population of this study are investors who are members of a securities company in Bengkulu Province. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis of the forming factors of millennial investors in stock transactions are determined by the 4 factors that shape them from the 25 indicators used. Factor one, with its constituent indicators there are 9 factors out of 25 indicators used. Factor two, from the results of the second factor research was formed by 9 indicators of the 25 indicators used. Factor three is formed from 4 indicators, with indicators that form it. Factor four, there are 6 indicators that form from 25 indicators. The four factors formed show rational factors, irrational factors, psychological factors as well as religious factors which determine millennial investors in stock transactions on the capital market. The factors that become investors' preferences in choosing shares are not only rational, irrational and also psychological factors, but religiosity factors are also taken into consideration in decision making and this is a consideration for issuers in their annual reports to be able to reveal their religiosity values.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe how the illocutionary speech acts of advertising language on Shireen Sungkar's Instagram social media. This research is a type of qualitative research using Rusminto's theory (2009). The data collected in this study used observation techniques and recording techniques. The source of the data is from Shireen Sungkar's Instagram social media in the form of videos in Shireen Sungkar's Instagram channel. The data of this research uses speech in Shireen Sungkar's instagram advertisements taken in the video of Shireen Sungkar's instagram social media. The analysis techniques used by researchers in this study are (1) transcribing existing data (2) classifying data (3) grouping according to forms of speech acts (4) analyzing data (5) concluding research results. Based on the data and discussion, the researcher obtained and found that the advertising speech in Shireen Sungkar's Instagram video used illocutionary speech acts as much as 6 data. The illocutionary speech acts found are assertive, directive, commissive, and expressive consisting of 1 assertive illocutionary speech act, 3 directive illocutionary speech acts, 1 commissive illocutionary speech act, and 1 expressive speech act. The illocutionary speech acts of advertising language on Shireen Sungkar's Instagram social media products become a medium in promoting product results to be very effective. Abstract

This study aims to reveal that the concept of time value of money in Islamic economics is as a rejection of the practice of interest (usury) or economics that ignores the real sector. The study used qualitative methods of content analysis with secondary data. The results revealed that Islamic economics rejects the concept of time value of money. Money is money, not a commodity. Money should always be positioned as a medium of exchange regardless of changes or additional time. Time cannot be the cause for the increase in the value of money in the past that exists in the present. Additions that are allowed are additional because of both business and social transactions. Additions due to loan contracts that position money as a commodity are strictly prohibited (haram) because they lead to interest (usury) instead of profit (profit). If this happens, it will seriously endanger economic growth. The economy became uncompetitive and the principles in Islamic economics were not fulfilled.
