Abstract

In the era of globalization, companies need to enhance the quality of human resources (HR) to remain competitive. One of the strategies implemented is providing job training programs for employees. PT. Tensindo Kreasi Nusantara is one of the companies that conducts field job training to improve employee competencies. This study aims to analyze the impact of field job training on employee performance at PT. Tensindo Kreasi Nusantara, South Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The findings indicate that field job training has a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

Kelompok PKK RW 01 Cipayung Jaya Depok 1 merupakan kumpulan ibu-ibu rumah tangga, yang selain mengisi kegiatan sehari-harinya dengan melakukan kegiatan PKK tugas utamanya sebagai istri adalah mengelola semua pendapatan/penerimaan baik penerimaan rutin maupun tidak rutin dan pengeluaran rutin maupun pengeluaran tidak rutin sehari-hari untuk keperluan keluarganya. Masalah ibu-ibu kelompok PKK RW 01 Cipayung Jaya Depok 1 yang selalu dibicarakan adalah adanya pos-pos yang over budget sehingga terjadi defisit keuangan pada akhir bulan atau adanya kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. Kondisi ini jika tidak diperbaiki akan mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam menjamin keamanan dan kestabilan kehidupan keluarga. Oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan untuk selalu bersikap bijaksana dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra sasaran yaitu ibu-ibu PKK RW 01 Cipayung Depok 1 tentang cara mengelola keuangan keluarga yang tepat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tutorial, curah pendapat dan diskusi. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan mitra dapat menyusun anggaran keluarga berdasarkan penghasilannya dan pengeluaran yang ditentukan dengan skala prioritas. Output yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar mitra termotivasi untuk menabung demi kesejahteraan keluarga yang lebih baik dan untuk bekal di masa depan.

Abstract

Kejenuhan akibat keterbatasan aktivitas di masa pandemik dengan diterapkannya PSBB dan PPKM membuat masyarakat beralih pada kegiatan merawat tanaman hias. Tren yang semakin berkembang membuat harga dari tanaman hias melonjak tajam. UMKM penjual tanaman hias pada Kelompok Penjual Tanaman Hias di Jalan Cipayung Raya yang semakin berkembang memerlukan pencatatan keuangan yang baik, sebagai salah satu cara pengendalian keuangan dan usaha mereka. Tujuan pelatihan: 1) Peserta mengetahui dan paham tentang Akuntansi dan manfaat penyusunan laporan keuangan; 2) Peserta mengetahui dan dapat menyusunan laporan keuangan dengan mudah dan sesuai dengan standar; 3) Peserta dapat meningkatkan kemauan atau keinginan menggunakan Akuntansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan usaha mereka. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan dan penyuluhan serta metode diskusi. Disamping itu, dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan dengan jadwal menyesuaikan peserta. Hasil kegiatan mendapat tanggapan baik dari peserta berdasarkan hasil test 60,22% artinya peserta mengetahui dan paham tentang Akuntansi dan manfaat penyusunan laporan keuangan. Peserta mengetahui dan dapat menyusunan laporan keuangan dengan mudah dan sesuai dengan standar berdasarkan pelaksanaan tutorial dan jawaban atas studi kasus yang diberikan sudah banyak yang benar. Selain itu Peserta sangat antusias menghadiri pelatihan dihari kedua yaitu kehadiran peserta berjumlah sepuluh orang yang hanya berselisih satu orang di hari pertama (sebelas orang) dan peserta dibimbing untuk membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana. Peserta juga dapat meningkatkan keinginan menggunakan Akuntansi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan usaha terlihat pada hasil kuesioner pada pernyataan no 6 (Selalu membuat pencatatan Akuntansi) ada kenaikan sebesar 45,46 dan banyaknya pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peserta selama berlangsungnya pelatihan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: 1) Menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama dan juga parsial terhadap kepuasan di Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta. Metode penelitian dekriftif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 3.200 orang, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang. Untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan dilakukan dengan cara menghitung persentase dan rata-rata, untuk menganalisis pengaruh 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial digunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta (nilai tertinggi = 5) nilai rata-rata bukti fisik = 4,64, kehandalan = 4,68, daya tanggap = 4,63, jaminan = 4,74, dan empati = 4,67 (kelima dimensi sangat baik). Kepuasan nilai rata-rata = 4,65 (nilai tertinggi = 5) termasuk sangat puas. Secara bersama-sama kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan (sig = 0,000) terhadap kepuasan konsumen Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta, secara parsial jaminan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, namun jika kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan digabungkan hasilnya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Rumah Makan Kakung Sableng Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and restaurant facilities on passenger satisfaction on the Sembrani Train. The research involved 100 respondents selected using the probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the t-test, which revealed that service quality and restaurant facilities have a positive and significant influence on passenger satisfaction. Among the variables analyzed, service quality has a more dominant impact compared to restaurant facilities in determining passenger satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and restaurant facilities have a positive and significant impact on passenger satisfaction. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for business practitioners, particularly PT KAI, in enhancing passenger satisfaction on the Sembrani Train.

Abstract

In the area that is a partner for community service activities, which is located in the RT in the area RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, the management is not good in serving administrative activities for the local community, namely in processing correspondence and other than The Partner does not understand about Cash Financial Reports where partners still carry out Cash Financial Reports manually, namely in the form of writing in ledgers, difficulties in searching for data, loss of data, reporting financial cash still using handwriting and file damage. The solution that can be provided to overcome partner problems is that counseling and training activities need to be held for the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City in terms of making correspondence through and Cash Financial Reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications. to make it easier and more structured. This community service activity provides a good solution for partners, namely the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, by using information technology to provide socialization and training on the use of Correspondence Applications and Cash Financial Reports, so as to improve quality. local RT/RW management services, especially in managing correspondence and Cash Financial Reports via MS Word and MS Excel applications effectively. The result of this service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills by 67.5%. The implementation of the service went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating both in terms of attendance and in conveying questions and experiences in making it related to making correspondence and cash financial reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation affect Employee Organizational Commitment (PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu Branch Stock Point Salebar). The sampling method is using the total sampling method. This study was conducted quantitatively descriptively and involved 44 respondents. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect data. Instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test) and f test were used to analyze the data. This shows that individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Commitment (PT. Abstract

The increasing global emphasis on sustainability and environmental conservation has driven the maritime industry to adopt technologies aimed at minimizing ecological impacts, particularly underwater noise pollution. As a significant environmental issue, underwater noise affects marine ecosystems, altering the behavior, physiology, and survival of marine fauna, while contributing to broader ecological shifts. This research investigates the acoustic properties of a vessel's bow thruster tunnel, focusing on noise generation at varying operational speeds. The study utilizes Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations with ANSYS Fluent to analyze the relationship between fluid flow and acoustic behavior within the tunnel. Simulations conducted using CFD ANSYS Fluent reveal that high acoustic concentrations occur at the tunnel due to significant pressure differences between the interior and exterior. Results show that acoustic levels increase with ship velocity, ranging from 81.39 dB at 10 knots to 108.86 dB at 28 knots. To mitigate noise, a cone ring inlet design is proposed to reduce pressure differences and the ship's acoustic signature. These findings underscore the importance of vessel speed in influencing underwater noise levels, which can affect operational efficiency, marine ecosystems, and ship performance. The study highlights the need for a multi-faceted approach, incorporating hull design, propulsion systems, and operational strategies, to minimize acoustic impacts and promote sustainable maritime practices.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which factors most dominantly influence service quality. The sample for this research is employees of PT. Borneo Auto Cemerlang Bengkulu Branch (ISUZU). This research used quantitative methods on 35 respondents. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for Windows. The research results and hypotheses in this study show that the variables of work culture, job satisfaction and work facilities have a partial or simultaneous positive effect on the quality of  service at PT. Borneo Auto Cemerlang Bengkulu Branch (ISUZU). Keywords: Work Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities and Service Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Instagram-based social media promotion on consumer purchase intention at Amani Coffee & Eatery, located in Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency. The research is motivated by the increasing use of Instagram as a promotional platform and the intensifying competition in the culinary business sector. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are followers of the @Amani.cf Instagram account and active consumers. The Instagram promotion variable was analyzed through four dimensions: context, communication, collaboration, and connection. Meanwhile, the purchase intention variable includes transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory intentions. The results of the simple linear regression analysis indicate that Instagram promotion has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intention. These findings affirm that attractive, communicative, and consistent content strategies can enhance audience engagement and purchasing decisions. This research offers important implications for culinary business actors in designing effective digital promotion strategies tailored to local consumer characteristics
