Abstract

Abstrak: Workshop dan Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengolaborasikan pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 telah membuat mayoritas sektor ekonomi terutama UMKM menjadi stagnan. Eksesnya mayoritas pelaku UMKM tidak bisa berkembang dan banyak yang berakhir pada kebangkrutan. Hal inilah yang membuat, pelaku usaha UMKM mengubah strategi penjualan melalui skema digitalisasi. Skema digitalisasi yakni dengan memanfaatkan market place (perantara) dan menggunakan media sosial sebagai teknik pemasaran. Selain itu pelaku UMKM digital harus dapat bersinergi dengan warganet dalam pemasaran produk dan jasa. Dengan demikian skema pengembangan UMKM digital dapat menjadi salah satu alternative menyelamatkan pelaku usaha di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan mengolaborasikan berbagai literature akan pengembangan UMKM digital. Artikel ini berpendapat bahwa pengembangan UMKM digital telah menjadi alternatif penyelamatan.Abstract: This Workshop and Mentoring aims to collaborate on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the majority of economic sectors, especially MSMEs stagnant. The excess is that the majority of MSME actors cannot develop and many end up in bankruptcy. This is what makes MSME business actors change their sales strategy through digitalization schemes. The digitization scheme is by utilizing a market place (intermediary) and using social media as a marketing technique. In addition, digital MSME actors must be able to synergize with netizens in marketing products and services. Thus the digital MSME development scheme can be an alternative to saving business actors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This article uses the literature study method by collaborating with various literatures on the development of digital SMEs. This article argues that the development of digital MSMEs has become an alternative to saving as well as developing digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia during the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation process in leadership character education for elementary school students in terms of the performance of school management and the implementation process. The method used in this research is literature study using descriptive research method. The results obtained are that the performance of school management on the implementation of character education for elementary school students goes through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. While in the process of implementing leadership character education for elementary school students, namely in the form of programs to strengthen spiritual attitudes and behavior, learning programs to shape leadership characters, habituation of students through leadership learning, habituation of students to carry out responsibilities, and habituation of students through decision making. The implementation of leadership character education for elementary school students can be applied according to the stages of each implementation process.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that analyzes the results of various types of previous studies that have relevant titles. This type of research is a literature review and analyzes research that uses quantitative research and classroom action research. This study aims to analyze the use of monopoly game media in improving Civics learning outcomes in elementary schools. The data collection technique in this literature study research uses the documentation method. The source of data in this study is secondary data obtained from the results of research that has been carried out by previous researchers. This shows that the use of monopoly game media helps students in improving student learning outcomes in Civics material. In addition, monopoly game media can help student learning and make it easier for educators to deliver subject matter.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the reality in the field which shows that there is teaching Civics subjects without using media which can lead to a decrease in student learning outcomes. The research method used is library research using descriptive methods which are expected so that researchers can examine the development of education through data collection carried out based on relevant books, theories and journals as evidence in this study. The results of this study, among others, conclude that the make a match learning model assisted by the index card match media greatly influences student learning outcomes in Civics subjects and can increase student activity in the process of learning activities. It can be concluded that the make a match learning model assisted by index card match media has an influence on student learning outcomes, can increase enthusiasm in learning and can increase student activity in the learning process.

Abstract

Online or online learning is considered a solution for teaching and learning activities to continue in the midst of the corona pandemic. This happened due to the increasing number of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia which prompted the government to issue several policies intended to avoid the spread of the corona virus to students in various schools. Online learning can use one application as a learning platform, one of which is the Zoom Meeting application, which is carried out in learning in elementary schools (SD). The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of teachers, parents and students on the use of the application. However, their perception requires support from all elements of education, be it the central government, local government and the community to jointly build a conducive environment for students to learn wherever they are, as well as become a stimulus in efforts to overcome learning difficulties from within. them, especially in the midst of the current pandemic. The study was conducted at 3 public elementary schools in Surabaya using 440 samples from the elements of teachers, parents and students, with observations, interviews and questionnaires as data collection methods. Based on the analysis of the collected data, it can be concluded that the perceptions of teachers, parents and students are positive towards the use of the Zoom Meeting application as a learning platform in Elementary Schools (SD), with 86% on the knowledge indicator, 62% on the attitude indicator and 72% on the assessment indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parenting pattern of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in the formation of children's character during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the effect of parenting patterns of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in character building. children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the parents of 5th grade elementary school children. The object of this research is parenting style. The method used in collecting data is observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in parenting patterns that cause differences in the character of children. From the results of the study, it is known that many parents educate their children with their different parenting patterns which causes the formation of character in children is also different. In educating, guiding children, appropriate parenting patterns are needed so that the formation of children's character can be in accordance with what parents want.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping the disciplined character of studying at home during the covid19 pandemic and knowing about parental supervision when studying at home. This research is a qualitative research using an descriptive approach. The subjects in this research are parents of elementary school children. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents carries out two roles at once, the first to be a parent and the second to be a teacher at home; provide facilities that support children's learning spirit; supervising children's learning activities while at home; Supervise the good use of study time, as well as guide and encourage learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what the role of parents is in cultivating the religious character of elementary school age children during the COVID-19 pandemic and to find out what the religious character of grade 4A students at SDN JEPARA 1/90 is like. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with case studies. This study uses interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects studied in this study were 5 guardians and 5 students in grade 4A. The results of this study are parents act as role models and motivators for children, and the religious character of grade 4A students at SDN JEPARA 1/90 has shown indicators of obedience to Allah SWT, sincerity, responsibility and tolerance.

Abstract

Character education is an attempt to instill the values of students behavior. Through character education can help in the formation of student character with the efforts made jointly between students,teachers and parents. This thesis aims to determine the implementation of religious character education for elementary school students in terms of the implementation process. The research method used is the study of literature or literature by using critical study methods. Data collection is done through literature data in the form of books, articles, relevant research journals. The result of the analysis obtained in this study are the process of implementing students religious character education through a learning process carried out by implementing student character building which is integrated in the subject. And through school culture which includes habituation and example.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reading interest of students during the covid-19 pandemic in class III SDN Gempol Klutuk and the teacher's efforts in fostering student interest in reading during the covid-19 pandemic in class III SDN Gempol Klutuk. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, guardians and third grade students of SDN Gempol Klutuk. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case study research methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the low reading interest of third grade students at SDN Gempol Klutuk during the Covid-19 Pandemic, as well as the teacher's efforts to minimize the low interest in reading of students during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
