Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki sumber daya perikanan yang melimpah baik yang berasal dari produksi perikanan tangkap maupun perikanan budidaya. Budidaya ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) memiliki potensi yang  menguntungkan karena permintaan dari masyarakat cukup tinggi,  sedangkan ditinjau dari teknik budidayanya relatif sederhana dan mudah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pengembangan usaha pembudidaya ikan nila Mina Kolam Mandiri Jaya di Desa Ponoragan Kecamatan Loa Kulu. Pengkajian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 hingga bulan Juli 2023 di desa Ponoragan Kecamatan Kutai Kartanegara. Sampel sebanyak 13 responden digunakan dalam metode penelitian lapangan dan secara purposive. Data diolah menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil kajian yang dihasilkan adalah strategi agresif, pembudidaya mempunyai kekuatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan peluang yang menguntungkan, dengan rekomendasi S-O (strength-Opportunity) yaitu meningkatkan keterampilan pada bidang penjualan bibit, mempertahankan sartifikat untuk jaminan kualitas bibit baik, mempertahankan kualitas bibit yang di produksi agar bisa memenuhi permintaan konsumen, mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Tiger prawns are a superior commodity in Indonesia. The high demand for tiger prawns also influences the demand for tiger prawn fry. To be able to meet the need for tiger prawn fry, hatcheries have been established, one example of which is UPTD. SPAPAL Manggar. The increase in marketing demand has encouraged marketing activities at UPTD.SPAPAL Manggar by involving several marketing institutions. This research aims to determine marketing channels and institutions, margins, marketing efficiency, and business feasibility using the R/C Ratio indicator. This activity will be carried out at UPTD.SPAPAL Manggar in March 2023. This research is quantitative research with primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was the Purposive sampling method and Snowball sampling with the number of respondents in this study being 3 people. The results of this research show that there are 2 marketing channels, namely level 0 marketing channels and level 1 marketing channels with the marketing institutions involved being retailers. Marketing margins are found at retailers with an average of IDR 5-/head. The most efficient marketing channel is UPTD.SPAPAL Manggar at 1.24%, while for retailers the average is 5.57%. The business and marketing of tiger prawn fry at UPTD.SPAPAL Manggar is said to be profitable and feasible to run, because the R/C Ratio value of 2.75 is greater than > 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of the business, and business sensitivity, and develop strategies for the development of a floating net cage business in Pulau Harapan Village, Muara Muntai District. Data collection was carried out in April - August 2021, with a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 34 respondents consisting of 30 respondents of carp floating net cage business farmers and 4 stakeholder respondents. Data were analyzed using financial analysis with discounted investment criteria NPV, IRR, Net B/C R, and undiscounted investment criteria Payback Period, for sensitivity analysis and determining policy strategies using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the calculation of the score value was in quadrant 1 where the floating net cage (KJA) business in Pulau Harapan Village, Muara Muntai District was financially feasible (profitable) so that it could be continued (Go Project) and the results of the sensitivity analysis of the business were still in the profitable category and feasible to continue and the strategy used for the development of the floating net cage business was an Aggressive strategy.

Abstract

          The research was conducted with the aim of knowing marketing channels and minimizing marketing margins. Therefore, the analysis of marketing share margin and profit margin is important to find out the components with the highest marketing costs. So that a solution can be found and the marketing costs can be minimized, so that the final price can still be reached by the consumer. The research was conducted at Pasar Segiri Samarinda for 11 months from September 2022 to July 2023. The sampling method used was a targeted sampling method with 15 respondents. The used analysis method of data analysis is a method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The qualitative data analysis process describes the marketing channel descriptively.           Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the marketing channel for dried anchovies at Segiri Market in Samarinda City is marketing channel level 0 of 18,000/kg, marketing channel level I of 19,000/kg, marketing channel level II of 20,000/kg, was marketing channel level III of 20,000/kg. An analysis of the size of price range, profit and distribution efficiency (farmer share) received by marketing players for Dried Fresh Anchovies in Segiri Market. Samarinda City is a collector of Rp. 2,000/kg, a retailer of Rp. 2,500/kg. Kg and a dealer for 3,000 Rp./Kg. Efficiency is a marketing channel level II of 0,8 and marketing channel level III of 0,33.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh usaha pengolahan pempek Qan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha pengolahan pempek Qan di jalan Anggrek Bukit, RT. 22 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu, Kota Samarinda, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik usaha pengolahan pempek Qan. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh usaha pengolahan pempek Qan yakni strategi dan jasa produk yang digunakan adalah pengembangan produk, diversifikasi produk, pengecapan produk, pembungkusan produk dan penempelan etiket, jaminan dan jasa produk. Struktur dan jasa organisasi yang digunakan adalah pembagian kerja yang memiliki tanggung jawab pekerjaan masing-masing. Teknik memperbesar penjualan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik memperbesar penjualan melalui penyampaian reklame / spanduk, menggunakan Institutional advertising, qualiy advertising, factual advertising dan melakukan promosi penjualan melalui media sosial seperti whatsapp, facebook dan instragram. Siasat harga yang digunakan adalah penetapan harga sesungguhnya. Pengaturan fisik dan cara memperagakan barang yang digunakan adalah peragaan tertutup (clossed dispay) dimana produk pempek ditempatkan ke dalam freezer.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dengan Bauran Pemasaran 4P (Produk,Harga,Tempat, Promosi). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak Juni 2024 sampai Oktober 2024 di UMKM Saputra Snack Kecamatan Bontang Utara Kota Bontang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran dengan 4P (Product, Price, Promotion, dan Place) di UMKM Saputra Snack memproduksi keripik ikan Bawis dengan mempertahankan kualitas ikan yang segar dan proses produksi yang menggunakan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap. Proses produksi melibatkan pembersihan, pemotongan, pencucian, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Harga keripik ini ditetapkan berdasarkan analisis pasar dengan harga Rp. 20. 000 per kemasan 80 gram. Promosi dilakukan melalui media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, dan Tiktok, serta dari mulut ke mulut.

Abstract

The condition of fisheries production in Donggala Regency experienced a significant decline due to the earthquake and tsunami in 2018. After the disaster, the government made various rehabilitation efforts to restore the local economy. The aim of this research is to determine the government and fishermen's strategies in increasing income after the earthquake and tsunami disaster. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study show that before the earthquake and tsunami, coastal fishing communities relied entirely on fishing activities at sea to meet their living needs. The average income of fishermen respondents affected by the earthquake and tsunami reached IDR 10,383,775. This figure was obtained from the average receipt of IDR 168,404,125 after deducting the average total costs recorded at IDR 158,020,350. The government's strategy to increase fishermen's income after the earthquake and tsunami includes providing assistance to fishermen, empowering and training fishermen, developing fisheries cultivation, improving infrastructure, increasing market access, and collaborating with international organizations and non-governmental organizations. In addition, the government also focuses on restoring the local economy through micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as community empowerment and restoring coastal ecosystems. On the other hand, fishermen still choose to focus on fishing efforts as a strategy to increase their income after the disaster

Abstract

Surat kabar Kaltim Post memuat berita pembangunan perikanan dan kelautan untuk meningkatkan semangat untuk menghasilkan perubahan iklim yang lebih baik. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dengan mengambil seluruh pemberitaan yang terkait dengan berita pembangunan perikanan dan kelautan pada surat kabar Kaltim Post periode 1 Januari 2024 - 31 Desember 2024. Selanjutnya responden kunci terdiri dari 4 orang akademisi, 2 orang perwakilan birokrasi dan 1 orang perwakilan redaktur surat kabar Kaltim Post. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total frekuensi pemunculan berita adalah 748 artikel dan total volume berita sebanyak 364.749 cmk. Frekuensi pemunculan berita terbanyak pada Bulan Mei yaitu sebanyak 101 artikel dan volume pemunculan berita terbanyak adalah pada Bulan Mei dengan total volume 47.038 cmk. Berita pembangunan perikanan dan kelautan berdasarkan pendapat akademisi dan birokrat adalah dapat dipercaya. Hal ini dilihat dari bahasa yang mudah dipahami, konsep materi berita yang tidak menyimpang dari keilmuan, adanya relevansi dengan data pendukung, sumber berita jelas, tidak ada pencampuran fakta dan opini, keseimbangan penulisan berita, isu pemberitaan yang komprehensif, dan orientasi pemberitaan yang melihat konflik sebagai isu yang kompleks. Surat kabar Kaltim Post memiliki kebijakan pemberitaan tentang pembangunan perikanan dan kelautan yang tidak terfokus pada sektor tertentu untuk diberitakan.
