Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, harga dan diskon terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada jasa sewa papan bunga di Doni Florist. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapat sampel berjumlah 87 responden dari populasi 656. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument wawancara dan instrument angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regeresi berganda dan uji hepotesis dengan menggunakaan alat uji SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Doni Florist. Sedangkan pada variabel promosi terdapat pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Doni Florist. Lalu pada variabel harga dan diskon tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Doni Florist. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji t bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dengan t hitung 2.937 > t tabel 1.663 dan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Variabel Promosi dengan t hitung 1.939 > t tabel 1.663 dan signifikansi 0.056 > 0,05. Variabel Harga dengan t hitung 1.596 < t tabel 1.663 dan signifikansi 0.114 > 0,05. Variabel Diskon dengan t hitung 0.660 < t tabel 1.663 dan signifikansi 0.511 > 0,05. Serta hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai F hitung 77.631 > F tabel 2.117 dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, brand ambassador, brand image and brand trust on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee digital platform. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research are Shopee service users at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islands University. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 86 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS V 25 application. Based on this research, it shows that brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while brand ambassadors have no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. And simultaneously the four variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, marketing strategy, price, and location on purchasing decisions for Batam batik at Dekranasda Batam City. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 750 respondents of Batik Dekranasda consumers in Batam. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 90 respondents was obtained. The data was obtained by using interview instruments and questionnaire instruments which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 test tool. The results of this study concluded that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, marketing strategies partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, prices partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and location partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions and simultaneous testing shows that product quality, marketing strategy, price, and location together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education, training, compensation and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN 001 Batu Aji in Batam City. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 50 respondents. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was carried out by using saturated sampling technique. In this research using data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been tested by testing the validity and reliability. The research data was processed using the SPSS Version 24 software program. The results showed that education partially had a significant effect on teacher performance, training had a significant effect on teacher performance, while compensation and work discipline had no effect on teacher performance. The results of the study simultaneously show that education, training, compensation and work discipline together have a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The focus and purpose of this research will certainly analyze the role of social media, influencer marketing and content marketing on the business success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batam City. The sample determination of this study refers to the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) ranging from 100-200 samples. So, the study determined a sampling of 150 MSME business people spread across Batam City by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. The results of hypothesis testing found that social media marketing variables have no impact on competitive advantage, influencer marketing variables have an impact on competitive advantage, content marketing variables have an impact on competitive advantage, influencer marketing variables have an impact on digital marketing, content marketing variables have no impact on digital marketing and competitive advantage variables have an impact on digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mahasiswa Generasi Z di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand Ambassador, Influencer Marketing, dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Minat Beli Skincare Scarlett Whitening di TikTok Shop baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan Mahasiswa Generasi Z yang ada di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam yang berjumlah 275 responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 30. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial dan secara simultan variabel Brand Awareness, Brand Ambassador, Influencer Marketing, dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Produk Skincare Scarlett Whitening di Tiktok Shop pada Mahasiswa Generasi Z Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Riau Kepulauan Batam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman emosional, reputasi online, testimoni pelanggan, dan fasilitas studio terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa di UrbanCreative.id. Dalam era digital, faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi elemen penting dalam membentuk persepsi dan keputusan konsumen terhadap layanan fotografi dan videografi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 pelanggan UrbanCreative.id. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman emosional, reputasi online, testimoni pelanggan, dan fasilitas studio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa. Pengalaman emosional yang positif meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, sementara reputasi online dan testimoni pelanggan memperkuat kepercayaan serta persepsi kualitas layanan. Selain itu, fasilitas studio yang memadai memberikan kenyamanan yang mendorong keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan UrbanCreative.id. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis pengalaman pelanggan serta optimalisasi reputasi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing di industri kreatif. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, pelaku usaha dapat merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan.

Abstract

Earnings Quality atau kualitas laba merupakan ketetapan informasi laba dalam merefleksikan normativitas kinerja perusahaan dan validitas sebagai upaya memprediksi kinerja masa depan perusahaan yang dilaporkan dalam laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan terhadap growth opportunity, profit growth, struktur modal, dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap Earnings Quality perusahaan sektor tour dan travel pada Travelataya Mandiri Utama Batam Tahun 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 76 sampel yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai unit observasi. Metode analisis yang diimplementasikan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan penelitian menyimpulkan bukti empiris bahwa peluang pertumbuhan dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laba dan pertumbuhan laba dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laba.

Abstract

Kampung Tanjung Surat on Tanjung Surat Island, Kota Tinggi, Johor, is a coastal island community that has developed through ecotourism initiatives and mangrove conservation, with primary access via waterways and support from various CSR programs and university and public agency service-learning initiatives. This community service program focuses on light restoration and repainting of a support building used for community activities and field training related to the Royal Malaysian Customs Academy (AKMAL), with emphasis on coastal environmental resilience (high humidity, salt spray) and cost efficiency through community gotong royong (collective work). The measured work area is 400 m², covering the main room’s exterior–interior walls and veranda, with the selection of a weather-resistant exterior paint system, anti-alkali primer, anticorrosive coatings for metal elements, and a color scheme harmonious with local maritime culture. Work was carried out on weekends to minimize disruption to daily economic activities, resulting in improved comfort, aesthetics, and service life of the facility that supports community activities and field-learning collaboration in Tanjung Surat.

Abstract

The international collaboration program through educational game activities at Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjung Surat, Johor, Malaysia, was designed to enhance three key outcomes: students’ creativity, togetherness, and learning enthusiasm. The intervention was carried out through a series of collaborative educational games (such as word guessing, puzzles, role-play, and team relays) facilitated by cross-country instructors. The implementation results indicated an increase in active participation, positive social interactions among students, as well as the emergence of creative ideas in problem-solving and group presentations. These findings highlight that a structured and contextual play-based learning approach is effective in strengthening students’ intrinsic motivation and socio-cognitive competencies within a multicultural school environment. Recommendations include institutionalizing educational game sessions within the school calendar, conducting joint facilitator training, and establishing periodic evaluations based on creativity, teamwork, and learning engagement indicators.
