Abstract

Abstract

Outsourced healthcare employees encounter specific obstacles that can have a substantial influence on their performance, such as work conflicts, high workloads, and unsatisfactory working conditions. Understanding these aspects is critical for healthcare management in order to provide quality services and maintain employee well-being. This study delves into the impact of work conflict, workload, and work environment on the productivity of contracted workers at Bhayangkara Hospital in Kediri. The research evaluates work conflict (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3) as factors that can affect the performance of employees, with employee performance (Y) being the key variable under consideration. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, literature review, and questionnaires for data collection. The analytical methods included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. The research used a saturated sampling technique, encompassing all 96 non-medical outsourcing employees at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri. The analysis suggests that the workload factor has a significant impact on employees' performance, with a significance level of 0.041, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, the workload variable also has a notable influence, with a significance level of 0.000, still less than 0.05. Additionally, the work environment component plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, with a significance level of 0.038, below the 0.05 threshold.

Abstract

Fore Coffee Kediri faces challenges in maximizing environment-based marketing strategies and social recommendations, despite favorite menu items like Es Aren Latte and Es Pandan Latte selling out within 6 hours per day. However, low attention to green input, process, and output aspects, as well as suboptimal utilization of word of mouth (WOM), causes purchase intention and purchase decisions to remain suboptimal. This study aims to examine the influence of green product and WOM on purchase decisions, with purchase intention as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative survey with 160 active consumer respondents of Fore Coffee Kediri, analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that green product does not have a significant direct influence on purchase decisions, but significantly influences purchase intention. Similarly, WOM does not directly influence purchase decisions, but is significant toward purchase intention. Purchase intention is proven to significantly influence purchase decisions, and significantly mediates the influence of green product and WOM on purchase decisions. This model explains 83.3% of purchase decision variability and 22.3% of purchase intention variables. These findings confirm the importance of strategies that strengthen purchase intention to maximize purchase decisions among Fore Coffee Kediri consumers.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Community service is a crucial dimension of impactful academic work, complementing teaching and research by providing practical solutions to real societal issues. One prominent challenge faced by MSME actors in Sumbercangkring Village, Gurah Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, is the lack of strategic, comfortable, and accessible business locations. Many local entrepreneurs struggle to secure proper trading spaces, while the village possesses untapped potential in the form of a spacious parking area owned by Mr. Erwin, located along a busy main road. Objectives: This community service initiative was conducted to assist in designing a feasible food court model from marketing and management perspectives, strengthen MSME capacity in branding, promotion, and operational management, and build collaborative community involvement to support the establishment of a sustainable culinary centre. Methodology: The implementation methods included initial observation, MSME needs mapping, focus group discussions, marketing strategy mentoring, tenant management training, and the development of a comprehensive food court blueprint. Findings: The results indicate that the food court initiative provides an effective strategic solution for MSMEs by offering a representative business location, increasing collective brand visibility, and enabling marketing synergy among tenants. Conclusions: The community-based food court demonstrates strong potential as a sustainable MSME marketing hub. To ensure long-term sustainability, the programme should be further developed through partnership schemes, community-based branding, and collaborative village business models.
