Abstract

The focus of this research discusses the problems of the influence of advertising and tourist attractions on the decision to visit Pagung Agrowisata Kediri. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising and tourist attractions on tourists' visitation decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of visitors between February 2023 and March 2023, totaling 378 visitors. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 79 respondents was obtained. The data collection method used a survey with the main instrument being a questionnaire. The analysis technique used inferential statistics, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of this study indicate that the advertising variable has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant t-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The tourist attraction variable also has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant t-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, advertising and tourist attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on tourists' visitation decisions at Pagung Agrowisata Kediri, with a significant F-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for further understanding the relationship between advertising strategies and tourist attractions with visitation decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on stock price studies in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. In this study profitability was measured using Basic Earning Power (BEP) dividend policy using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and stock prices using the closing price (Closing price). The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016, while the samples in this study were food and beverage companies that met the research criteria so that as many as 6 companies were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study stated that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a significant positive effect on stock prices. This means that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a relationship with stock prices, so the two ratios are also one aspect that needs to be taken into account when investing in shares.

Abstract

Regulasi Informasi Transaksi Elektronik di Indonesia berkedudukan hukum Ekonomi. Hukum Ekonomi secara digitalisasi beregak mendukung perekonomian suatu negara. Untuk memajukan perekonomian Indonesia. Dilakukan 3 (tiga) perubahan pada UU ITE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana  pentingnya UU informasi transaksi elektronik di Indonesia, dan bagaiman pembaharuan terbaru UU informasi transaksi elektronik di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang sedang diteliti dengan menggambarkan keadaan objektif pada saat-saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta hukum yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa negara telah turut peran aktif dalam ekonomi sehingga dilakukan pembaharuan  Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 (UU ITE) disahkan pada tanggal 21 April 2008 dan menjadi cyber law pertama di Indonesia. Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 menjadi pondasi peran aktif  kedudukan hukum bisnis di Indonesia  terkait pentingnya UU ITE di Indonesia. Pasal 27 Ayat (3), dilakukan 3 (tiga) perubahan yaitu menambahkan penjelasan atas istilah “mendistribusikan, mentransmisikan dan/atau membuat dapat diaksesnya Informasi Elektronik”, menegaskan bahwa ketentuan tersebut adalah delik aduan bukan delik umum; dan menegaskan bahwa unsur pidana pada ketentuan tersebut mengacu pada ketentuan pencemaran nama baik dan fitnah yang diatur dalam KUHP.Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) disampaikan kepada DPR RI sebelum disahkan. UU ITE diundangkan pada 21 April 2008 dan menjadi cyber law pertama di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product bundling and live streaming on purchase intention through influencers as moderating variables. The object of this research is aimed at gen Z in Kediri City. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 samples, which were distributed to gen Z in Kediri City. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale using SmartPLS software for the analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that, 1) Product bundling has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention; 2) Live streaming also has a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention; 3) Influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; 4) Influencers significantly strengthen the effect of bundling products on purchase intention; 5) Influencers have a significant effect but are unable to strengthen the relationship between live streaming and purchase intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of the work environment, work conflict, and organisational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Bangun Jaya Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative, Bogo Office, Kediri Regency, East Java. The type of this research is quantitative research that includes a hypothesis as an initial assumption in the study. The sample size consisted of 30 respondents using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the work environment has a negative and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Bangun Jaya Makmur Savings and Loans Cooperative, Bogo Office, Kediri Regency. Work conflict has a negative and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Bangun Jaya Makmur Savings and Loans Cooperative, Bogo Office, Kediri Regency. Organisational culture partially has a negative and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Bangun Jaya Makmur Savings and Loans Cooperative, Bogo Office, Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the work environment, work conflict, and organisational culture have a significant impact on the performance of employees at the Bangun Jaya Makmur Savings and Loans Cooperative, Bogo Office, Kediri Regency. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination value in R Square is 0.722 or 72.2%, meaning that the work environment, work conflict, and organisational culture influence the performance variable of the savings and loan cooperative employees by 72.2%, and the remaining 27.8% of the performance variable of the savings and loan cooperative employees is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher in this study, such as work motivation, work discipline, workload, and leadership support.

Abstract

Hukum ekonomi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan iklim yang mendukung inovasi dan kewirausahaan, khususnya di era digital yang penuh tantangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana regulasi hukum ekonomi dapat mendorong perkembangan inovasi dan kewirausahaan dalam konteks digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang mengkaji berbagai referensi tentang hukum ekonomi dan kewirausahaan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya regulasi yang tepat dalam sektor ekonomi digital dapat mengurangi hambatan bagi pelaku usaha baru dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan inovasi. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi hukum yang terkadang belum sejalan dengan cepatnya perubahan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pembaruan regulasi secara berkala dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan akademisi untuk menciptakan sistem hukum yang lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Understanding the major determinants of employee performance is essential for effective organizational management, especially in public sector organizations where the welfare of the community is directly impacted by service quality. Employee productivity and organizational effectiveness are known to be significantly influenced by communication and the work environment. The main aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency. This research focuses on variables such as communication (X1), work environment (X2), and employee performance (Y). The research methodology involves gathering data through interviews, observations, literature reviews, and surveys, using a quantitative approach. Several tests are carried out to analyse the data, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, t-testing, f-testing, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The research in question utilised a thorough sampling method, encompassing all 36 employees at the Gurah district office based on the study's findings. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 software with a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed that Communication (X1) had a significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.032, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Similarly, Work Environment (X2) demonstrated a significant influence on employee performance with a p-value of 0.005, also below the significance level. These findings confirm that both communication and work environment significantly impact employee performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dan sikap anti-korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan As-Syifa Kisaran. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Pancasila dan menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap pencegahan korupsi. Dari 100 responden, 45% memiliki pemahaman dan sikap anti-korupsi yang sangat baik, sementara 35% berada dalam kategori baik. Namun, ada 15% mahasiswa dengan pemahaman yang cukup dan 5% yang memiliki pemahaman dan sikap kurang. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila dalam membentuk generasi muda yang berintegritas dan anti-korupsi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem pendidikan karakter di Indonesia.
