Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian sintaks model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) guru kelas V SDN 18 Kubu. Fokus penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pada enam sintaks model PjBL yaitu (1). Menentukan pertanyaan mendasar, (2). Mendesain perencanaan proyek, (3). Menyusun jadwal, (4). Memonitor kemajuan proyek, (5). Menguji proses dan hasil belajar, serta (6) Evaluasi pengalaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripsif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan secara rinci sintaks PjBL pada RPP guru. Data yang digunakan, yaitu lembar hasil analisis RPP. Sumber data, yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model PjBL. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu dokumentasi. Triangulasi dilakukan untuk mengecek keabsahan data dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RPP guru kelas V perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap sintaks model PjBL. Sintaks PjBL yang masih kurang sesuai yaitu pada sintaks keempat memonitor kemajuan proyek dengan nilai 75%, sedangkan sintaks yang paling sesuai yaitu pada sintaks pertama menentukan pertanyaan mendasar, sintaks kedua mendesain perencanaan proyek dan sintaks keenam evaluasi pengalaman dengan nilai 100%. nilai rata-rata RPP guru kelas V memiliki tingkat kesesuaian model PjBL sebesar 89.5% dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of literacy activities in the Equality Package A Program at SPNF SKB Negeri 2 Samarinda with a focus on the implementation of activities, the role and strategy of tutors, the obstacles faced, as well as support institutions and families in improving students' literacy skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of literacy at SPNF SKB Negeri 2 Samarinda is carried out through the provision of reading books, tutor training, and a plan to develop a Community Reading Park (TBM). Tutors play an important role as facilitators, motivators, and innovators by implementing creative strategies, such as storytelling, the use of image media, collaborative learning, and the use of digital games. The main obstacles that arise include limited reading facilities, heterogeneity of students' reading ability, fluctuations in learning motivation, and lack of support from family. In overcoming these obstacles, institutions prepare institutional strategies, tutors present a variety of learning methods, while parents provide assistance and motivation at home. This research emphasizes that the success of literacy in non-formal education is the result of synergy between institutions, tutors, students, and families. In addition, this research contributes to novelty by examining the implementation of literacy comprehensively through a multi-actor approach that has rarely been studied before, so that it can be a reference for the development of literacy programs in non-formal education pathways.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education Teachers need a variety of learning strategy applications, which aims to improve the quality of learning that is appropriate for early childhood education. In learning activities, the use of Artificial Intelligence-based technology such as Canva is one alternative strategy to help teachers compile interesting and visual teaching materials for early childhood. This community service activity aims to provide training to early childhood education teachers in Muara Jawa District, the Indonesian Capital Region, in utilizing the Canva application to create appropriate teaching materials and apply learning strategies that are appropriate to the needs of early childhood. The method used includes three stages, namely the initial stage, the implementation stage and the stage. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm and active involvement of teachers while receiving the Canva Application material. Teachers were also able to produce creative and interesting visual teaching materials, which can be used directly in the learning process. This activity shows that the use of Canva can improve teacher competence in designing teaching materials while enriching children's learning experiences through more enjoyable and communicative media.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the social skills of grade IV students at SDN 38 Sungai Ambawang in 2024. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques use Observation and Interview. Measurement indicators were carried out on aspects of social skills in seven aspects consisting of empathy skills, communication and social interaction, controlling aggression, open attitude, helpful behavior, self-understanding, and willingness to learn. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the ability of grade IV students of SDN 38 Sungai Ambawang based on the results of observation and teacher interviews produced several data as follows: the ability to learn behavior was perfect, namely 100%, communication and social interaction aspects as much as 91%, helpful behavior aspects as much as 84%, empathy ability aspects 75%, aggression control aspects 75%, self-understanding by 75%. As well as the aspect of openness by 72%. The results are the average number of percentages of the indicators in these seven aspects.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Spiritual Leadership, self-efficacy, and locus of control on Organizational Citizenship Behavior using quantitative methods in multiple linear regression analysis, involving 50 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant role of the variables of Spiritual Leadership self-efficacy, and locus of control simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a significant influence of the Spiritual Leadership variable on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable at the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency. There is a significant influence of the self-efficacy variable on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable at the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency. There is a significant influence of the locus of control variable on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable at the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency. The simultaneous determination value (R square) of 0.892 means that the variation in changes in Organizational Citizenship Behavior is influenced by Spiritual Leadership self-efficacy, locus of control, by 89.2% while the remaining 10.8% is influenced by other variables not studied

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan (otoriter, demokratis, dan laissez-faire) terhadap kinerja birokrasi pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Turi, Kabupaten Lamongan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 70 perangkat desa dari 8 desa terpilih di Kecamatan Turi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), serta analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, manajemen dan ketiga gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja birokrasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,6%. Secara parsial, semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan namun dengan arah yang berbeda: gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan laissez-faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Temuan unik ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan manajemen dan kontrol otoriter cenderung intensif sebagai respons korektif saat kinerja menurun, dan melemah ketika kinerja membaik. Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu kecamatan sehingga generalisasi temuan terbatas. Penggunaan metode kuantitatif berpotensi mengandung bias persepsi responden. Penelitian bersifat cross-sectional dan belum mencakup variabel-variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan dukungan teknologi yang diduga berkontribusi terhadap 65,4% faktor penentu kinerja yang belum terjelaskan dalam model. Implikasi – Pemerintah desa perlu mengembangkan kepemimpinan partisipatif melalui pelatihan gaya demokratis, memberikan otonomi yang lebih besar kepada perangkat desa dengan penguatan akuntabilitas, mengembangkan sistem manajemen kinerja berbasis digital yang transparan, serta mengurangi penerapan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter kecuali dalam situasi darurat. Pemerintah daerah disarankan menyusun pedoman kepemimpinan desa yang adaptif dan mengintegrasikan indikator kepemimpinan dalam sistem evaluasi kinerja sebagai bagian dari tata kelola yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Policy and Decision Making of the Provision of Decent Accommodation in the Implementation of Inclusive Education. Asta Cita Pendidikan Indonesia is said to focus on improving the quality of human resources, equitable distribution of inclusive quality education. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive method, and data was obtained from literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study show that the Samarinda City Government provides several derivative regulations that are relevant to the implementation of inclusive education, carries out preparations for the provision of educators and education personnel through the implementation of teacher training and technical guidance activities, establishes Disability Service Units, and builds Inclusive Resource Spaces in regular/public schools, as well as forming Special Supervisory Teacher Working Groups (KKGPK). A total of 269 educators and education staff have participated in inclusive education training and technical guidance from 80 regular/public schools. The provision of the Budget for the Disability Service Unit is also provided with no less than Rp.300 million per year. This implementation is carried out as a fulfillment of the right of every citizen to obtain education and is non-discriminatory by upholding human rights and the plurality of the nation

Abstract

Perubahan ekosistem pendidikan di era digital menuntut pendidik memiliki kompetensi pedagogik yang adaptif, kreatif, serta mampu bertransformasi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan karakteristik peserta didik abad ke-21. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan penguatan kompetensi pedagogik melalui penyelenggaraan webinar bertema “Optimalisasi Kompetensi Pedagogik: Menjadi Pendidik Adaptif di Era Transformasi Pendidikan.” Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara daring melalui sesi pemaparan ahli, diskusi interaktif, serta refleksi peserta. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi desain pembelajaran inovatif dan berpusat pada peserta didik serta refleksi dan evaluasi diri sebagai instrumen penguatan kompetensi pedagogik. Peserta berasal dari berbagai latar institusi pendidikan dan menunjukkan partisipasi aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa webinar dapat meningkatkan wawasan peserta mengenai strategi pedagogik mutakhir, kemampuan merancang pembelajaran adaptif, serta kesadaran pentingnya refleksi diri bagi pendidik. Evaluasi peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi dan kebutuhan akan kegiatan lanjutan yang lebih aplikatif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif mendukung penguatan kapasitas pendidik dalam menghadapi tuntutan transformasi pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil penilaian eksternal oleh Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) terhadap pengembangan skema sertifikasi kompetensi Public Speaking pada lembaga sertifikasi person, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer berupa dokumen temuan asesmen lapangan dari KAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang bersifat konseptual, teknis, dan operasional, khususnya terkait kompetensi asesor, validitas metode asesmen, pengaturan sarana prasarana, inklusivitas peserta, serta reliabilitas materi uji kompetensi (MUK). Temuan paling krusial adalah ketidakmampuan metode ujian tulis dalam mengukur kompetensi afektif dan psikomotor dalam public speaking. Lembaga telah melakukan tindakan koreksi dan korektif, seperti penambahan ujian praktik, penguatan standar kompetensi asesor, serta perbaikan sistem evaluasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penilaian eksternal memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas skema sertifikasi melalui identifikasi gap implementasi dan penguatan sistem berbasis mutu.
