Abstract

This research aims to describe the evaluation of the Women's Volleyball Sports Performance Development Program for State High School 1 Gotontalo City. This research uses a stake model evaluation (Countenance Model): antecedents/context, transactions/process, and outcomes/results. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research design is descriptive and uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research in the discussion show that the results of the Evaluation of the Gorontalo City 1 State High School Girls' Volleyball Development Program are in terms of the antecedent (context) of the Gorontalo 1 State High School volleyball development program, which includes the absence of a clear vision and mission, the lack of coordination between educational level coaches. Previously, the long-term development of young athletes had not been running at all, and facilities and infrastructure needed to be by national standards. The conclusion is that the volleyball performance development program at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo is not optimal in terms of management, fund management, training programs, and support from the government. The welfare of administrators, coaches, and athletes is still minimal. Keywords: volleyball, evaluation, learning program

Abstract

Conservation of Indonesian culture is still a challenge for the nation's future generations. The educational level is a strategic space to realize educational efforts and cultural preservation, one of which is traditional games. Semarang Multinational School, one of the international schools in the city of Semarang, is a location for service with the main problem being the absence of educational activities and introductions to traditional Indonesian games at the school, and a request from the school to collaborate in implementing traditional games programs at the school. The method used includes the stages of Planning, Screening, Implementation, Evaluation and Reporting. Some types of activities carried out are playing with various types of traditional games including; Dakon, Jump Rope, Bedhil Bambu, Egrang Batok, and Egrang Bambu. The service team received a satisfactory response from the school principal, teachers, parents and students who did it themselves. The results of the activity were a satisfied partner response and the signing of a cooperation document between the Faculty of Sports Science, Semarang State University, and Semarang Multinational School as a partner. Suggestions for similar service can of course be applied anywhere according to field needs, taking into account the common goal of preserving Indonesian culture

Abstract

Bullying remains one of the most prevalent forms of violence experienced by students in Indonesian educational settings. Manifesting through physical, verbal, and psychological aggression, bullying not only disrupts students' sense of safety but also violates children's fundamental rights to protection, well-being, and equitable access to education. National educational data reveal a consistently increasing trend in bullying cases across levels, indicating that the problem is systemic rather than incidental. This study aims to analyze bullying through the lens of Indonesia's educational foundations—philosophical, psychological, sociological, and juridical—using a literature-based research design. The findings show that bullying contradicts the philosophical values of Pancasila and highlights gaps in character education implementation. Psychologically, the issue is linked to students' moral development stages and the limited availability of emotional literacy and counseling services in schools. From a sociological standpoint, bullying is reinforced by school culture, peer-group dynamics, and broader social influences, including digital media. Juridically, although Indonesia has comprehensive regulations protecting children, the implementation remains weak due to inadequate reporting systems, SOPs, and enforcement mechanisms in schools. The study concludes that despite strong educational foundations, bullying persists due to cultural, structural, and systemic deficiencies. Strengthening preventive systems, enhancing teacher capacity, improving parental involvement, and enforcing existing regulations are essential steps toward creating a safer educational environment for all students.

Abstract

The rapid development and advancement of digital technology has made people lazy to move and abandon traditional games. Many efforts have been made in the context of conserving traditional games, one of which is through the goara-goara game. This study aims to determine and analyze the community's response to the goara-goara game as a conservation effort and to develop sport tourism in Magelang Regency. This research method uses a mixed method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The use of this sequential explanatory design is expected that quantitative research data sourced from community questionnaires can be strengthened from qualitative data through interview results, so that the research results can be satisfactory. The findings of the research show that the community's response to the Goara-Goara game is very positive and shows high appeal. This goara-goara game is considered very interesting, fun, competitive, educational and conservative because there are many elements contained in the game such as strength, agility, speed, balance, endurance, accuracy and patience. The conclusion of this study is that the Goara-goara game is very interesting and worthy of being further developed in tourist villages as sport tourism.
