Abstract

Utilization and optimization of service facilities at the PPI Tanjung Limau Bontang in supporting fishing businesses and strategies for developing service facilities in increasing fishing business activities that utilize the PPI Tanjung Limau Bontang. In this regard, an analysis is carried out to achieve priority alternative strategies. So that the achievement of service optimization can be carried out properly and sustainably. The aim of the study was to analyze the optimization of the utilization of available facilities and to analyze the strategy for optimizing the PPI Tanjung Limau to be applied in developing services under current conditions. the results of calculating the optimal utilization of service facilities, namely the TPI Building, Mooring Pier, Port Administration Office, Meeting Hall, Guard Post, IPAL, Kiosk or Shop and Parking Area. Meanwhile, service facilities whose utilization rate is not optimal are land 87%, Wharf unloading 50%, SPBN 80%, clean water tank 66.67%, electrical installation 20.67%, MCK (toilet) 66.67%, shipping lanes 65, 38% and anchorage pond 19.43%. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that the coordinate X value on the Cartesius diagram 0.77 and the coordinate Y 0.36 and the implementation of the strategy S-O (Strength-opportunity).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the business in lobster shrimp farming (Panulirus sp) and to determine the level of costs and profit levels of lobster shrimp farming (Panulirus sp) in the Pokdakan Gisman Jaya Group, Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method. Data analysis uses methods of production cost as well as profit analysis, business feasibility analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis using a likert scale. According to the results of the cost analysis incurred is IDR 26,921,133 respondent/production, profit is IDR.41.114.337/respondent/production, R/C value of 2.82, payback period of 0.654 times production.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and formulate appropriate strategies in developing seaweed cultivation businesses in Tihi-Tihi Village. Strategy formulation using development strategy analysis consisting of SWOT and QSPM analysis. According to the result, the priority strategy recommended for the development of seaweed cultivation is to increase production yields and expand cooperative relationships with buyers who will take the seaweed produced.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing efficiency of tuna fish floss in Bontang City with a focus on distribution channels and marketing costs. The research method used is qualitative, quantitative using questionnaires to conduct structured interviews. Data sample collection is determined by census and snowball sampling, then analyzed descriptively and calculating margins, profits, farmer's share of business costs. The 4 marketing institutions involved produced 2 marketing channel patterns, namely level 0 marketing channels and level 1 marketing channels. The highest margin was obtained by Habati and Borena's roasted processed floss, namely IDR. 6,000 per pack. Likewise with profits, roasted floss (15,936) is greater than fried floss (13,844). The average value of the farm's share was 77.79%. Marketing of tuna fish floss in Bontang City is quite efficient, judging from the results of the discussion found. Suggestions for the development of floss marketing from researchers include developing more diverse flavor variants of processed tuna floss, improving promotional designs for good nutritional value on product packaging. and forming collaborative partners with retail traders that are more structured, such as promotional permits using intermediary trader contact persons, so that it is profitable for both parties. Retailers gain the trust of end consumers and can order more from manufacturers.

Abstract

The fisheries sector has enormous potential to be developed. One of them is aquaculture. The government in handling this matter established a Fish Seed Center in each region under the auspices of the Directorate General of Aquaculture. Bontang City has a fish seed center located in Tanjung Laut Indah Village. The seeds produced are tilapia, catfish and tiger shrimp. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility of commodities in the Fish Seed Center. The sampling method is a case study while the data analysis methods used are Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. The research results obtained based on the financial feasibility analysis are NPV (Net Present Value) of Rp. 157,414. 504, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 8%, Net Benefit Cost Ratio 1 and Payback Period for 13 years and 4 months. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the cultivation of tilapia, catfish and tiger shrimp seeds at the Fish Seed Center of Bontang City is financially feasible and profitable

Abstract

Sumber daya perikanan adalah potensi yang membutuhkan pengembangan dalam pengembangan ekonomi regional, terutama di Balikpapan, mengingat wilayah pesisir dan lautnya. Potensi sumber daya perikanan sebagai sumber daya terbarukan dapat menjadi sumber ekonomi alternatif dalam mewujudkan tujuan dan sasaran pembangunan ekonomi di Balikpapan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Basis ekonomi sektor perikanan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi regional Balikpapan; (2) Efek pengganda pendapatan sektor perikanan terhadap peningkatan ekonomi regional Balikpapan; (3) Pindah shift positif dan negatif di sektor perikanan di Kalimantan Timur dan Balikpapan.Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah pesisir Balikpapan menggunakan data dari Biro Pusat Statistik Balikpapan dan Departemen Pertanian, Perikanan dan Pangan pada tahun 2010-2017. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis, Income Multiplier Effects, dan Shift Share Analysis (SSA).Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sektor Perikanan di Kota Balikpapan adalah sektor non-basis dengan nilai LQ 0,29 - 0,36 pada 2010 - 2017, (2) Nilai efek pengali adalah -219,70, mencapai 658,59 pada tahun 2016, dan terendah adalah -219,70 pada tahun 2017 (3) Nilai SSA -0,28 menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor perikanan di tingkat Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dikombinasikan dengan sektor perikanan Kota Balikpapan pada periode 2010 - 2017 relatif lambat atau regresif. Sedangkan untuk net shift (Pb), perekonomian Balikpapan dengan nilai Pb = 1,03 menunjukkan bahwa sektor ekonomi dikategorikan sebagai cepat dan kompetitif dengan Kabupaten/Kota lain

Abstract

Fish Marketing System Information for Ikan Segar Berkah Seller Based Android Mobile Application in Sempaja West Village North Samarinda District Samarinda City (Supervised) by Dr. Ir. Said Abdusysyahid, M.Si and Dr. H. Bambang Indratno Gunawan, S.Pi., M.Si. This research aims to build an android mobile-based application for fresh fish sellers in the West Sempaja Subdistrict, North Samarinda District, Samarinda City to make it easier to manage shops, sales transactions, and in marketing fish for the system development method using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. This research method uses survey methods and data collection methods use survey methods. While the analysis and design of applications using several tools, namely Android Studio, Firebase, Figma, Data Flow Diagrams, and Flowcharts. In addition, unit testing uses the Black Box method to find out whether the application is running well. Based on the results of the BlackBox test, it can be concluded that the application that has been built can manage stores, manage financial transactions, and sell fish into an application. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the business income of tilapia floating net cages in Loa Deras Village and determine the level of business feasibility based on value (Revenue Cost Ratio). This research was conducted in January 2021 – June 2022 in Loa Deras Village, Peninggahan District, West Kutai Regency. The data collection method used is a case study, which is a detailed study of a research subject. The sampling method used is Saturated Sampling or Census with a total of 30 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using a qualitative-quantitative descriptive method with a focus on income analysis methods and business feasibility based on parameters (Revenue Cost Ratio) of Tilapia floating net cage business in Loa Deras Village. Based on the results of the analysis, the total income value of the respondents was Rp. 239,337,778/month with an average of Rp. 7,977,926/month/respondent. The results of the income analysis show that floating net cage entrepreneurs are profitable and feasible to continue, as evidenced by the ratio of revenues being greater than the costs incurred which can be explained by the average R/C ratio value of 2.3 times greater.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan merupakan salah satu pelabuhan perikanan terbesar di Sumatera Utara. Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan berperan penting dalam kegiatan penangkapan ikan dan pemasaran. Pelabuhan Perikaanan Samudera Belawan berada di tempat strategis, terutama di antara perairan bagian timur Sumatera (Selat Malaka), perairan di Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif Indonesia (ZEEI) dan Laut Cina Selatan, serta juga merupakan pintu masuk perekonomian kegiatan beberapa negara Tujuan Penelitian adalah Mengetahui profil dan fungsi-fungsi kegiatan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan secara Deskriktif dan Mengidentifikasi peran pelabuhan dalam peningkatan hasil tangkapan`ikan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan. Jumlah responden 20 nelayan menggunakan metode teknik skala Likert. Dari hasil diperoleh bahwa Tingkat kegiatan produksi sebagian memasuki peringkat tinggi dengan nilai 7,5. pada indikator mempelancar pemasaran hasil tangkap sebagian memasuki peringkat tinggi dengan nilai 7,5. Berdasarkan indikator menimbulkan rasa aman bagi nelayan sebagian memasuki peringkat tinggi dengan nilai 9. Berdasarkan indikator mempermudah pembinaan sebagian memasuki peringkat tinggi dengan poin 9. Berdasarkan indikator menunjang pengorganisasian usaha nelayan dan unit ekonomi sebagian memasuki peringkat tinggi dengan nilai 9. Dan total peran Pelabuhan perikanan samudera belawan secara Akumulasi poin bernilai 42 tergolong kelas atas.
